Very pretty, classy shade of rose gold. People write how streaky it is and how difficult but I had no problem with the application. Two coats makes for a good polished look :)

This is a lovely rose gold, just as described.
Pale and elegant, easily dressed up or dressed down.
Lippmann polishes are some of the best, and I have at least 50 or so . . . really. Application is divine, wear time great, quality of color always the best.
I only voted "no" on repurchase because I have so many variations of gold in my stash -- including Lippmann, Butter London, Chanel, Dior, OPI.
Really, how many do I need?
But, if you're in the market for an elegant rose gold (not pink, but a true rose gold, just as she said, it's inspired by a rose gold Rolex), then definitely give it a try.
For what it's worth, I got this in the "Puttin' On The Ritz" set with the Drops of Brandy lipstick, and the set is great . . . so if you're perusing this thinking about indulging in the set, go for it.
(The nude set is great, too.)

Absolute in love with this color! Depending on the light condition, it appears as a soft gold neutral.
I'm hard on my nails, however this formula lasted with only minor tip chipping for about 5 days. The chipping is not obvious, since is so neutral and complimentary nude.
It's a very unique color, and this was bought in conjunction with the Good Morning America Steals and Deals. So, this was a very good introduction into the Lippmann collection. Very pleased, indeed.

The first thing I read about this color was that DL took 3 years to get it just like the rose gold color she saw on a rolex watch that she coveted. Don't know if she got it or not, but hey good for her if she did.
This color is a deeper rose color than real rose gold (at least my antique rings are not this deep a rose color) but it still matches the color. It's almost a neutral shade. It has an almost foil like sheen to it, but it's not a foil it is a metallic and it's simply gorgeous and classy. In some lights it is very rose colored, in other lights it is very gold colored but not like brassy golds, more like a soft gold.
I only need 2 coats to cover my nails. It is hard to deal with in some aspects, it leaves the polish strokes behind, but if you can overlook that then you'll love the way this color shines and lasts when it's done.
I hear that this color was for the holidays. I think this color is perfect for all days. It's the perfect neutral shade that can be worn for anytime of the year. I chose now to wear it and try it, I'm thrilled with it. I have not shared this color with my friends yet, but I am sure what I will hear and get when I do........."where did you get this", "where can I buy it", and my all time favorite "who makes this color"? LOL! If they listened to me then I'd never have something different to share with my friends, LOL.
Go ahead and splurge, enjoy it! Nail polish to me are like jewels for the nails, wear anything you want and enjoy it! LOL.
