the color was perfect for inner corner highlighting but the formula was very chunky! not sure if i got a bad one or its just THIS particular color. my emerald one was fine, this one was very chunky and "wet" like, difficult to spread...

Total dud for me. Not pearly at all, no sparkle, no depth, appears chalky and flat. I expect better quality from the Infallibles, several of which I use often. This one's a waste of time.

Perfect for a quick and easy highlight for the inner eye corners and browbone. Just use your fingers! If youre looking for a very pigmented shadow for the lid, i dont think youll get that with this. But for a foolproof and subtle inner corner and browbone highlight, this is my go-to product. Minimal fallout, finely milled, buttery texture- love.

This is just an average eyeshadow, but it is better than most drugstore eyeshadows. Endless Pearl doesn't seem to have as much staying power as the other Infallible shadows I have tried do, even when I use primer.

I love using this to even out my eyelids. I hate looking really "made-up" so I'm not big on eyeshadow, especially when I use a really pigmented blush/bronzer/highlighter/lip color. But I have the vein-iest eyelids and I'm always on the lookout for something that will even them out without creasing. When I first tried this I didn't like it because it looked chalky and dry. But when applied wet (with fingers or a damp concealer brush), it goes on like a dream!! It's super creamy and easy to blend and makes me look so fresh eyed and awake. I use this on top of a primer, and it stays on all day with no creasing. It also makes a great base for other shadows. My only issue with all the Infallibles is the packaging. It's cute but the stopper thing is pretty annoying when I'm in a hurry. I'm willing to deal with it though because it's perfect in every other way.

This eyeshadow is...weird. I honestly don't know if I'd repurchase. I'd give this 3.5 lippies in reality because I do actually like it, but it takes some fiddling to get a good result.

In the pot it looks like a matte beige color that would be a perfect brow highlight, and that's why I bought it. It's very pigmented, but the texture is...chunky, somehow. You really have to gouge it to get some on your brush, and then when you first apply, it is VERY chalky. Seriously, the first time I used this my face fell and I was like 'Oh god, this is so chalky, what am I going to do?!?!' I make it work by brushing the hell out of it. I don't get any more product, I just keep going over and over it with the same brush. This smoothes out the chalkiness very nicely. Brushing it vigorously also reveals that this is not a flat matte, it has just the tiniest bit of satiny sheen to it. When I apply it in this way it is a lovely browbone highlight! It just looks beautiful, and it's so pigmented it evens out my blotchy eyelids.

I'm torn, there are a ton of matte beiges out there that are much easier to work with, but this is really pretty once you smooth it out...

This is hands-down the absolute best product I have for blending out the edges of my eyeshadow. It gives that seamlessly blurred fade out that can sometimes be trick to achieve without messing up or changing the color of the darker shade you are blending. This is truly HG status for me and I will be stocking up!

I'm surprised this one doesn't have better reviews. I really like using this as an every day kind of shadow. I use this on top of primer, and then usually use other shadows on top. This is a great base color, depending on your skin tone. I'm nc20-25, and this does a nice job of evening and brightening my skin tone. I like that this is not too yellow or too orange in tone for a neutral light color. For those with eyelid discoloration like me, this does a great job of helping out either as a quick color for the day or a base for other colors. I always apply these shadows with my finger. They really do stay on all day and don't really wear or wash away during the day. I wasn't quick to believe the hype on these, but they really are great!

This is probably the most boring Infallible, but I digress: this baby is one of my favorites! It's that perfect 'wakey wakey' base shadow to brighten up my tired, sleep-deprived eyes. I find that I can't use this with a brush like I can with my other Infallibles. This particular one MUST be applied with fingers, and I seriously think it has something to do with the warmth of the skin, and the formula of the matte shadow. When applied that way, it just makes for a much smoother application, but applied with any brush, it looks very chalky and my eyelids look like they aged about 50 years. Not pretty.

This is a cream ivory shade that is just a hair lighter than MAC's Brule/ WnW Brulee. This is better than a Paint Pot, because this can double as a primer, bonds itself to the skin like nobody's business, and does not BUDGE, or crease, for the entire day. I seriously think there's magical fairy dust hidden in the depths of this eyeshadow, or SOMETHING, because this stuff is the bomb-diggity! Ok, when I use this as a base under my other shadows, I come home 10 hours later, and my eye makeup still looks hot off the press, and freshly applied. And I can count on that every time I use this! I can't even 100% rely on UDPP to do that! And I've only ever used my $1 e.l.f. Eyelid primer under this (which I know for a fact is the crappiest primer on the market).

Endless Pearl is a hidden drugstore gem, and I can't believe this fabulous product doesn't have more reviews! I know for a fact that I will NEVER be without this.

