This is a new purchase from a brand that I'm not very familiar with. Laval cosmetic products are very cheap and can be found online as well as in those 'Beauty Box' stalls in UK indoor markets. I'm going through a bit of a brow phase so I've been testing out a few different brow products to see which perform the best. My favourite is still my ELF eyebrow kit in 'Ash' but this pencil is nothing to be sniffed at. It's not as cool toned as the ELF one but it still looks like a decent match and isn't too warm. It is a hard pencil but I don't have to press firmly to get it to show up - I found it easy to get the shape I wanted. It also blends easily when I go over it with my brow brush. As for packaging it's just a standard pencil with gold lettering and a gold cap. I've read that it's similar to the Prestige brow pencil in blonde, but I haven't tried that one so can't give my opinion on it, but if you like Prestige's pencil then you may want to try the Laval one out for yourself and see how it compares. For such a low price (£2 odd) it's worth a shot.
