This is a powder dry shampoo, smells like lemons, comes in a 130 g bottle, expires about a year after its purchased.
Dont buy this! Its seriously a waste of money. I find powder dry shampoos to be very messy and they pretty much just mattify your hair for about an hour before it'll go back to being just as greasy as before. This did nothing to add volume, i actually felt it weighed down my hair. And the bottle itself was horrible, it was a pop lid bottle so i could never control how much product came out. I was always some how convered in white dust after using it, a friend actually thought i had dandruff and recommended i try head and shoulders! so needless to say i will not be repurchasing this !

I AM SO FRUSTERATED! I've used many dry shampoos because my hair is medium length, curly and very thin and fine. I enjoy most products I purchase from LUSH, so I thought this would be perfect. And all I have to say is, thank GOD I bought the sample size. Firstly, this dry shampoo doesn't even work as a dry shampoo! Instead, it only matted my Hair and made it even greasier! Yuck! It also left my hair feeling extremely dry, frizzy and with a grey tint! (So if you're going for the 'finely aged' look, this is the product for you) and the packaging is not right either! I either get too little amount of the product or a huge pile of it in my sink. I mean, if anything, this dry shampoo only ruins your hair and it doesn't make me at all happy that I have to throw it out. Grrr..

Awful. Turns my hair into a big, wollley, matted mess. It doesn't brush out easily and doesn't even remove the oil. My hair actually feels dirtier after using this. I give it two stars only because of the fresh grapefruit smell.

I'm glad I got a sample of this first from someone at Lush instead of buying an entire bottle. Just from using the sample, I hated it. I use a lot of dry shampoos because I wash my hair maybe 3 times a week at most and so dry shampoo is a must.
Firstly, I hate the packaging. Even from looking at the big bottle, it's hard to apply. Some people drizzle it over their head, some put it on their hands first. I put it on my hands first but i couldn't get it all over my scalp and it was very messy.
When I put it on my head and tried to rub it in, it looked like flour. I have jet black hair and the powder would not disseminate in my scalp so it just looked like a floury mess.
It also did absolutely nothing to absorb the oils from my roots. So, I ended up with a floury mess and still oily hair.
And for the price of the big bottle I think it is absolutely too expensive for the bad quality. Will never purchase a full size.

This is the best dry shampoo I've ever tried. I used to have one of the spray ones but my hair felt really wet and it didn't do much about grease. This one took of 80-90% of the oil out of my hair and I had volumized hair that didn't feel oily and grimy. What I do is put some on my hands, rub my palms together and work through my hair. Then, I leave it on for a couple of minutes (5-10) and then brush out. The fresh citrus scent leaves your hair smelling great. This product also last ages and I feel it works better than other powders because it doesn't leave my hair white or grayish. The only con is the packaging. I think it should have a small jar with holes on the lid so that you could easily sprinkle on your hair.

OK, this smells delightful but I get scalp pain and irritation from it. Not sure which ingredient is responsible. Also do not like the packaging - impractical and messy. Maybe it would be better in one of those sifter containers they use for body powders? I am hoping they come up with a mist-on hair refresher!

I didn't like this at all. And it's not like I haven't given it a chance, because trust me, I have.
First of all, the packaging is bad. The way it's shaped and awkwardly made to get the powder out is just bad. The white powder stays in your hair, and looks like dandruff. It didn't help me at all in terms of "soaking up oil". I had tried many tactics, including putting it on a brush, putting it directly into hair, or putting it on my hands first. Also, the damn little white flakes get everywhere! In the sink, on the floor.
Bad, bad, bad.

This is such a great dry shampoo.
It smells like lemon and removes about 80% of grease from your hair.
I will deffinitely repurchase, The only thing I hate is the packaging, wayy too much product comes out.
I would recommend pouring it into a clean salt shaker and dusting it into your hair for even distribution.

This is the best dry shampoo I have used. It doesn't leave my hair white or gritty feeling. My hair actually still looks shiny after using this, but not at all oily. I think the key to making this is work is not using too much. I usually section the top of my hair and add a little to distribute the product better. Gives my hair a little volume too! Too bad the packaging doesn't make any sense!

This was a very disappointing product from Lush...the only appealing thing is the price. Lots of product for only $13! But it made my hair feel even dirtier with no volume at all. The packaging is also kinda hard to work with too because you can't control the amount of product that comes out. I recommend the oscar blandi dry shampoo in the powder version!

I have shorter, medium thickness, fine, reddish brown hair. It is prone to getting very oily at the roots and dry at the ends. I've used this product for three months weekly.
PROS:
-doesn't turn my hair white or change the color
-perfect for after the gym or hiking, when hair is still clean but may be a slightly sweaty.
-absorbs oil well and is easy to work a small amount of product into hair without having to excessively brush it out (a nice perk for curly hair that is a pain to reset if already styled).
-I found the smell to be pleasant and faded quickly
CONS:
-as other people have mentioned, the packaging is awful. You will get too much product and it will distribute unevenly. I take a little and work it into my roots and then powder my hands and run it through my hair
-doesn't work well on my fringe/bangs. It doesn't change the color but the texture is just...off afterwards. Not noticeable on the rest of my hair.
-can make hair look matte. Obviously, it would dull shine by removing oil, but although the color of hair doesn't change I think it coats it giving it a matte cast
-I don't find this an adequate replacement for shampoo. I usually wash my hair three to four times a week. With this product I can get away with three times or use it for touch ups. I was hoping to get down to once or twice a week.

This is the BEST dry shampoo I have ever used. I've tried various powder and spray forms...but this is the only one that leaves my hair feeling/smelling clean without the gray matte cast on my dark Asian hair. The smell is absolutely delightful and I am really pleased with the delivery of this product!
The only downside is the awkward shampoo bottle container. Besides that, I love it!

