After watching several demonstrations of this foundation on QVC, I finally decided I just couldn't live another day without it. When it finally arrived, I couldn't get that box open fast enough! Well....what ensued was the biggest disappointment since being suckered into buying the Genie bra, which resulted in a droopy uni-boob. Why do I fall for these tv demos?
The creator of this foundation has horrible rosacea. She even scrubs off her makeup live on tv, leaving her face even redder than usual. She takes one fell swoop of the foundation (the same Light shade that I ordered), and voila-redness be gone! I don't have a fraction of her redness, nor rosacea, yet this foundation did nothing more than a light dusting of any other powder might do. It did not cover, it felt/looked drying to my skin (although it's touted as anti-aging), and it itched. The color seemed "off" also, as it was too pink. I am completely befuddled by the positive reviews on QVC that also led me to buy this. I have worn powder foundations for many many years, so I'm no newbie to applying them. I can't help but wonder if when doing the live demo, she uses a wet brush or something else that makes the foundation apply heavier? There is no way that one swoop of this would ever remotely cover redness of that magnitude.
Pros-the brush that comes with it is extremely soft and non-irritating. That's the only pro I can think of.
Cons- Price, color, coverage, feel.
I'm now faced with paying to return this, which adds insult to injury. YMMV, but for me, it's something I definitely cannot recommend. My Honeybee Gardens Mineral Powder from Vitacost far exceeds this. And it only costs me $7.49.

I really don't know where to start with this foundation. I fell for the QVC presentation (coverage AND matte finish? Doesn't settle into lines AND skin benefits?? Yes please!) however, the reality of this product is somewhat different. The color I chose was Light based on QVC reviews and although it is an ok match, it is still noticeably darker than my skin. The palest shade I believe would be too pale fro my NC10-15 skin. Application is easy, swipe the brush on the powder then apply to face. On the presentation it was shown covering rosacea with one swipe of the brush. That is very far from the truth. The coverage is actually pretty bad, my dark sports aren't covered, my dark circles are still very visible and my freckles are still showing. However, if your face is remotely damp/sticky/covered in another product, then this powder will not only stick to these patches but also turn several shades darker. It makes my fine lines look worse, and my undereye area look crepey. I paid over $45.00 for this including shipping and I feel ripped off. The only saving grace about this powder is that the compact is pretty good, and the brush is fantastic. The powder itself is average. Would not rebuy even if a wider range of colors were introduced, but I will use the brush over and over again.

Outstanding product! I've never before found a compact foundation that works with oily skin but doesn't cake in fine lines or glimmer with glitter...but this is IT. This is soft as butter, has medium-full coverage, and can be used for touchups without turning into mud. I wear the Tan shade on my NC35 skin and it looks great. This is perfect for summertime for an easy all-day, natural look.

I love this foundation, I really do, but can't buy it in Britain which drives me insane, so I have to purchase it from Ebay from America or Canada. Anyway, this foundation gives me the perfect finish. It is the best powder foundation I have ever used. I suffer with Rosacea and can't put anything on my face with bismuth in it. Did try Bare Minerals and face blistered so bad that I had to go and have laser to calm it down, but with this I get excellent coverage, flawless finish and no breakouts whatsoever. The colours do run light I am medium and have bought the tan and medium beige. I prefer medium although it runs light on my skin, but with a little sweep of It Cosmetics bronzer and it looks great. Would highly recommend this product and the brush you get it with is one to the best quality brushes I have used. Also, if anyone reads this review and suffers with Rosacea what I have found to work for me is using either simple moisturiser with Jojoba oil pure oil mix it together and just smooth over your skin or elemis pro col marine cream with jojoba honestly ladies this really works my face is less inflamed and the redness on my cheeks has seriously reduced so some days I can now go without concealer. xx

I really love this! It covers my rosacea nicely, makes my pores look nonexistant, and doesn't cake...nor does it break me out or make my skin itch (like some powders do). I wouldn't say this is 100% full coverage - more of an "in between" of medium to full...but could be less coverage if used very lightly. For reference, I am Fairly Light in BE and in the winter time, this foundation in Fair (the lightest shade) is a perfect match. This wears very nicely throughout the day but I do need a little touch up if I want to remain polished looking. I got this on QVC with the brush which is wonderful. I can't wait to try more products!

