Skeen+ is a men brand but I didn't know this when I bought this product as I have seen a Cleansing Milk amongst the products so I just thought it is a women brand. Oh well, this is not important.
The product is very expensive but I found it in a Sephora shop in my country. I was just looking around and in fact I was searching for a moisturiser but the sales person saw me looking at this product as I was attracted by the Glycolic Acid bit. She told me lots of things about it, what is does, how to use it and of course she told me that she was using it also. At that time, it had a special price (half price and still expensive) so I just bought it thinking: why not splurge for once?
So as soon as I got home I've tried it.
It is a white cream with tiny beads in it. The smell is bit weird, I can't put my finger on it but it is no problem for me.
You have to massage it gently on your wet skin, leave it on for 30 seconds and the wash it with lukewarm water.
Giving the fact that it has glycolic acid (0,14%) I thought my skin will react in a bad way but it didn't. I have never tried a glycolic acid product before and I didn't know what to expect but I have read that it may cause irritations, depending on your skin.
My skin was smooth, a bit red on the cheeks and a bit dry but then I put on a moisturiser and my skin was calm, soft and glowing. My pores were smaller.
I use this product once a week and so far it is working for me, making my skin smooth, clean and and my scars are fading.
I have been using this product for 6 months and I still have half left. You really don't need a lot of it.
It is quite expensive and eventhough I like it, I don't know if I will repurchase.
