Honestly... I am a little irritated about the entire baby lips line. It reminds me exactly of BeneFit makeup and there style and marketing scheme. They take a product, make it fun, in pretty bright colors- hype it up like its something so amazing everyone has to have it- and it ends up being such a let down. I liked baby lips.... i love the colors and how cute it looks... but in all reality, I can get chapstick, or other lip treatments that work 3x better, at half the price. So because it comes in a cute tub with neon colors, it should be double thr price? Softlips works WAY better... will actually give you baby lips, and it costs $2.00. Who in there right mind pays 5$ for a tube of chapstick? and it doesnt even moisturize and give you baby lips like they said it will. I bought one of the tubes to see what the hype was about, and it was exactly as I thought it would.be- nothing special at all.

I LOVE the Baby Lips ! This one is clear ... It's very moisturizing and leaves your lips feeling soft. The best thing about this lip balm is that you can apply it under any other lip product .. like a lipstick , and it will hydrate your lips no matter what. It has a very subtle peppermint smell to it. Not as strong as the mint EOS lip balm.

A great lipbalm for the price, not too greasy, nice peppermint minty tingle without being drying or irritating. Does what it should for a good price. Too bad these aren't available in my country but I can always buy online.

I had a $2 off coupon for this item, so I figured I'd try it out. I am a lip balm fanatic and have tried almost every drug store lip balm that exists. This time I needed a simple, clear chap stick to stash in my work purse. This particular one caught my eye because it has spf 20, no added colors or shimmer, and a peppermint scent. I like the twist packaging (similar to a lipstick tube). Nothing really sets this chap stick apart from the rest. It applies very smoothly and makes my lips feel so soft and plump and the tingly peppermint feels good on my lips, HOWEVER, this hydration wears off within just 30 minutes. I tested out its lasting power by applying it and avoiding rubbing my lips together, licking my lips or eating/drinking anything. My lips were completely dry within 30 minutes of application (and I do not have excessively dry lips to begin with). I'll finish up the tube, but will pass on buying this one next time.

I love baby lips. It is very moisturizing and the packaging is so cute... like a lipstick. I love how you can't taste or smell the spf and its also clear and lighter than a lipstick. I will buy this again.

I have this product in the peach flavor and totally fell in love with it! I just bought the peppermint this weekend hoping it was just as good...well it's even better! I love the feeling of this when you put it on. I have never had anything feel so velvety soft on my lips. When it's mostly absorbed after putting it on you don't have any weird film or feeling on your lips. They aren't peeling or left with a grainy layer. They just feel completely soft and luscious. I know I sound silly...but it's so true! Try it!

I found that the more I used this lip balm on my chapped lips, the more frequently they were getting chapped. Before using this my lips were only ever chapped late at night but not they're chapped every hour of the day (even after vigorous application). I think my lips have become addicted to this balm and has lost the ability to moisturize itself. I won't be buying this lip balm again. I think there are much better ones out there.

I personally fell in love with this product! I went to go stock up on more, but my friend talked me into buying Blistex instead, because it was cheaper. Don't know why I listened! If I was going to go for something different I should have just gone with EOS, but even EOS doesn't have this long lasting affect for me. Within weeks my lips were healthier, fuller and less chapped. I sound like the commercial, but i'm not lying It sounds too good to be true, but it totally works for me, and my lips are chronically dry! It also doesn't leave that weird affect that if you don't wear it for a while your lips start to flake in an instant. Works really, really well! I need to stock up on more, seeing that places are running low. I have peppermint, quenched (cotton candy) and cherry. The peppermint works the best I think. Could be total mind over matter, but it does really work well. I'm gonna give my friend the Blistex. Merry Christmas!

Pros: fuller, plumper, healthier, less chapped lips SPF.

Cons: price, can find similar chap sticks for cheaper (EOS). Not sure if it works for everyone the same way.

i recently picked this product up because i've been wanting to see what all the rave was about. when i first put it on my lips, i was in love. even over my eos lip balms. but then 5 minutes later, my lips felt so dry and unmoisturized. this product is okay, it doesn't beat the eos lip balms though.

