Just in case this helps anyone -- this is 99.9% the same as Orly Royal Navy… I have both and just "discovered" this fact today and in fact did manicure with one on one hand and one on the other and can't tell difference (will be getting rid of one). It's a beautiful royal blue with light blue shimmers; however, the shimmers are hard to see unless in bright daylight. Practically a one coater. A bit darker than in online swatches. Only difference between this and Orly's Royal Navy is that Orly's is dries a bit more matte but that makes no difference to me as I always use top coat. Plus Orly's is .6oz vs. Zoya's .5 oz…in case anyone cares. So, whichever one's easier for you to get. (I said no to repurchase only b/c there are plenty of beautiful blues and I can't imagine ever finishing anytime soon)

This is one of those products that is essentially perfect in all the categories I look for in a good polish.

First, this shade of blue is the most brilliant shimmery blue I've found in any line. It almost resembles lapis lazuli and makes OPI Blue My Mind look like a dull violet.

Second, it goes on 100% opaque with ONE coat.

Third, it wears extremely well. I did get some chipping after the third day but I will do two coats next time and I'm sure I'll get a week+ out of it.

If you want a stunning, sigh-inducing bright, deep blue, go buy Song.
