I have used so many serums over the years--from EL, to Lancome, to Origins, to others of Clinique and Olay and Neutrogena (I use the Intense Wrinkle serum for day)....and this one is definite HG status for me--the price is expensive, but it's worth it--I use it every evening and my skin simply glows. The texture is improved, smoother, clearer, and this has great stuff in it. For the price, compare with other serums, this one is superior in every way--I read labels and research carefully, so I have a very definite notion of what I expect a serum to do for me and my skin. Try it, ladies and gents, you'll LOVVVVVEEEEE it :)

This is an absolute HG product for me. I have no idea why it hasn't gotten more attention. I needed a good chemical gentle exfoliant. My skin hates even the most gentle physical exfoliant! It breaks me out soo badly and the break outs stay on for weeks. Without exfoliation my skin was rough, dead looking. I had no glow at all. Which is why I noticed the amazing glowing side effects of the product the morning after!!! It even cleared up my blemishes! I have no idea how it did that. But I swear it di. It even claims to lighten up dark spots over time.

So there you go, a nice exfoliant for glowy skin, clears up your blemishes and lightens up dark spots.

I can back up the first to claims. I still have to see how it goes for lightening up dark spots! But even if it doesn't have any effect on the spots. It's already waay worth it. Ammmaaaaaaazing product. I'll never uses anything else again! Every!

This serum is fantastic and has changed my skin for the better in just a few months.
I use it every night after cleansing my face and it has reduced redness, improved radiance and gotten rid of the tiny bumps on my forehead.
When I purchased the pump bottle I was worried it wouldn't last very long, but it has been two and a half months since I began using the bottle and it's still going strong.
I love that this exfoliating serum is fragrance-free and so gentle, yet effectively renews and perfects the skin.
I have combination skin that gets pretty oily in the summer (which it is at the moment) so I love that this is so light and absorbs quickly - leaving no greasy film.
Will purchase again as soon as I run out!

I´m using this at night togerther with turnaround overnight and it´s healing my hormonal acne and scars/discoloration in the jaw line! My skintone is more even too. I´m totally satisfied.

Fantastic! I use this at night and Clinique's pore refining correcting serum in the AM. Combined with my Clarisonic, my skin looks amazing. Reminds me of the time I had microdermabrasion.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I do not like the texture. It feels very waxy when applied to the skin but it does absorb and settle after a few minutes. My skin feels soft and does look more even after applying it but I do not find this very moisturising even after I follow with DDML. My skin looks good but something is just missing, that hydrated supple feeling is absent. So in essence I do not hate this product and I will use it again if i ever get it with a GWP but I dont think I will buy it. For the price I think its not worth it and I get fantastic results when I just use the turn around night cream on its own. The concentrate doesnt add anything extra or spectacular.

A few weeks ago i was using a BP regimen that consisted of this very harsh acne treatment that would make my face flaky and dull. It didn't even seem to be helping my acne so i decided to just stop using it. I've started only using this product and the Intense Surge moisturizer every morning and night and my skin feels new and refreshed and just wonderful. It makes my face brighter and SO soft and it's definitely been lightening post acne marks tremendously. Having very sensitive and acne prone skin, i am naturally afraid to use anything new on my face but I'm so happy i took the risk with this one because it's already made my skin so much healthier and its on'y been a couple of weeks. And even though this product is not an acne product, i have not really broken out at all since i started using it. Maybe one or two small spots, but very unnoticeable ones which i won't complain about because i'd take it over the regular acne i got prior to the use of this product. Would highly recommend. I paid $53.00 CDN for it but if it does this well i don't mind at all.

I normally do not like Clinique products, however l actually liked this product. I could actually see a difference in my skin the next day. My sister has been using this for a few months and she loves it too.

This has to be my favorite skin-care product of the year. I have really sensitive, acne-prone, rosacean, flaky, 40-something dry skin that breaks out from most products. This product has worked miracles on my skin. I use it after cleansing morning and night and then layer moisturizer over it. It has kept breakouts at bay, gives me a glow, prevents flakes, doesn't cause breakouts, works beautifully under makeup, seems to reduce midday oilies in the T-zone, and seems to reduce fine lines. What's in this stuff?! It's amazing! The only con is that the bottle is tiny so I can tell I'll go through it fast and it isn't cheap. But it's definitely worth it.

