This is one of those products that once you use it, you're asking yourself how you ever survived without it! For the longest time I've been using gel eyeliners and an angled MAC brush to apply my eyeliner. It took me a while to learn how to apply gel eyeliner evenly on each side AND it took at least 5-7 minutes to apply eyeliner on both eyes perfectly. With the NYX "The Curve", I literally did both eye's in under a minute! Because of the shape of the applicator, it is very easy to draw a straight line. Also, doing the perfect cat eye is a breeze! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who finds applying eyeliner tedious. I got mine at ULTA for $14.99, which at first I thought was a bit much for an eyeliner, but now after using it, I would definitely repurchase again. To me it is worth the price!

This product isn't particularly "bad" in my opinion but I have definitely found better eyeliners out there. I have eyeliner down and it's not something I struggle with which is why this product didn't do much for me, although for someone less experienced with eyeliner this may make things easier. The color pay off is good and lasts throughout the day without drastically fading. The tip is a bit too long for my preference and is a bit on the flimsy side. For me, It's kind of like relearning to apply eyeliner since of course the position you hold it is different from what I'm used to. It definitely takes some getting used to and overall I just prefer other liquid eyeliners.

Use this. Get use to it. It grows on you. While being super excited for this product initially, I immediately thought I had been sucked into something gimmicky and horrible under first impression. Due to the kind-of-steep for a drugstore price..I forced myself to use it. It became easier and felt more natural over time and now I love it. It's deep dark black and the super straight, deep dark lines can't be beat in this type of pen/eyeliner product. The staying power is also superb. The only issue I have is that the tip is a bit long. I find it difficult to do a perfect cat eyeliner flick with it. It's not impossible, but I haven't been able to master it with this product so far. Besides that one complaint, I don't regret my purchase and will be repurchasing many times to come.

I feel bad being the first one to leave a less than perfect review, but I must be the only person on earth who doesn't love this eyeliner. I find it really awkward to use and think it makes things more difficult rather than easier. If I hold it the way you are supposed to, I can't get it close enough to my eyelid to be precise. I also think the tip is too long (meaning again that I can't get the thicker part of it close enough to my eye) and the formula might be a bit dry as it doesn't really 'flow' well enough onto the eyelid. Really regretting spending AU$19.95 on this, especially when I have so many other eyeliners at home. I really thought this would be my HG liner but sadly not. A simple short-handled felt-tip eyeliner such as Palladio Eye Ink is much better and easier to use, in my experience anyway. Also, for those in Australia who do want to try this eyeliner, Australis Cosmetics make an exact replica which will save you having to order the NYX one from the US or pay $20 plus shipping through Crush Cosmetics.

The shape of the applicator provides so much control. You have to try it to fully understand just how easy it makes it to apply liquid liner. LOVE!

FANTASTIC! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
I wear winged eyeliner everyday & have tried soooo many eyeliners, but this is hands down THE BEST one yet! I got perfect winged liner on the first use (and every use since). It lasts all day, but removes easily with a good eye make up remover. Deffo worth paying that little bit extra for! xXx

BEST EYE LINER EVER MADE!!!!

Love love love the shape. Makes use and drawing various lines a total breeze. It dries so quickly that I don't have to worry about anything! Wears ALL DAY and I have oily skin. I had to scrub to get it off! In the past I've had to use MAC eyeliners but the cost and the janky brush just made it so hard for me to get the perfect lines/shapes.

Granted, the curve liner is not cheap for a drugstore brand.... But I got it on a special deal at Ulta for $9 plus they let me use a $3.50 coupon. Such an amazing purchase for THAT price!

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! It's definitely replacing my MAC eyeliners that are over priced and take FOREVER to dry!

What ingenuity - the shape of this eyeliner tube makes putting on liquid eyeliner in a straight line effortless and easy, without skipping. You can make thin or thick cat eyes with this and the staying power is great. The ease in putting on liquid liner this way is worth the extra $!

All my review needs to say is this: WHY ARE *ALL* LIQUID EYELINERS NOT SHAPED LIKE THIS?? Honestly -- there oughtta be a law.