Truly, truly horrible. Even using the lightest dusting this fdtn gets pasty and cakey. Especially around my nostrils and on my chin and cheeks and forehead...well you get the picture. I have tried this with different sunscreens and primers and it's still a mess. Amazing how it looks so much worse after it sinks in. Color was nice and sponge is good but overall a total waste. I recommend CdP, Mally or LM for amazing powder foundations. Back to QVC it goes.

The color range on this line is awful in their concealer/foundation. They just don't have anything in between very pink fairest-fair & very pink medium. The only way I could use this is if I used a very red based self tanner to get to their "Neutral Medium." Also, I generally use powder foundation for the summer, where I live it is hot & liquids melt off. This powder isn't heavy a heavy enough coverage for the winter (for me, the sins of the sun show much worse after my tan wears off), & much too dewy for the summer. I advise sticking to their specialty products, like the brow lift pencil or sculpting pallet. Their offerings on regular fare, like mascara & foundation, leave MUCH to be desired.

I have medium olive skin and just bought this foundation in Medium Beige. So far I love it even more than my Jane Iredale. This is an amazing foundation and I highly recommend it. Exceptional quality.

I, too, am a bit shocked by the unhappy reviews. This is the first time a foundation actually did it's job for me. I have tried them all and even though I need more coverage due to my age I was pleased with the coverage. It also worked so well in the Arizona heat at high noon (July). It never streaked or came off when I was out working in the heat. My hubby also thought I looked very nice in this foundation, it's not cakey, it didn't clog my pores and in fact it concealed them. I am quite pleased with this makeup.

I'm a bit shocked by the bad reviews. I love this foundation. I formerly used BE Bare Minerals in Fairly Light or Philosophy Supernatural, but the Celebration in "Light" is miles better for me. I do not need a lot of coverage, I only have a small amount of redness in the nose and cheek area I like to cover. I simply buff on a bit of this foundation and my skintone is even and it even camouflages some of my larger pores. It just looks good all day and it's much less work/mess than BE. Love IT. Oh, and their brushes can't be beat.. so soft and never shed.

I have never written a negative review on anything before now and frankly if I could give this product a zero, I would. When I saw this demonstrated on QVC and they said the magic words, "anti-aging" and " good for your skin," I just had to try it. Got this on a Thursday and decided to try it the following morning. Big mistake! First, it was almost impossible to figure out how to get to the make up out of the compact. It looked like there was a separate cover protecting it, but finally I realized that it was just covered by a small piece of plastic. Undeterred, I proceeded to apply it with the most perfect brush that is included. Second problem, unlike what I had observed on the QVC demo, it just seemed like no product was being applied and it certainly did not cover anything. But that was not the worst problem. When I finally thought that it was applied, I finished off the rest of my make-up as I usually do and went off to work. To be clear, I do not have sensitive skin and have no allergies. Within an hour of application, my face was on fire and I literally had to leave work, rush home, and wash it off ASAP. My face was covered with hives that turned into welts and then blemishes by the following morning. Now over six weeks later, my skin is almost healed. For someone who has always been complimented on my skin, this has been a horrific experience. My advice is to avoid this product at all costs.

This is the latest powder foundation from IT cosmetics, makers of full coverage concealer. This powder is contains antiaging properties and also claim to be full coverage. I think the full coverage claim is true and for a powder it doesnt sink into pores. HOWEVER, I bought two colors: mediumand tan. I returned them both and would not buy this again. My reasoning is medium and tan did not contain any yellow undertones for my NC40 skintone. Both claim to also be warmer shades, but not on me. Medium was a beige enough but was very pink. Tan was too dark and too neutral. When I bought this foundation, I also bought Milani Multitasker powder in Light Tan from CVS as a backup. I think Milani works just the same for $8: Full coverage, and does not sink into my pores. Oh the brush this foundation came with was superb, and I was even thinking of marginally keeping this set just for the brush and throwing away the medium powder. But in the end its not worth it. Good luck for people who need neutral or pink undertone powder, this is for you.
