This can be used on your hair and your body but I didn't like it as a shampoo, it didn't lather very well and I felt I could never rinse it completely. As a soap it's nice and moisturizing but I was expecting more.
The ingredients are 100% natural (organic virgin coconut cream oil, spring water, 33% USDA certified organic shea butter, certified organic, extra virgin olive oil, ghassool clay, sodium hydroxide, ECOCERT certified organic argan oil)
