I like this one better than the downtown browns palette. It is more pigmented for some reason. The colors are very flattering and sultry on my lids, though I find a eye primer very necessary. These truly mimic WnW palettes and I made the mistake of thinking this was a new palette from WnW. The texture is soft, so be careful and quick if working with a eyeshadow brush. I prefer to use my fingers when working with this.

This Black Radiance Palette is the same as the Wet n' Wild 8 pan palettes. I think Black Radiance and Wet 'n Wild are manufactured by the same company. The color scheme of this quad reminds me of the Sleek Safari palette which is difficult to find.
This palette has 8 shadows:a cream, a buttery yellow, a yellow green, light brown, a army green, a forest green a midtone brown and a dark red brown. All the shades are shimmery so if you use matte shades for you eyeshadow looks daily you would have to go outside the palette.
Like all the 8 pans the shadow are soft and extremely pigmented especially the colors labeled contour and crease. However since Black Radiance is geared toward African American woman all the shades are highly pigmented. All the shadows are especially soft so a good primer is needed to keep from creasing.