I have combination, acne prone skin, and I was looking for a serum that did more than moisturize. I wanted something that would moisturize my dry cheeks and improve the look of my pores and my breakouts. This also claimed to brighten my skin, so I was able to obtain a rather large sample.
I have been using this for 3 weeks and my skin looks amazing. There is a definite improvement already. It makes my skin feel like velvet. My skin is so smooth and even. My skin isn't as oily and I haven't been breaking out. My skin glows and my pores look SO MUCH SMALLER. I don't wear any makeup now, and no one can tell. My skin looks perfect! I use it a night so that when I wake up, my skin looks fresh and beautiful.
It lasted me 3 months, which is fine, and it's definitely worth the price. This is an HG serum for me, and I will definitely continue to buy this. :)

This is terrific stuff. I've got uncomfortably dry skin, but with the added kicker of occasional cystic acne around my chin, so I have a lot of trouble finding an exfoliant that doesn't upset one part of my face or the other. I feel like I've spent the last five years optimistically buying every highly-recommended exfoliant on the market, and then kicking myself when it does nothing, or worse, makes my acne cranky and my mild rosacea flare up. So then I frustratedly buy another bottle of something harrowingly expensive, and my cycle of enraged conniption fits continues.


But this Turnaround Concentrate, though? It works. It really works. Paula Begoun gives it a great review, and while I haven't had much luck with the other exfoliants she's given the thumbs up to, she's right on the money with this one. Clinique touts the lactobionic acid in this as being less sensitizing than AHAs or BHAs, which Begoun confirms is backed up by independent research (at this point still limited, but nonetheless worth keeping in mind) that suggests that this may indeed be true. I'll be interested to see if further testing bears this out, but as far as one person's anecdotal evidence goes, it's certainly been my experience that the Turnaround Concentrate is noticeably gentler to my skin than AHAs and BHAs.


It has a very silky, primer-like texture, and it sinks into my skin very quickly without feeling either oily or drying. It's just smooth and neutral. I use it once a day after I've washed my face--Clinique suggests twice a day, but I've found that once works well on my skin--and leave it for a couple of minutes before putting on moisturiser.


I was prepared to wait a few weeks to see any meaningful difference, but even after just a couple of days, I noticed that my skin looked fresher and happier. It's been two months now, and my face is really remarkably clearer than it was before, especially around the corners of my nose. My skin feels soft and lush and just......well, nicer. Comfortable. Prettier. I really love it.


Updated on 09/26/2012: It's been 7 months since I started using this little beauty, and it's still great. This is the first extended period of my adult life that I've had such lovely clear skin. I'm so damn grateful, I could weep.

I was on the lookout for an oil-free moisturizer and stumbled upon this! I have very acne-prone sensitive skin and practically every cosmetic I apply on my face makes me break out. I've started screening every product on www.cosdna.com just to prevent breakouts and its been pretty accurate so far! This product contains safe non-comedogenic ingredients which don't irritate my skin at all. Over the last month, I can truly feel my skin getting smoother, clearer, with less hyperpigmentation. It goes on lyk silk on my skin and instantly feels so soft and smooth. The pump is perfect so you can control the amount you want it to discharge.

Sorry about the long review but my skin finally looks the best it ever has over the last decade so just feel the need to share! Since I'm using this, I can actually go out with no foundation on! My skin is starting to look THAT good! (knocks wood) Will definitely repurchase despite the price cuz a little goes a long way!

Many years ago I tried Turnaround serum but did not like it as it irritated my skin (actually, all AHAs and BHAs I have tried do it)
However, I recently received a sample of this new Turnaround serum and decided to give it a try, as ingredients are very different from the other Turnaround versions. This one contains Lactobionic Acid as the main exfoliant, that is supposed to be less sensitizing than other exfoliants.
I have been using it every other day (I think that is enough for my sensitive skin) for one month and I am very happy with the results. No signs of irritaton so far and my skin is looking really renewed and brighter.
Anyway, as one month may not be enough to make sure, I will update here in a few months.

Edit 30/6/2012: after some months I can state that I cannot leave without this product. This is absolutely my HG exfoliant