I gave it a two because it DOES get that greasy look out of your hair. I dye my hair jet black and was able to comb it in invisibly, so I wouldn't say it's a garbage product. However, after I bought this, I noticed that products with corn starch repeatedly break me out. Whenever I used this, I got swollen pimples along my hairline and even on my scalp under my hair. If you're not as sensitive to ingredients as me, you might really like this. But I can't use it. Might try to swap it.
Maybe I just got a bad bottle, but the top of my packaging doesn't open completely. It's hard to get any product out, but if you squeeze too much you end up in a big cloud of it. Yuck. This one's not for me.

it'll take me a while before i go through the whole bottle of powder but when i do run out, i'll surely repurchase this one. i've tried a couple of hair fresheners including spray shampoo but this has got to be the best! the scent sticks and the scent gives you the "just shampooed" citrusy smell that is just so refreshing! i actually use this more on my very active 7 year old daughter who has thick black hair. she perspires easily on her head and i use this to "touch up" the smell of her hair when were out. her hair is still shiny, her scalp still healthy so it's great! another thing i've used this for is when i want to tease my hair for volume. i noticed that if i put more than what's needed to freshen up, it makes teasing my hair easier and the hair keeps its teased state much longer. to recap, great product!

Wow, really impressed with this product.
I went into Lush yesterday and got this as a sample along with Rehab shampoo.
I have bleached blonde hair (from medium brown) but have to wash my hair daily as I do a lot of exercise and it gets sweaty.
I washed my hair yesterday morning though, went running last night and have used No Drought this morning with incredible results!
I just simply worked it into my roots as my ends/mid lengths never get greasy. In fact, my hair is pretty dry from all the bleach so I only needed a touch.
It works in really well (but I did notice it was quite 'white' which is great for me as it even brightened up my roots! but I'm not sure if it would leave brown hair a bit grey looking?) and does smell nice and fresh. I actually feel like I could do this now every other day instead of washing my hair daily which is great for the condition as it means I don't have to keep putting a lot of heat on it.
Will use through the week and decide if I want to buy though as it's pretty expensive, like all Lush stuff.

OMG this was such a let down.
It hardly smells at all (when on your hair you can't smell it, even if you use a lot). It leaves my hair looking dull, not shiney and greasy, but dull with the same lankness you have with greasy hair. And the worst bit, the ghost white scalp! It just doesn't seem to want to come off.
Such an absolute let down. I wish I hadn't bothered trying it.

This is a great dryshampoo. I like it for the following reasons:
- no white cast on my brown hair (when used in moderation)
- good oil absorbtion
- smells great & fresh
- gives volume
- no alcohol or other harmful ingredients
The main reason I like this better than regular spray dry shampoos is because it does not have alcohol (my hair hates alcohol) or other harmful ingredients. Because of that I can use this more frequently.
It also gives me less of a white cast on my dark hair than most regular dry shampoos do. Lastly, it smells great. Very citrussy & fresh.
The ingredients are very simple and before I bought this I tried making my own dry shampoo from corn starch and cacao powder (because I'm brunette). It worked fine too but the cacao powder would sometimes be visible on my scalp and just corn starch felt more heavy than this. This product is very lightweight. If you're looking for a cheap alternative you can just use corn starch and/or talc (the main ingredients in this), but I still prefer this because it is so lightweight and I just love the smell. When my hair is greasy a smell like that really helps me to feel fresh. It's also not that expensive anyway. This bottle will last me ages.
The only thing I didn't like is the packaging. It's not very convenient and the cap on mine broke after 2 uses. I've now transferred it into a smaller salt-shaker type of container. That's much more convenient.
Overall I really like this product and I would purchase it again.

This product is amazing! And I will tell you why
1. The powder, if rubbed in correctly, does not leave any grey/white tint on my medium brown hair
2. Gets rid of oil to make me feel fresh (Nb i dont have super oily hair, so probably not ideal for super oily as product would probably clump and would need heaps to absorb oil which would end up making hair too gritty
3. Gives INCREDIBLE long lasting volume, just like the salesgirl said :)
4. Smells AMAZING, definitely not just baby powder!
5. I think the packaging is great for the product. as long as you dont just shake it heavily, it will come out as much or as little as you want. I prefer to shake it into my hand and then rub it in to control how much I use
6. For 13.50 or however much it is in Aus it is SO worth it. Will last ages, and in comparison to other dry shampoos which cost heaps and dont last long, is much better price
the way i like to use this is to hang my head upside down, shake it into my hand and rub into the scalp. that way i dont get fall out on my clothes, i can rub it in well, get volume, and ensure no grey tint on top :)
well worth the money!

I'm embarassed to admit that I purchased this after juicystar07's video. Yes, I'm 24 and enjoy watching juicystar videos. There I said it!
Anyways, moving onto the product. When I was in highschool, I remember reading an article in seventeen magazine that you could use baby powder or chalk dust to absorb oil in your hair. I excitedly tried chalk out on my hair the next day at school, and it turned out to be a huge mess. I feared this dry shampoo wouldn't work for me either because of that experience, but trusted that a professionally made product for the purpose of dry shampoo had to be different. I went to the trouble of CPing this (it's unavailable where I live) but was very disappointed. First, the dispenser is horrible. It's hard to control how much product comes out, and it's difficult to dispense it evenly. When you manage to get some out, it feels gritty. No matter how much I comb it out, I still get an almost sand-like feeling on my scalp. I admit that it does help absorb oil, but all 3 times I've tried using this product, I ended up taking a shower because I hated how my scalp felt.
