Lovely glow makeup that can be used alone (with amazing coverage) or on top of foundation for setting purposes. Love the texture and consistency. Can be used with a buffer brush for the best results. Try this out, you won't regret it.

We have this at the Shoppers Drug Mart I work at so I luckily got to try it out first. It provides really good coverage for a powder and the tan is ok for my dark skinned complexion, although I do not think I could use it in the summer. I like that I don't feel it on my face and it applies evenly. I don't feel I need a foundation underneath it either. It's a little bit more pricey of course than your average DS powder, but you get a lot of product so I imagine it would last quite a few months. I honestly, was just using the Maybelline Dream Wonder Powder before, but this one certainly feels better on my skin. I'm acne prone too, and I feel like this still allows the skin to breathe.

I have replenished this product over six times. I absolutely love it. I have dry skin that sometimes becomes evident under my foundation when it accentuates the flakieness, peeling and dry patches. Although it is dry, for some reason this powder fills and conceals dry patches on my skin. The coverage is amazing and gives me a porcelain-like finish I absolutely adore it. in my experience you have to use the signature chisel brush to get the best out of it, but it's amazing! Great for the skin!

This is my go-to sheer bumming around town foundation for when I just want a bit of coverage and shine control over moisturiser. The "Light" matches me well and doesn't give my sensitive skin any issues.

However -- and this is a big however -- it will never be a HG product for me as it simply offers no pore-blurring benefits for me, and I find it settles badly into lines. For those looking to wear this alone as a full coverage foundation, be warned that unless your skin is in excellent condition already it won't give that "flawless" look by itself -- after a relatively short "cook" time on your skin you will likely find every blackhead showing.

Pros: buildable, smooth application; good ingredients.

Cons: Settles into imperfections. Also, the chisel brush that is to be used with it sheds badly (I used it twice before it began to fall apart) -- might be worth upgrading to a better chisel brush if you're using regularly.

Summary: a passable mineral foundation I won't throw out, but I won't buy again either.

I used the old formula (and wrote a review for that) and am now using the new formula. I am not noticing a huge difference in the formulas to be honest. I liked the old compact more than the new one, mine has a small gap between the edge of the powder and the hole it sits in and it collects powder and drives me nuts. Should be better made for this price. I do apply this product with their chisel brush which I find scratchy but it works better with this makeup than any other brush I have tried.
This powder can be built up nicely to cover any problem areas on my face, it looks natural and glowy but if you have any dry patches make sure to moisturize first. It lasts all day and it never breaks me out. This is a beautiful mineral powder foundation and is definitely worth trying out if you are interested in this type of foundation.

I've tried both the old formula and new. I had no luck with either. This review is for the new formula. I purchased a kit that came with their Mineral Glow, mascara and primer. This foundation is so dry and hard. When I rub my finger across it it feels sandy. Very rough and hard. I couldn't really build up much coverage as it felt rough on my skin. I've tried it over a month but always put it to the side because of its chalky texture. I won't repurchase.

I bought a set that contained this foundation, primer, mineral glow, chisel brush and mascara. At first time using this I liked it but the second time it was difficult to get hardly any product to my brush. The product is so hard. Also packaging is bad, the pan is not glued well. Very expensive for the quality.

I wasn't impressed when I tried Bare Minerals powder foundation. The coverage was just not all that for me. This stuff, however, is the bomb. I was not prepared to like this as much as I did. It has reached HG status. I never thought I'd say that about a mineral makeup.

The texture is beautiful, very fine-milled and goes on like a dream. The coverage is fantastic. I'd say it's medium coverage buy itself (with a primer, of course) and full coverage over a liquid foundation. I like to apply this with a flat topped brush. It blends in to the skin so nicely and doesn't oxidize throughout the day.

I almost always use this as a setting powder over the Pur CC cream. Let me tell ya, combined they look AMAZING. Full coverage, no blemishes, yet it feels like I'm wearing no makeup. There is no caking and the finish is a natural demi-matte look. It is so difficult to achieve full coverage without looking like a cake face, but with these two products I can totally achieve that. It actually works beautifully over any foundation, though!!

I like how this controls my oil as well. I rarely get shiny or have to blot during the day. It just stays where I put it, and that is impressive.

It's not cheap, but guys, it's so worth the money. And the best part is, it doesn't cause breakouts! If you haven't tried this yet, you need to. You'll never need to use anything else.

I really like this foundation! I have it in the lightest shade, porcelain. Many brands' lightest shade is still too dark for me, but this really fits my fair complexion.
The coverage is medium, it has enough coverage to even out my skin tone and hide mild redness and blemishes.
It looks very natural and blends into the skin nicely. I prefer to apply it with a flat top brush, but I've also tried a kabuki brush and it works well too.

Applied ontop of a sheer foundation, this will look like full coverage (the good kind.) Doesn't make you look like a dry pancake, yet maintains a "believable" matte finish (though on someone more oily like myself, it gives a sort of dewy look.) Was concerned that this product would be mineral hype garbage, but it has very much impressed me. Doesn't come with an applicator pad for when you're on the go, but it holds well and I personally have not needed any re-application (just lightly blot away excess oil after a few hours.)

The Porcelain swatch seems to be for cool skin types because when applied my face and in the sun, it seems to be a pinkish orange hue. Be sure to get matched carefully and not in a rush.
