Metal icon is a shimmery silver-brown nail polish. It looks taupe,but you really see the nuance of brown and silver in it. It goes well on the application,it last verry long! Perfect for the autumn!

I have these in Avante Green, Boho Gold and this one in Metal Icon which appears a sparkly silver in the bottle, but is a definite shimmery taupe on me, no silver about it. A bit disappointing--formula is good, brush is good also--it's just annoying when you end up purchasing a color that looks completely different on the nail. MEH.
