A nice neutral green, goes with pretty much every thing. The best pairing is with bronze and gold! LOVE it!

Wonderful, like all of the other infallible colours, simply perfect. Wish there were matte shades in this line too!

I believe internationally this colour is known as 'Golden Sage' (Please correct me if I'm wrong!)
I absolutely love this colour!!!
Multidimensional metallic sage green!
I love the L'Oreal Infallible eyeshadow range, quality and price will kick Armani and Chanel's as$!(My opinion off course!)
All these to me are best applied with finger for intense payoff, but brush is good too! I find it is more difficult to work a brush with this, it get's crumbly, messy and the intensity is not as great.

I am really loving these shadows of L'Oreal's (and for that matter the whole brand lately, really some lovely high-end things.) I found these Infallible shadows to be extremely high-quality, with wonderful staying power, pigmentation, application and blending and most of all the beautiful finish (on the ones I have tried-this one and All Night Blue-the finish has been a gorgeous shimmer.) I agree with the previous reviewer who said these are like Chanel Illusion d'Ombre shadows in texture and finish. As for this shade, it is more of a warm toned sage than a "khaki" (I imagine L'Oreal must have used a French spelling for the name) which to me implies more of a neutral taupe shade, not a rich sage green. Puzzling name aside, the shade is stunning and really shines on my skin tone although I think most people could wear this quite well. I am simply loving it!

Permanent Kaki (yes, that's the spelling!) is a lovely light mossy green with silvery sparkles. I nearly didn't get this because although it's touted as long lasting and "won't rub off", I swatched it on my hand and then went to look for something else and in that short time, IT RUBBED OFF the back of my hand! But I figured I'd get it and keep the bill so that I could return it if it was just as fleeting on my eyes. But it's not. It really does last.

I never got MAC's Greenstroke Paint Pot so this seemed a good substitute to use as a base under green or teal shadows or on its own and it really is ideal for both uses. It comes in a pot, much like Paint Pots or Chanel's Illusion d'ombre shadows and in terms of texture, it bears an uncanny resemblance to the latter - a sort of "spongy" feel when you press down on it - at 1/4 the price. There is glitter to these shadows - more in some than in others, from what I was able to tell looking at the samples - but it's fairly easy to tone it down and when the shadow is applied lightly, the glitter is even less noticeable. It's also packaged with a little plastic disc with a lift tab on it to help keep the shadow from drying out.

This really is a good product at a great price and I certainly plan to try a few more of these at some point.
