At first I thought, ewww. I hate cherry anything, and I don't really like mint. No clue why I bought this. I think I thought it was cute. Anyways, after totally disregarding it, I gave it another shot and something changed. I don't know what happened, but I fell in love. The smell is so unique, like a sweet cherry mint candy. That sounds like a nasty combination, but it actually works. Lush can really mix some crazy things and make them work!

This is a wonderful soap to use on a hot day, especially here in the tropics. The smell is gorgeous and refreshing, and showering with cold water + candy cane soap will really perk you up and cool you down in hot weather. Even after your shower you will still feel and smell it on you, and it'll keep your skin cool. Will definitely repurchase. Pity it's only a holiday item, and hope that they either never discountinue it, and that they'll even make it permanent.

This soap smells amazing, but it's really nothing special. It's drying, and the scent doesn't linger. I wish they would put more moisturizing ingredients into it; that could improve it a lot.

This is the product that started my current Lush obsession. It smelled exactly like candy canes, but better because the almond scent gave the mintiness a nice depth and warmth. I like to slice a piece of soap off my bar every couple of days as I need it to avoid it all melting away in the shower at once. 50g lasted about 2.5 weeks this way. The scent stayed on my skin, the bathroom and my bedroom where I keep my Lush. I did find the soap a little drying though, which is why I've only rated it a 4/5. But because the scent it so delicious and festive, I will be buying it again next Christmas, but 100g rather than 50g so I can enjoy it for longer.

I love Lush soaps, but sometimes it takes one year to use one. It took me and my hubby three weeks to use a bite of Candy Cane. It is just so lovely and creamy, and like a real candy cane mixed with vanilla, almond, cherry and all things sweet. Scent lasts quite long on skin, and also my bathroom smells like a candy store. Holiday product, but I had to stock up, what I never do with seasonal products.