I put this on, it DOESN'T look like I did so during an earthquake nor while suffering a grand mal seizure (my typical liquid-eyeliner go-to looks, unfortunately...) and it lasts & lasts and looks positively amazing. It's almost TOO easy to go either "super-subtle" or "hey-baby-what-YOU-up-to" or someplace in the middle - you ACTUALLY GET TO CHOOSE with this one.

Off now to throw away the 472 eyeliners I no longer need...

After fussing with gel eyeliner and liner brushes, I think I'm making a permanent switch to Nyx's Curve eyeliner. The felt tip and shape make this super easy to apply; the consistency of the eyeliner is smooth and easy to correct. I've had very little smudging, even after a long day. I like the shape of the applicator, even though it doesn't quite fit in my palm like the packaging shows! It's still easier to control than an angled brush. The price is a bit high, and hopefully the eyeliner will last long enough to make it worth it--but if you get it at Ulta with one of their weekly coupons it does make it worth it. Absolutely no complaints.

This eyeliner is just great. The shape of it is so easy to hold and get really close to your lash line. The tip is very slim and easy to make a thin line. It also makes getting that "winged cat eye" look a breeze. My only complaint is the price. I paid 15$ at ulta for this and i find that too much for NYX liner. For 3$ more I can buy a MAC liner. But I am glad I did get this as it is easy to use. It is also very black which I like.

I have never used liquid eyeliner much because I just can't. It has never worked for me because I can't apply it in a straight line. I bought this at Ulta with a coupon (I thought it was a bit expensive) and it was perfect the first time out of the box! I was thrilled. So it turns out it was worth it, and it is a dupe for a more expensive one by Mally Beauty on QVC.
The liner flows perfectly and there is something about the way this grips in the hand that makes it apply easily. I'm older and have hand issues, but have never been able to use liquid liner even when younger. I would recommend this for anyone with arthritis or other hand limitations. It is much lighter than it would appear to be, which is my only complaint. Probably just because I expected it to have more heft looking at it, but it works great as is.

The is Liquid Liner for Dummies, and I mean that in the best possible way! If you've ever had a difficult time using liquid liner (or any liner for that matter), you must give this a try! The curved shape of the applicator is just fantastic in the way it guides you to hold the tip of the pen in just the right position against the lashline. I was skeptical when I tested it in the store as it feels weird in my hand when I'm pointing it outward rather than toward me like I would applying it as I just kept trying to hold it like a pencil, but once I tried actually using it on my face everything lined up effortlessly! You'll still need to pull your lid taut in order to get your line as close to your lashes as possible which can take some practice (my hands always get in the way of one another!), but this still moves you a few steps forward toward mastering liner. I was also pleased to see that the liner fit just as easily in my left hand as in my right.

The lining fluid is pretty sweet too, The color is a very dark, solid black and glides on smoothly. Dries quickly too, and once on, it's pretty smudge resistant and long lasting. Cap fits snugly which should prevent the pen from dying up prematurely. The felt tip is fine and firm so creating a thin line is easy.

My only quibbles with the product are that it only comes in one shade (the black is perfect, but I like variety!) and that for the price ($15, a little expensive for NYX) I wish this were a refillable product. It'd be nice if you could buy ink cartridges to fit into the applicator rather than buying a whole new liner each time. Still, those are just small nitpicks. and wouldn't stop me from recommending this product to anyone!

Im very impressed by this new NYX liquid liner. I bought it at Ulta for $15.00 minus my $3.50 coupon, it was worth every penny! First, I love that it has a very slim felt tip applicator, super easy to apply, Im not a huge fan of having to use a brush to apply eyeliner so the curved shape of this makes application a breeze. Second, this is hands down the blackest black eyeliner Ive ever seen. One swipe gives you very intense color and coverage. Most eyeliners fade to a grey color throughout the day but this does not. The staying power is amazing, no smudging, melting or fading. I have used many liquid liners including Lancome, Loreal and Maybelline Stiletto, the NYX beats them all hands down. The applicator gives great control, you can make your lines thin to thick with little effort. I also love that this liner is not too wet, the perfect consistency to work with to get a great no mess look. If you wear false lashes, this is a great liner to use before and after lash application, it covers the band nicely. Overall, I would definetely recommend this liquid eyeliner, great product!
