I love love love this product. I'm currently on my 3rd bottle, but my face seems to have gotten immune to its greatness & is starting to fail me. I have sensitive skin & I can't use harsh cleansers or etc, I think this works perfect. It doesn't dry out my skin, removes make up, didn't cause me to break out etc! I've been seeing the new version of this cleanser in blue, not sure what's so special about it but I will definitely try it soon. // PROS: Lathered into fine foam That deep cleanses. Doesn't dry my skin out, moisturizes, removes make up, helped to tighten pores too // CONS: I don't really like the smell, it smells very chemical-ish. Apart from that, nothing else! // OVERALL: Will definitely repurchase for forever but my skin is immune to it already which is kinda sad. Oh & it costs SGD$8.90 which is quite cheap for a product that works so well!

This was an ok product. I really loved the results after I'd use it with the toner from this brand. It was perfect for my irritated skin after I ruined it with another product.

I'll start off by saying that I don't find this face wash to be particularly moisturizing - if you have dry skin you should probably start with something else. I have oily skin that's a bit sensitive, and for me, this is a great, basic, non-irritating cleanser. It doesn't have any frills, but I don't think cleansers need them. It gently cleans my face and gets it ready for all the stuff I put on it afterwards. I'd buy this again.

Really did not like this product! Despite supposedly being 'moisturizing', it dried my skin out so much! It was much more like an anti-acne face wash - instead of being creamy it was like gel. I tried this for a week and it didn't improve. The price wasn't bad, so I don't feel like I wasted my money, but I would steer clear of this product if your skin is sensetive and dry.

I have been and still am a big fan of Simple's products, mainly their cleansers and moisturisers. The thing I love most is that I don't need to worry about my skin reacting with the harsh ingredients and it's safe to use - no break outs at all. It makes my skin feel super soft after using it over a period of time and when rubbed into your hands it creates a lather and spreads better onto the face. I recommend using this with a mini face massage mitt to help get into the pores better.

As much as I love this facial cleanser, I found it a bit boring so I decided to try a different brand and so far so good - but I know if things don't work out I can always depend on old reliable Simple.

I strongly recommend this to all people out there with acne or spots/pimples and are looking for a gentle and cheap cleanser that will do the job. I love this cleanser and will repurchase if I experience any bad break outs in the future with my current cleanser.

I've been using this product for a few weeks now and I'm not sure if it really is as moisturizing as it claims to be, but my face does feel really smooth after I use it, if that counts for anything. It hasn't caused any breakouts for me, but I'm not absolutely obsessed with it. The smell is kind of chemically which is ironic and the product comes out of the tube looking like a thick, slippery, clear gel. I was expecting more of a creamy white consistency, but I guess it doesn't really matter.
This is just an OK, average product.

I have sensitive dry skin. It made my face itch right after washing it. I tried it for another week, and it continued. I threw it out and went back to my old face cleanser and the itching went away. Will not repurchase.

I must be the only one. I really HATE this product. It's like a thick gel goop string when it dispenses from the tube. It stinks. It dries my skin out. I quit using it for a while and used what I had left of my Neutrogena. For about 2 weeks i've been broken out all over my face and neck in cystic-like acne, and i'm talking about an entire half of my neck.

It could be a combination of this product and the foods I am consuming, or not drinking enough water. But I am noticing the connection in the use of this item and my severe break out. NEVER AGAIN!

Great gentle cleanser that moisturizes my face. It's strong enough to remove make-up but it doesn't leave my face dry like some other cleansers do. It smells nice and doesn't cost a lot and does what I want it to do. What more could you ask for?

First off, let me explain my skin experience. My face has been through a cycle of terribleness. In my early teens, I was oily and acne-prone. Then I became normal skin. Then I became dry and acne-prone... few years later... mild cystic acne. Now I have combination skin (some dry patches... but fairly normal), however, I have bad scarring and sensitive skin (as in, I found out only recently that majority of my breakouts happened because of the cleansers I was trying. It just so happens, I'm allergic to benzyl peroxide--- one of the leading ingredients in most cleansers). I tried several "sensitive skin"- friendly products from other companies and was left unhappy with many products.

All I can say now is... I am so happy Simple came to the US. I started out using their scrub originally and loved it so much that i wanted to try more products of their line. I purchased a moisturizer and this facial wash. This facial wash does not dry me out at all. There is a slight citrus smell to it, but disappears as soon as it's rinsed off. Even though it is for soap-free, you do feel like you are washing your face. There isn't a residue left on. It has just worked wonders on my skin.