I purchased this instead of MAC's Painterly Paint Pot. I went to the MAC store to sample Painterly and there was a hair stuck to it. I left the store w/o trying it. I bought this the next day on a whim. The "pearl" in the name worried me that this would be shimmery. It's not. I find it accomplishes what I was hoping Painterly would: a skin color primer to use under other shadows and to be used all by itself. I applied it with both a cheap eye shadow brush and my fingers with no problems. It's pigmented, doesn't crease, and it lasted all day on me (8 hours) in 91 degree heat. (I was outside at the park in the beating sun with the kids and then I painted my living room) It stayed put!

I agree with the other reviewer, I wish the other shades were matte-ish like this one.

I got this a week or so ago. I got home and swatched it on the back of my hand and wasn't impressed at all. I wanted something a bit lighter in color than Painterly Paint Pot by MAC and this was the closest thing I found in the drugstore. Painterly worked great as a base and primer for me, but it just looked a little muddy. On the back of my hand, this L'Oreal e/s looked dry and chalky, but on my eyelid, it was invisible. It looked like my eyes, just brighter. The slight shimmer in the pot is undetectable when applied, which is another plus. I use a large, dense eye shading brush by Sonia Kashuk to apply. I used this with no primer, then used my usual e/s products. It barely creased after 12 hours and the colors were still very vibrant. I can't ask for anything more than that. For me, it works as well as UDPP and TFSI. I'm excited to try more shades from this line.

I bought this shade as a primer for my eyeshadow, and it works. It makes the color more vibrant and it makes the eyeshadow stay on longer without creasing.

I haven't tried the other colors because they're all shimmery in texture. If they came in matte shades I would be more interested.

Disappointment! Loved the color in the container and when swatched on my hand. On my eyes however, it was chalky, splotchy, poorly pigmented. I can't figure it out since so many folks had a good experience. This happened with and without a primer (two faced), whether applied with brush or fingers. Back it goes to Ulta.

I'm a makeup junkie who tends to stick to high end cosmetics. I also have more eyeshadows than I can ever use in my natural lifetime. But, I got sucked in by these, and I'm glad I did. Price is a touch high for drugstore - around $7-$10/each depending on store, but the quality backs it up. I bought Endless Pearl and Bronzed Taupe. Endless Pearl is a really pretty pale champagne with a hint of shimmer, good for a browbone highlight or an all-over wash. I use it over MAC Painterly paint pot, and it lasts all day with no creasing. The shadow itself is not a cream, but also not a chalky powder - more like a silky pressed pigment. It applies smooth & silky and can be blended nicely. The pigmentation is awesome.I used Endless Pearl all over and Bronzed Taupe on my lid & crease, and blended it out for a nice daytime look. I notice several reviewers saying this cannot be applied with a brush, but that's exactly how I applied it. I used my MAC 217 and had no problems at all, my brush picked it up & it applied like a dream. If your brush won't pick this product up, you need to try another brush - you need something of decent quality, with fairly dense bristles. You can also apply this with your finger or possibly a sponge applicator. Overall I am very impressed with these shadows, and feel they rival and even surpass many higher-end brands I have used. I will definitely be purchasing more.

applies easily enough with a soft brush and wears well without creasing. It's matte which I like. Compared this with MAC Vanilla on one eye and this on the other. Similar colors but I got better coverage with this, a bit more pearly but not shiny, and it wears better all day. Think as others have said there may be some bad batches. The bronze color did not work for me at all.

Totally agree with reviewer named genelet. This product will not go on with a brush. Using your fingers is messy & unproductive. IF you can get any on your lids - yes it is long lasting - but good luck applying this ladies. And the fallout is ridiculous! I could get less fallout by just throwing some baby powder at my eyes & praying for the best. I was hoping that these would be better than the Maybelline ones but unless the Maybelline ones are beyond terrible - they've got L'Oreal beat by a mile already. Sadly, I purchased all 12 colors available at an online dealer for a friend & me. We split them. I kept 6, tried 2 & immediately put all 6 of mine - new & used up for swap. Don't waste your precious $$ on these. I am moving on to the Maybelline ones & hoping that they are better.

I personally believe these eyeshadows in particular have to be applied with your fingers because of the formulation. . .Thats just my opinion. This is my first eyeshadow from this line and I really enjoy it. As a lid color & a highlight, it's great! Last all day with no smearing. No shimmer, completely matte so its perfect. Great for looks that dont require a lot of effort :)

After reading several good reviews of this product I was ready to think that maybe I got a bad batch. Virtually impossible to put on with a brush, it is almost greasy and wouldn't stick tot he bristles at all. Slightly more success in putting it on directly with my finger but then you can't be too precise that way. Once you do manage to spackle it on it is a pretty color and does last all day, but you literally have to scoop it up and squash it in place. Very weird product. Won't repurchase.

I have mixed feelings about this product. Yes, as others have said, it's kind of dry and chunky, not the most luxurious product to use, BUT, it has only the slightest trace of shimmer and stays on all day. It really lightens my dark lids, does a great job of lightening and brightening even if I don't use primer. I wish they would make it in a completely matte formula, but it wears like crazy and isn't glittery (just a very slight shimmer, barely noticeable) so I'm fairly happy with it.
