This is a lightweight, delicate,"two-phase" formula that works fast and gently to remove makeup from the eyes, lips and face. It very effectively lifts all traces of makeup off without tugging or leaving any greasy or oily residue. I have found that if a remover is oily it works, but it leaves a residue and if it's not oily, it tugs and takes a lot of work to remove the makeup (especially waterproof). This gets all makeup off (including waterproof) easily and quickly. It's simple to use: just shake well and apply a small amount to a cotton pad, and swipe over skin. It's $37 for 5 oz. This is not cheap, but you don't need a lot to get the job done and it really works. Another top notch TF product, IMHO.
