I love this pretty creme/glitter polish mix. This one makes me think of Illamasqua Pink Raindrops. I don't own the Illamasqua polish, but when I saw this on my nails that is what came to mind. Apparently I love this color so much that I ended up with 2 bottles but they have different names. One is called Popular and the other is called Starry Pink. It is the same polish. This is easy to apply and the glitters spread out well, even the large ones. I did not have to do the blop and spread method as I do with most glitter polishes and this applies the same as a traditional polish. I had to maneuver some of the larger glitters around so they weren't bunched on in one spot, but they readily came off the brush and there was no fishing at all required! That is rare for a glitter polish. This is a very pretty pale pink and it is very pale. It's just barely pink it is so light in color. There are tiny glitters in this as well as larger hexes, but all the glitters are on the smaller side and even the "big" pieces are small. This is a subtle fresh look and definitely not in your face with glitter or sparkle. This is an office friendly polish and it is very neutral but with an edge with the glitters suspended throughout. I used this an an accent nail and I layered it over a pale pink base so I am not sure how opaque it is on it's own. I only used 1 coat and that gave a nice look and an even distribution of glitter particles. I love this gorgeous polish!

I don't usually buy glittery nail polishes because they look cheap to me, but this one looked so beautiful in the bottle I had to try it. It looks amazing! Like someone else said, it's like a starry pink sky. The glitter is muted a little bit by the matte pink/lilac color, and that's what makes this polish so pretty! I would definitely buy again!

Revlon Popular is a beautiful polish! It is a light pink shade with large and small silver glitters that can be worn either on its own, or layered over other polish. It is a pink shade, however I do see some lilac tones as well depending on the lighting. The glitter is so subtle and adds a nice pop - nothing too over the top or tacky looking. The light colour looks nice with my very pale skin. Sometimes with my pale skin light pinks can make me look very washed out, but this one works very well for me! I had great coverage with only 2 coats. Drying time was good and lasting power was about 4 days and then I started getting some chipping. It was also fairly easy to remove this polish, even with the glitters. I would buy this polish again if I ran out - 2 thumbs up!

I just got this and already love it. I haven't yet applied two coats but have layered it over a pale pink color (on one hand) and applied one coat alone on the other. There's not much I can say about it that the other reviewers haven't said already. Normally I don't like Revlon's nail polishes, but this color is really sweet; it's got starry silvery glitter throughout a very light pinkish lilac base, but there's something ageless and understated about it at the same time. The other day I was standing in line at the grocery store and noticed the man behind me was looking at my hands. That almost never happens! (men don't normally notice nail polish, I mean)
Anyway, I imagine this can be layered over other colors to add a glimmery touch, especially to very pale colors.

This was also called Starry Pink. It is a flattering pale pink with silver sparkles. It is more dusty/grey/lilac than other opaque pale pinks like OPI Mod About You or the chalky ChG GoGo Pink and I find it more flattering, easier to apply, and understated despite the fact it has silvery, iridescent glitter. It is opaque on its own in two coats and the multi-sized glitter glitter is sprinkled throughout, not a solid coat coat, so the creamy pink is quite evident and does evoke the image of a starry pink sky. It's great for layering, too. One coat over white gives it a light Glitter in the Wind (Whimsical) look, and it also looks great under different coloured glitter polishes like Some Enchanted Evening (Slipper, Sparkling).
Revlon polishes seem to take a long time to dry, but they are generally high quality for a good price, especially if you find sales, coupons, or use drugstore rewards cards.

This is a great polish, very pretty creamy pale greyish lilac/white with opalescent sparkles! great to add over a sharp base color! gorgeous, not tacky looking at all.
