A perfect vampy, glowly nail polish for Fall/Winter seasons. It has a dark, inky purple base with burgundy shimmery pigment. It goes on like a dream and I only needed two thin coats. The Pro-wide brush is annoying as I have a strong c-curve but it goes on so beautifully I normally don’t need to ‘clean up’ at all. You need this if you love vampy nail polishes.

A beautiful deep burgundy plum that looks like a dark creme in certain light. In brighter light, you can see the gorgeous shimmery micro glitter in it. <3

This is a fab, vampy autumnal colour. Has a gorgeous deep sheen with hints of purple and gold. Hard-wearing - last me a week with minimal tip-wear.
I rated it as 3 in terms of price. ALL polish is expensive in the UK, including crappy drug store brands (typically £3/$5 a bottle), so at £7 off eBay, this represents good value to me.
Excellent quality and I would definitely buy again.

This polish is a beautiful blue-based purple with pink/red shimmer. It is VERY dark and the true color and shimmer show up best in strong sunlight. Indoors, or if you aren't closely examining it, it is similar to other vampy purples; as I stated, it's DARK. It is a beautiful color and application was flawless with opacity in two coats.

This is the ugliest nail polish that I have from OPI. It is much too blue-based for me. I will not use it again.

Another home run from OPI on this shade! This is perfection in a bottle for those of us that love us some vampies!
Every Month is Oktoberfest is like a marriage of 2 of my favorite winter shades .. Midnight in Moscow and Black Cherry Chutney! This is a blackened plum base, with a dark red micro-shimmer so you can see both plum and a deep red in this. It's definitely a perfect shade when I long for vamp but don't want to go overly "blackened". Pigmentation is perfect, I achieved total coverage in 2 thin coats, this applied very smoothly with no streaking at all! This shade immediately flew into my top 10 vamps of all time and worthy of a back up for sure!

There's no mistaking this is a purple-based polish with red and gold shimmer. It's dark and vampy and in no way can be mistakened for black. Opaque in two coats, application is smooth and easy. OPI did well with this one; it's definitely a favourite. It's from the 2012 Germany Collection.

This is a stunning shade! A deep burgundy/plum with an incredibly rich shine that's completely distracting to the eye. (When the sunlight hits it = wow, speechless.) The formula is great; I used two coats, but it's pretty much opaque in one. If you like dark and vampy shades, you NEED this.

This is a perfect 'The Lady is a Vamp' shade, a very deep plum with suble burgundy micro-shimmer.

Wow, this is really a stunner on the nails! Every Month is Oktoberfest is from the limited edition fall 2012 Germany collection and is a very dark, vampy blackened purple with beautiful red shimmer. It completely glows on the nails, especially with a glossy topcoat, and I can't wait to wear it a ton this fall and winter! Right now I have it on my nails with China Glaze Poetic (a rose gold) as a half-moon dot design :) It covers perfectly in two coats and applies very evenly with no blotching or pooling.
The only con to this for me is the super wide brush (on all OPI polishes) is a bit wide on my nail beds so I have to do some clean up afterwards.

I love this vampy color for fall/winter, and I can't stop looking at my nails when I wear this. It's also pretty on the toes as well.

OMG!!! What a stunning color. Perfect for Fall/Winter. Very dark shiny purple/brownish burgundy color...can't really explain it. It does not look black but boy it is really dark. In the light it has a purple reddish shimmer to it. I have it on today at work and all my co-workers cannot stop looking at it!!! Could be one of the best Fall/Winter shades OPI has done in a long time. Yes, I would and probably will be buying another!!!!

I am NOT one to fall in love with vampy colors but I had to try this polish since everyone raved about it the moment the Germany 2012 collection came out. I have no regrets!! It's absurdly pretty and I can't stop looking at it on my nails.
On my warm skin, this is a deep, rich purple with purple and red shimmer, which give it great depth when the light strikes it at an angle. It's not black by any means and unless you're in very dim lighting, it will NOT look black on your fingers. (This may be a good or bad thing, depending on how much you like polishes that pull black).
The opacity is full (no streaks!) and you can get away with just 1 coat, although I always use 2 out of habit. I love, love, LOVE the formula. It's a bit thick but dries quickly and is easy to apply with OPI's standard big brush. On a random note, I accidently spilled this color on my carpet and found out that it has a very strong blue base to it since that was the color of my stain.

Every Month Is Oktoberfest is from OPI Germany 2012 Fall/Winter Collection. This color is really pretty and beautiful. It's actually a plum shimmery color. Under indoor cool light, it looks red brownish with some really fine red glitter. Under natural light, it shows this is a true plum color with a red base and a blue purple undertone.
The application is flawless. I put one coat and can make it opaque. 2 coats will make it more intensely opaque and more truthful color. I love this one for winter as it's so warm and elegant looking. Good for going out to a formal dinner and even going to work during the day. I love this color so much and will recommend this color to everyone.
