A small amount does go a long way but this is so expensive for how little you get (.33oz for $29). Maybe if I was given even close to an ounce for that much it'd be worth it. I've gotten the tiny sample bottle of this and loved it though. I used it as an eyelid primer and under eye primer. It glides whatever you wear over it and doesn't cause it to get cakey (some products are just cakey though and that has nothing to do with this primer).
Basically if this were cheaper I'd buy it all the time.

I heard about this product from two Youtubers who never fail me with their recommendations. Unfortunately, I was greatly dissatisfied with this. I tried w/ all my ability to get it to work & enjoy it but to no avail. I tried different techniques with it. Sometimes used more or less & added it with other products, but got terrible results. I hardly felt the "cooling/de-puffing" sensation while using it. I think Cliniques All about Eyes Serum works remarkably better at de-puffing the eyes, at least for me. My under eyes are already quite wrinkly, I felt that with every concealer, using this made my undereyes drier & more wrinkly :( The product was $29, & I returned it today. It's definitely an interesting concept, there really aren't many under eye primers out there. I'll still be looking for other ways to prevent my concealer from creasing so soon. I'm determined :)

Makes my eye area look terrible and old.
It looks good the first hour maybe and then it makes my eyes look super dull.
= I will definitely not repurchase, what a scam. I've tried putting little or more but it doesn't make a difference. Even with or without eye cream the resultat is still unsatisfying.

Like a previous reviewer -- I really wanted to love this, too. Unfortunately, it didn't perform to it's expectations. It does feel nice and seems to hydrate, but it doesn't do anything beyond that. And there aren't any skin care benefits. So, if you are looking for an Under Eye Hydrator -- just get a nice eye cream. In order to use this up -- sometimes I will put this on top of my concealer mid-day to freshen up the area. For that purpose -- it works. But I don't see any benefits of this as an eye primer to help with creasing issues.

I read the reviews before buying and I really wanted to love this. It just did nothing for me. I wanted it to help with concealer creasing in the fine lines under my eyes, and it made absolutely no difference at all. I tried using varying amounts and got the same results. I also tried different concealers over it. I feel like I should mention that the worst concealer over this was Smashbox's own HD concealer! It got really caked and awful. It does have a nice squeeze tube packaging, and feels nice going on, but that's about it. It didn't seem to be hydrating either, so sadly, this was a miss for me. I returned it.

Honestly, this really does nothing for me. It's like silicone and kind of cakes and really doesn't brighten. I try to use it and like it, but I get no visible results.

Great, I like this a lot. I cover it with Stila Perfecting Concealer for a tidy undereye look.

I paid $48 for a tiny 10ml tube (god dammit, Australian prices) and I'm not entirely sure if I'll buy it again but if I can't find anything better, then yes. I have a part time job that makes us wear surgical masks and prior to purchasing this, my concealer would just rub off onto the mask whenever I wore one. So gross and such a waste of product. Not to mention it'd expose the panda eyes I didn't want anyone to see. However, this product has certainly helped my concealer stay on a lot longer. I don't see my product ending up on the mask, and I don't use setting powder on top of the concealer either so this is very much the work of the Smashbox primer.
It gives a slight tingling/cooling sensation. I took a lippy off because it really didn't do anything for my fine lines as it claims and despite the tingling/cooling sensation, I don't believe it really helps to noticeably decrease puffiness, and it has a slight shimmer to it but unless you don't even have dark circles to begin with, don't depend on this to disguise anything.
I'd still recommend this product though because it's done such a good job of keeping my under eye concealer in place for the length of a whole work day (6-8 hours) without the help of a setting powder.

I'm getting older and starting to be bothered with this lovely fine lines and creases. I thought this product might be the answer to my solution, but sadly it was a let down. No matter how little or how much or what eye cream and concealer I paired this primer with, it just didn't work. Left my skin and make-up looking dry and cakey. I personally still prefer and love using Olay Regenerist Daily Regenerating Serum Fragrance Free as an under eye primer as it works beautifully for me and my needs.

it kind of hydratates but i can live without it...after it gets absorbed, i apply my shashbox concelear and my undereye circles are still there...i'm gonna try another concelear to see how it works...but i'm not expecting much...nice packaging though....but i won't buy it again
Yesterday I tried it on my MUM (she's 49) and her bags looked BETTER after applying this and the concelear because it really reduced the puffiness, she liked it so I just gave it to her coz I find it useless on me. So I think this is more for people in their 40-50s with bags.
