I can't believe that the first reviews of this product are so bad. I tried this treatment together with the shampoo and I instantly got the most gorgeous hair I ever had! Not joking! I have untreated mid-back long hair and thought it might be time for a protein treatment. The first thing I recodnized was that I only need a walnut of the treatment for my entire hair. After air drying my hair was very very soft and increadibly cool and moisturized. I was afraid of getting hard or overstrengthened hair. But nothing like that happened. Definitely my HG treatment!

But as it contains a lot of proteins surely I do not use it every time I wash my hair. I always do a wet assesment test from time to time to find out what my hair needs. If people don't know what their hair needs and about whats in their hair care products they don't need to wonder if they do not get good results. Some hair types don't like protein treatments at all.

My stylist used this on my hair. I had medium damage from highlights (only highlighted one time in the last 3 years) my hair was down to the middle of my back. She used this product. I absolutely fried and ruined my hair. She cut off 4 inches afterwards but it needs another 10+ inches cut off to even start making it look better. I am utterly devastated and have done lots of research now to see how to fix this and have come to the conclusion that the only way to really fix it is to cut it down to a pixie cut and start over. I was growing my hair out for my wedding. Signed, sad

THIS IS NOT A DAILY CONDITIONER! This is a kertain rinse and it does have a high protein level, although, it will rebuild your hair when used correctly. This product should be used as a treatment maybe once a week depending on how damaged your hair is but if you use this product daily too much protien will cause breakage. I have been working with this product on myself, friends, family and clients and in MODERATION does make hair smooth and shiny.

The packaging on the product line is definitely seductive. Black and sleek helped win me over- but! Huge but, my stylist convinced me my hair desperately needed the in salon treatment along with the whole product line - I went with the mini-kit of smaller sizes and gave it a shot. This included the weekly treatment, which made my hair start breaking off in massive amounts. My stylist didn't want to hear it, so I went to a new one who suggested it was too much protein. After I quit using it and started using overnight conditioning treatments that didn't contain protein, it stopped breaking off. It still hasn't regained all of its thickness - I have a lot of flyaways where the broken hairs are growing out. Be careful that your hair is actually damaged enough to need that much protein and you're not just being upsold.

I want to give it more of a 3 but less than a 4. Like a 3.5 Drops for price and hard to find.

It is definitely not a miracle treatment, but I did see some results. I have colored heat damaged hair. Been straightening and coloring my hair consistently for years now and have even bleached my hair. After only using it three times now it has improved the texture of my hair and I actually like the smell. It leaves my hair quite scented the next day and my hair feels and looks much better. I leave it in for 25-30 minutes and rinse it off in cool water. I think it made my highlights look better, too.

I don't feel like this is anything significantly better than say 'It's a10 Miracle leave in mask'. It is pricey so I may just look for cheaper options but I did see results so it's something to consider. My hair doesn't feel like straw anymore.

I bought this conditioner in a set that contained almost the whole line of products. This is a weekly treatment to strengthen and repair damaged hair. It moisturized way better than the other conditioner in the line (Cream Rinse) and I feel like it did help to make my hair stronger and healthier. However, because I found the smell of this, and the entire line, overwhelmingly strong, I have to take off a lippie and wouldn't repurchase.
