This product was unexpectedly AMAZING, and has now become my go-to brown eyeliner (I have it in umber). I work 12-hour shifts and it lasts literally the entire time without smudging or running. I have got to find it in a charcoal/black/gray!

I love this product. I discovered it by chance and definitely will buy again. I got the rose shade. The crayon glides on nicely and stays put all day! I had no trouble with creasing. I plan to buy the kitten soon and wish there were more colours.

Bought this in black to achieve the smoky eye goth look and think it is absolutely fabulous! There is a bit of a learning curve as this product sets very quickly. So if you are going to blend make sure you do it immediately after application, the product sets in about 7 seconds. This is a wonderful product! Ideal for your waterline and creating that smoky look. Other colours are also available and worth taking a look at as well. Very happy.

I have this in ANTIQUE and SMOKE. I love the convenience of crayons as I apply eye make-up in the office. This product glides on the skin very well, but you better hurry, you only have a few seconds to smudge or make adjustments before it sets. It also acts as a primer so definitely very buildable.
I love the colors too. ANTIQUE is a peach-y color and SMOKE is a taupe-y color. Both can be worn every day without looking too made up. It stays on ALL DAY, ALL NIGHT!

Got two of these, Black and Smoke, during the 21 Days of Beauty BOGO sale on these one day at Ulta, total impulse purchase. Can I just say love at first sight, er, use? Smoke is gorgeous. Shimmery taupe, could go cool or warm, depending on what shadows I pair with it. Black is a basic black, nothing fancy except for the lasting power. I get a an easy 6-8 hrs on my eyes with primer, and the swatch I initially tried on my hand to see what the colors were like stayed there until I had to physically scrub it off. I assume they are comparable to MAC Shadesticks, minus the fact that these are buttery soft to apply unlike those from MAC that I tried. I may even like these better than UD's 24/7 Shadow Crayons (I know, shhh). Frankly, Stila's are easier to maneuver, you can opt for thin or thick lines, they seem to blend better than UD's before they set (but like UD do not budge after that, eye rubbing included), and so far haven't caused me to waste a ton of product by breaking with constant resharpening like a couple UD ones I have (Clinic and Mercury, mostly). You probably don't get as much actual 'crayon' for the same price as UD, but at the rate I go through those, I may just start buying Stila instead. Wish they had as many shades as UD, especially because these do not have the amount of glitter UD does. Stila has shimmer, but no actual sparkles and so far you can color me happy with these, pun intended, because I certainly will be and will buy a couple more colors next time I see a sale I'm sure.

I think these are the best eye shadow crayons out of all the ones I've tried. I like that they're wind-up, but you can still sharpen to a finer point if you want to use it as liner. They go on creamy but set quickly and last (almost) all day, with a little fading but no creasing or smudging (despite the name!). I have Umber, a dark burgundy which is beautiful as liner, and Smoke, a shimmery taupe. I wish they had some colors that were more matte/satin-finish, and that they were a little cheaper, but overall, I really like them.

I did not use this as an eyeliner, because it cant be resharpened. I think the price is reasonable considering it can be used as an eyeliner, primer, and eyeshadow. I bought this in kitten, which is a very pretty shade. I already have an eyeshadow this color though from Bobbi Brown (champagne quartz) that I prefer. It held no use for me, so I won't repurchase it.

Love!!! These stay all day on me. I took Umber with me on a beach vacation and this look freshly applied after several hours outside in the heat and swimming. I like that the crayon is thick enough that you can easily do your whole lid but still thin enough that it can be used as a liner. I like these better than my Laura Mercier smudgesticks.
ETA: I have gone and purchased more of these in black, blue, plum, and smoke and wear them daily. I love them!

I bought kitten and antique like both for a neutral eye. I find that with no primer the color lasts all day. they do not crease on me until I am ready to take my makeup off at 8:00 at night. used as primers they works wonderfully well with my pan eyeshadows.Bought at Sephora pricey but worth it for a longlasting cream eyeshadow., I will be buying more of these.

I'm of two minds on this product. On one hand, it's almost exactly what I want from an eye crayon. The product is pigmented, creamy, blendable, dries quickly to a smudge-resistant nontacky finish, feels lightweight and comfortable on (some long wearing eye crayons feel stiff and heavy after they set, this does not), and applies beautifully. No dragging or tugging on my lid, and with the exception of Pink Violet, no instances of patchy pigmentation. Texturally, they're exactly what I always wanted MAC Shadesticks to be. They just apply like a dream and the shades are so pretty. They go on as smoothly creamy and pigmented as Urban Decay's 24/7 shadow pencils, but I find these more comfortable to wear.
Sounds fabulous right? The catch is that Stila defines longwear as 6 hours, which may be considered a decent wear time for a cream based product but it is the opposite of what I consider to be longwearing for an eye shadow. In my opinion, any eye shadow that aims for a lower benchmark than 10 hours (if not 12-14) cannot be labelled longwearing. Eye shadow is not like lipstick, people don't expect that they'll need to redo their eyes mid day. If your eyes can't last from breakfast until at least dinner, you're hardly employing a sensible makeup routine. And at least on me, these crayons don't last that long. I tested them out on the bare lid and over my regular eye primer (Too Faced Shadow Insurance), and in both instances these crayons lasted just 6 hours before they started fading and creasing. The shades I purchased (rose and antique) harmonize well enough with my light complexion that the fading and creasing doesn't look disastrous so I can get away with wearing these all day long, but I can't imagine that I'd risk wearing any of the darker shades if I knew I had a long day ahead of me. They'd be fine for running errands on the weekend or for evening makeup, but they're not up to the task of a standard 9-5 work day.
If Stila could just increase the wear time on these they'd be perfect! To their credit, they do specify that these have a wear time of 6+ hours which on my moderately oily lids is fairly accurate. Given how prone cosmetic companies are to exaggerating the lifespan on their products (like the slew of "24 hour" eye products that hit the drugstores this spring), that honesty is positively refreshing. But honesty doesn't make this product any more practical, so for now, I'll be relegating this product to weekends only when I'm just looking for something quick to slick on to perk up my complexion.
