This is a lovely shimmery polish, primarly deep blue, with purple and green-leaning blue shimmers in a medium-dark blue jelly base. It's really pretty, and dries smooth (no glitter gritty feeling, at least, not with topcoat). Bit of a hassle to remove, but not too horrible. You can get opacity or close to it with two coats, but you might want to use three.
My only real complaint about it is that the formula is on the thin side, and hard to work with. I flooded my cuticles more than once, and had some problems with the polish pooling, and also with dragging. I ended up having to do quite a lot of cleanup with a brush to get a nice clean edge and cuticle.
That said, it's still worth trying. It is very pretty. As I write this review, I'm wearing it on accent nails with a very deep blue "hidden shimmer" polish, and it looks amazing. So I'll be wearing this again, for sure, despite the trouble I had with the formula. (This isn't the first time I tried the poish, but it's the first time I was successful with it and didn't have to remove the whole thing, possibly because I didn't try to do a complete manicure with it.) I hope to get to where the formula and I come to an understanding with regard to pooling and flooding, because it is just so very beautiful.

This is a deep shimmery blue with purple glitter discs. Very glitzy. It's a lot like Milani's Twinkle except you only need two coats with this. It's much more opaque than Twinkle. A lot cheaper too. Thge formula is goopy but if evens out. I'll probably buy a backup.