Simple is a pretty affordable line (and they go on sale frequently!) and I say if you are wondering whether you should try this company's stuff or not, definitely try! I've been trying their things for about 6 months or so (since I saw Simple skincare in stores) and have been happy.

I've been using this product for 5 years, as this is how long the brand has been in Australia. I have never looked to or moved to another brand is pretty telling of why I stick to it, and I'm the type that is rarely satisfied when it comes to skin products. Before you call me cheap, I have tried brands such as La Prarie, Lancome, Estee Lauder in terms of face wash. I've disliked them all compared to Simple.

I have sensitive dryish skin, and this is one of my favourite washes when it does get hot and sticky. It has a very faint lemony scent, although it is fragrance free, so I'm unsure where this light scent comes from. I only need to use a pea sized amount each time I use this so one tube lasts me almost a year.

I cannot stress that this is a wash for normal to dry skin, as it is not drying at all and hence oily skin might dislike it and want the super "clean" feeling.

If you have dry skin, or is hitting winter, give this a go as I cannot recommended it more.

This product comes out of the tube and sits on your hand like a glob of mucus. Not pleasant to use. Low foaming (I know that means there are no sulfates). I like a product that has a nice light scent, foams moderately, and spreads easily over the skin. If this falls off your hand before you get a chance to mix it with water and will sit in the sink and stay there until you rub it away.

I have been using this facial product for about 2-3 weeks and i absoutley love it! Sure i still have a couple of bumps but it just keeps getting better! I have oily skin and it is very drying so i have to use a face lotion which I like cause i hate when products makes my face EVEN MORE oily. If u have dry skin you just have to use a heavy duty lotion but if you have oily skin like me it is definitley recommeded!

This seemed to be a fairly good, drugstore-brand cleanser. It foams just enough, is an average cleanser, and doesn't leave your skin as dry as some other rinse-off cleansers. However, after three days of use it broke me out. I know it was this, as I only ever change one thing in my skincare routine at any one time. So I won't be using this, and wouldn't recommend it to others with sensitive skin. Back to my expensive Clarins cleanser, even though my budget can't really stretch to it...

I want to start off by saying that this is my HG product... The ONLY HG product I have at the moment. The price is very fair and it definitely gets the job done. My face always felt dirty and dry, which in return made me crazy. I literally scrubbed my face with a washcloth trying to get the dry skin to go away. Long story short this has saved my life! It's a very gentle, moisturizing face wash! I scrub away and then leave it sit for a minute and it works wonders. My face is refreshed, clean and moisturized! I've repurchased several times and will continue to do so. Give it a try! The whole simple line is wonderful. You won't regret it :)

I have been struggling from adult acne for the past year. When i'd wake up i'd see a minimum of 1 new pimple on my face. im not sure what triggered it but I tried so many different products, even exposed skin care, but nothing worked. I decided to try my luck with this one, and it worked! my skin became clearer and healthier! even my fiancee noticed that my skin looked great! there are times when my skin would feel a bit dry when using this product but moisturizer can balance it out. This product is definitely worth a try :) EDIT!!!! about 3-4 weeks of using this product, pimples started popping out again, and though it says moisturising on the tube, it dried my face out really bad! i stopped using it bec. it stopped working for me. im so disappointed bec. this WAS the only cleanser that worked for me.

I bought this at a chemist along with some other Simple products after hearing some good things about this product line, but I have to say, I'm quite disappointed with this cleanser.
After about a week of using it, I started getting these red, bumpy spots on my face that I've never had before and my skin felt really dry. I didn't think it was the cleanser that caused it at first, but then it started getting worse, so I decided to stop using it to test whether it was actually the cause and after a while, my spots started to clear up. I also noticed, when looking at the ingredients on the back, that it contained Sodium Saureth Sulfate and other various chemicals that are known to be irritable to the skin, and this was what I think caused those lumpy blotches on my face.
Unfortunately, I won't be repurchasing this product again.

Earlier this year I decided to buy one of Simple's cleansers as I know it is safe to use and good for sensitive skin. Previously I have used cleansers that were not good for sensitive skin and broke me out badly, so I felt a bit wary on this but I was very pleased with the results! It leaves my skin very smooth and fresh. I bought the rich moisturiser to go with it and the soothing toner today. Still to try them out, but hopefully they're as good as this cleanser! This is certainly one of the best cleansers in the Simple range, and I don't plan on changing my cleanser now and I'll occasionally use oatmeal on my skin for a change. I strongly recommend this! :)
