This product is AMAZING! I have oily skin and when I wore this my skin had a glow and was not Lulu at all. It cost $5 at walmart , although the packaging was not the best I would purchase this product again in a heart beat :)

Another strange purchase that I don't regret. I ran over to the local big box store, looking for another moisturizer for my sensitive skin. It's trial and error with me for something that moisturizes but isn't too oily, and doesn't make me break out or get hives.
I opened this, and first thing I noticed was the strange smell. Not entirely pleasant but it reminded me of something. Then I remembered, yeah... my old babysitters house after she had cleaned with lysol. Not the best fragrance.
I used a small dollop on my freshly cleansed and toned face. And my cheeks turned red. Not the best sign. I had some dry spots from an allergic reaction from a few days before. I felt them, and they actually felt.. better. Not scaly at all. The redness left after about 60 seconds. It left my skin soothed after a while. It's got a bit of a glow to it. I am currently in the 'let's see if I get broken out' phase of testing.
I also picked up some KEWL [cool] MagicFace Refresher for my T-zone and used in conjunction with the BG moisturiser. Totally reduced any shine in those areas instantly.
I think they are marketing this to the wrong people. This should be marketed to people with sensitive skin, not 8-11 year olds. The packaging is cheap looking but if they released it with more sophisticated (yet still recycled) packaging, it would totally blow most drugstore moisturizers out of the water.

I really love this moisturizer despite my original skepticism. It is lightweight, non-greasy, and quick drying. Even though it contains nut and plant oils, it did not break me out in the slightest (I've been using it for several weeks just to make sure before doing a review). It actually helped my face recover after a few breakouts from using random moisturizer samples. You get 1.7 ounces for $6, which isn't too bad. Also buying it from Walmart is not your only option. I buy mine from drugstore.com, actually. *not affil* Great alternative from the Evil Empire! I know there are some people who refuse to shop at Walmart, so that's why I wanted to point out an alternative source.
I was skeptical at first because this does contain sunflower and soybean oils and emulsifying wax, for example. I thought this would be a pimple disaster! After being pretty much free of acne for the last year, I am very careful what I put on my face. This has rosemary and mint extracts like the cleanser (which I love! See my review), so it naturally has some acne fighting properties.
Long story short, I love this moisturizer and plan to continue buying it. You don't have to be in elementary school to love this brand!
