The comes in a nice handy bottle. It is transparent that makes it easy to see how much is left, which I like. The roller applicator is very nice too as the ball is made of metal and gives a pleasant cooling sensation. It is a liquid formula that goes on like water. No particular smell; there is some slight one but I cannot identify it.
Now the downside. It does not do anything to me. I cannot see any change in my eye are: the solution does not seem to either reduce dark circles or brighten up the area. Will not repurchase.

This is a good product. I guess... Well, it does not do much for me. It feels nice and I like the roll on applicator. I think it hydrates the eye area, but its a boring product (that meaning it doesn't "do" anything for me) that I will not be buying again.
But if you are only looking for something that feels nice on the eye area and hydrates normal skin, its a good product.

I used this for a while, but to no avail. I do not have any serious eye concerns (no real fine lines, puffiness, darkness, etc.). I just wanted to use the product as a preventative measure to keep my undereye looking smooth and youthful. After using it, however, I'm convinced that this product does nothing at all. I could feel that the skin was moisturized, but it left a film that I could feel on top of the skin. I did not notice any brightening effect, or smoothing effect (which with most good eye creams, you notice after a while) but nothing. The product is also expensive for the quantity that you purchase. I would not recommend this product.

My under eye area is dark even when I was born. I found that it because the fat inside my under eye area transparent yellow. Normal people, the eye fat is transparent. I's recommend to do surgery which to remove transparent yellow fat eye. Angelica Eye Roll-On make my eye feel burn when applying because of mint ingredient. However, it seems reduce dark on my under eye area a little. I hope long term of the use, it will help my remove all dark without doing surgery. I'm so scare of hurt.

I used to swear by Clinique's All About Eyes depuffer roll-on, but this one works as good if not better, and it doesn't sting at all if I use it more than once a day. It's also very hydrating without being too oily. Feels like ice water with slightly gooey consistency.
