Charmed I'm sure --I would describe as a sparkly nude. Because it's so metallic it does go on streaky, but for me it's OK. It looks fabulous with my skin tone and it's kind of boho. I'm not a prissy manicure type of girl, I rarely paint my nails in fact. It almost looks like its wet, a very cool shade. $5, Target

This is a gorgeous muted silver bronze mauve. It has some micro shimmer to it. But the polish applies very uneven and get goopy very fast.

I like the color a lot. I agree that it looks different depending on the lighting. Sometimes it looks very silvery and other times almost gold. I think it would be considered a metallic taupe.
Edit: I have come to realize that L'oreal does not make good nail polish. They often apply streaky and too sheer. I thought it was my limited polishing skills. After trying different brands, I realized the problem is with this polish, not me.

So disappointed in this polish. I fell in love with the entire line of colors when I saw them on display recently, but unfortunately the formula is thin and streaky. Application was a pain, polish took far too long to dry, and the brush had bent/stray hairs before it was even used. The polish is fairly inexpensive, but I'd pay more to get these colors in a decent formula.

Unlike some of the previous reviewers, I fortunately had a very positive experience with Charmed, I'm Sure. I grabbed it at Wal-Mart on a whim, wanting to try a L'Oreal polish but not having any particular color in mind. I picked it up half-hoping it was a quirky take on a shimmery beige. Upon application, there is nothing super special about it, but I'm very pleased to see it on my fingers. It's shiny and flattering and in the right spot between neutral and 'different'.
It sometimes comes across as gold; in harsher lights, as silver. I think the finish is beautiful. It's not streaky and exudes a shimmery, almost metallic look, not looking as much as a polish but as if my nails were naturally this color. If you're looking for something out there and crazy, this may not deliver, but it worked perfectly to satisfy my mid-week, new-polish manicure needs.
I also love the packaging of these L'Oreal bottles. The brushed gold handles and fat little square bottles are VERY appealing to me. I also liked the short handle. The brush is squared-off, average and didn't cause a problem. I don't remember having any difficulty with application or the formula.
I really love this polish and color! Next time I feel the need to grab a new color, I'm going to look to L'Oreal first.

it's a cute square edge bottle, makes for nice organizing. However, I bought one of the LE colors that looked really lovely in the bottle, a pewter sort of concrete, and it was really poor thin quality. I did 2 coats, and while the shine was nice, I ended up having nails that basically looked like they got stained with muck. The application just was totally streaky and I feel like it didn't have enough pigment in it to do the job. Even 5 coats would not have helped. Strange, considering the color in the bottle looked rich! I think this new line is very hit-or-miss. The color selection is great, but the individual colors can have serious issues. This is the worst bottle of nail polish of any brand I have ever purchased.

This is marked as a new product, I picked this up at CVS. Anyhow, The color was nice but even after 2 coats itís slightly uneven on one side. I think Iíll have to try a 3rd coat later. It could also be my application technique that is the problem because my left finger nails look quite a bit better than my right hand. The bottle is cuter than their old ones. I wouldn't repurchase this color.