Very moisturizing! Makes my lip smooth and tingley because of the mint ingredient.

I quite like this, and even though there's peppermint in, it is almost non-existent. It is a nice balm, with barely no scent and no taste. It is hydrating and smoothing and lasts as long as any balm that is not too greasy. It is basically just a nice semi glossy lip balm. I would recommend it. Not expensive either!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product! I will never stop buying Baby Lips. Although I do prefer the peppermint or quenched 'flavors' over the Cherry Me, Grape Vine, Pink Punch, and Peach Kiss ones. They seemed to work better for me (the peppermint and quenched) and I think it's because of the clearness. The color of the others seemed to actually drawn out the natural moisture of my lips, and when I took off the balm to eat or drink or it came out on it's own, it sort of sucked out the moisture. So, I definetely recommend the clear ones over the tinted. The pricing is also definitely a plus! It is cheap for such a wonderful product... I say wonderful, because it leaves my lips LITERALLY smooth as a baby's butt. I will definitely buy this again... and the packaging is cute as well. The cap doesn't fall off as easily as I thought it would, although I can pull it off easily, it doesn't come off when I put it in my purse or in a backpack. It's larger than a normal container of lip balm, but it's about the size of an average lip stick. I've used this product faster than I used any other lip product, and I'm excited to get another tube! Definitely recommended.

My go to lip balm is still Smith's Rosebud Strawberry lip balm; but, I have to admit that it can be a pain to lug it around with me because the tin is huge - I needed something more portable. Enter Maybelline's Baby Lips in Peppermint. I've been looking for a clear, hydrating lip balm with a sunscreen that does not irritate my lips and so far I believe this to be it. Most sunscreens in lip products make my lips itch or peel. EW I know. I think the neon green and cute graffiti makes this lip balm's packaging stand out so it's easy to find in my vast waste land of a handbag. Let's not forget the product in the tube itself. It is super moisturizing, just as good as my strawberry Rosebud so if you like that you will definitely like this (Psst! It's also cheaper!). Also, it does not give me a white overcast on my lips and makes them SUPER soft. The consistency of the balm is a little thick so it smooths out my lips very nicely which makes a great base under all my lip color products. NO strong scent from this one but it does have a slight cooling sensation. I highly recommend!

It's a great lip balm that really does wonders. I have all the baby lips, but I would say I use Peppermint flavor the most often because it's clear, and very moisturizing, however it does not stay on your lips for a full 8 hours.

The packaging is very cute, and very small making it easy to store in your pockets or wherever you please. It's very inexpensive, depending on where you get it, I purchased my first baby lips lip balm at Walgreens for about 3.99 plus the tax, and I later went into Walmart and saw the baby lips for about 2.60 plus tax, however both of these are both inexpensive, the price just varies depending on different places.

Great product, and it's super cute!

Very cheap. Works wonders. Better than many high end and/or organic lip balms that just sit on your lips without moisture. This one is really top quality, I am really shocked. Cheap, and makes your lips smooth and moisturized just like it promises. The ONLY other one I ever really liked is the Estee Lauder lipbalm. These are the best. I am throwing out all the others....

I love anything peppermint and this balm is great! My only gripe is that I feel like I have to reapply this constantly and my lips feel like they dry out fast.

I have really dry lips. This might work for some. But for me, it just wasn't as good as others that I've tried. It especially wasn't as good as baby lips in pink punch, which surprised me. This one just wasn't as creamy and moisturizing, and the packaging even felt cheaper for some reason. I wanted this to be as good as the other color I tried but it was worse.

This is better than Burts Bees!! This one is smooth while burts bees is waxy and just sits on my lips! I use this under lipstick and lipliner when i fill in and lipgloss!! The only thing about this that I don't like is that THEY DON"T PUT ENOUGH PRODUCT IN THIS!! I LOVE IT!!
