Been using this for a little over a month and it has definitely improved my skin. Works particularly well on reducing redness and inflammation from irritation or after exfoliating treatments. Upon application, it sinks in fast and skin feels smooth. Visible temporary tightening effect. The best part for me is that it does not break me out (everything does), or interfere with foundation/makeup. I use a powder sunscreen (again, because all else breaks me out) and used together with this serum, I can see some old sunspots fading. Also, I use tazorac and I've noticed that my skin gets less irritated now. Definite keeper.

I used this for a week and it made me break-out. I bought it to replace Replenix Smoothing Serum 2X but it's not a good replacement for me. I returned it.

3rd UPDATE: I stopped using this except on my neck. I just can't use anything long term that contains any amount of rosemary, which is a shame. I'm not downgrading since my skintype & sensitivities are not that common. 2nd UPDATE (6/13/12): I decided to revisit this serum and I'm so glad to be proven wrong. NO irritation this time. I think my original reaction was due to a DIY toner. Thumbs up!!! UPDATE (5/31/12): Sadly, I've experienced very small watery blisters on my upper cheek bones and chin.....an allergic reaction. I guess I'm more sensitive to rosemary extract than I thought. Since it was lower on the ingredient listing, I really didn't expect to have issues. I will use the Po3 on my neck until it's gone. I'm not going to downgrade my rating since I think it's still a very nice product. I probably will revisit it in the near future just to verify that the blisters were from this product. ORIGINAL: Just got this serum a few days ago but wanted to mention that it does NOT have AHA in the current formulation. I've updated the ingredient listing above to reflect what is printed on my tube. The pump is ingenious....you just twist to open and then twist to close. The serum is very lightweight in comparison to the CF serum. It sinks in faster as well. It may top the CF serum.....we shall see. I'll continue w/ the CF serum around my eyes since I have a bottle and one-half to finish. Will update in a month or so. I purchased from dermstore for $51 (off favorites page) and free 2-day shipping. I also got credited 10% on my mrrebates.com account.

I've been using Replenix Power of 3 serum for a month now and am happy to report it is a WIN. Finally! This is after trying both Replenix Cream and Serum, which both clogged or irritated my skin.
The Power of Three is very calming to my sensitive, clog prone face. In fact, when doing a half face test I noticed immediate calming/less redness on the Pof3 side. It sinks in immediately. I have noticed a smoothing of my under eye wrinkles, and general clarity to my face. I also apply to the back of my hands (which were looking quite old lady-ish) and have seen significant improvement there as well.
I have given up on facial sunscreen after a long quest. Using this antioxidant serum, along with sunglasses and a sun hat, has kept my skin protected. I have not burned in the sun, although I do get a bit of color. Works for me!
The Resveratrol in it makes my skin feel slightly tight upon application, but following with moisturizer does the trick for me.
Prices vary widely on this, so do a web search before ordering in order to get the best price.
I will definitely repurchase.
