I'm generally satisfied with this product - it acts mild and it gives definitely visible results. I was using it to reduce hiperpegmentation on the chin and nose (I wear sunglasses with thick frame, so I always have a funny case of unevenly tanned nose -dark at the end and then there's that white stripe from glasses in the middle...:/ ) It definitely helps, even though I don't use it regularly morning and evening, but mostly once a day. Several applications are normally enough to reduce the problem very significantly. Will definitely buy again.

* Product – Ducray Melascreen Depigmenting Cream
* Review – Since I had not yet tried Ducray and since Ducray is part of the Pierre Fabre group which also owns my favorite French pharmacie brand Avčne, I decided to give this a try. What a mistake! Though I would not have guessed that this product would have turned out to be so useless based on star ingredients like Azelaic acid (Finacea) and Glycolic acid. Those ingredients are renowned for reducing and lightening localized hyperpigmentation. And that’s what I wanted, to reduce the pigmentation on two small spots. I followed the instructions exactly, twice a day (morning and night), every day, for three (3) consecutive months straight. As of today, after the recommended 3-month time period for this to show effectiveness, I can honestly say that there’s absolutely no improvement. This does not reduce nor does it lighten hyperpigmentation whatsoever. I guess I should be glad that it didn’t make anything worse! I’m not often disappointed by French pharmacie brands so this is an unfortunate first. I will try Avčne’s D-Pigment next since it has excellent reviews and is rated well on the French version of MUA. Hopefully, I'll experience better luck next time.
* Price - A small 30 ml. airless tube regularly retails for around 30 €. Needless to say, I’m glad my local parapharmacie had a Ducray promotion on the day I purchased this at less than half off the regular price. (Maybe that was an ominous sign?) I’m so thankful that I didn’t pay full price for this, I would be even more disappointed.
* Verdict – Needless to say, I would never repurchase. And now I regret not checking the French version of MUA because *all* the French users of this product all report the same as my experience. Poor ratings and poor results all across the board. Live and learn! Don’t waste your money, this product is absolutely worthless. Not recommended.

This product has helped my skin (right now combination, sensitive, acne prone) a lot. It made it smoother and more refined. It has helped a lot with red and brown spots due past acne. A little bit pricey. It comes in an airless pump. The texture is nice, absorbs quickly and has no fragance. This is a treatment, so you can put your preferred moisturizer over it.
