This product contains lavender and other fragrant oils, which irritate the skin. I really disliked the strong "herby" scent at first (I'm getting used to it, though) and it kind of gave my face a warming sensation.
I'm glad I bought a travel size because knowing this I wouldn't repurchase again, and it's hard for me to rate its efficiency as a toner.
I think if Apivita removed all the fragrant oils from their products, it would be an incredible brand!

BURNT my skin. Apivita raves how "natural" this product is, but each time I used it (5 times to be sure) my skin felt like it was on fire and I had to splash cold water immediately to soothe. Awful. I should have stuck to Vichy cleansing waters/toners which are superb. Smells fantastic though.
