I own 3 of these including Too Cool and I love this product. Although I own 3 lighter shades and can only speak for their color intensity, IMO they are saturated, easy to apply and last until you're ready to take them off. Budget friendly, easy to find, and great quality too. My lids are oily and I require a primer when wearing powder shadow for more than 3 plus hours and I do not require primer with this product for long lasting wear. I love cream shadows and own MAC paints and paint pots and maybelline has the same quality and lasting power of MAC with a different range of colors. If you have never used a cream shadow these are a great way to get acquainted. Highly recommended product.

This is a true frosty, shimmery white that instantly brightens my entire face. It has build-able intensity so it can be a very sheer shimmer to full on white frost. I love to pair it with a jet black gel liner, the contrast is one of favorite looks.

Love this product! The container is a small sturdy glass pot. It has the product in there and its best to just use your finger and apply it that way. You could use a sponge or brush if you wanted, but a finger works the best.

For the actual product, it is great! It's VERY creamy, and it goes on almost pure white (I used Too Cool). Use a base with this, like the Two Faced eye shadow primer, and it looks even better! For how cheap this product was (compared to MAC's brand of this) it is most certainly worth it. I will be trying out the other colors! :)

Too glittery for over 55 eyes, but it does stay and doesn't fade. I am using it as a base because it holds like glue. Really expensive so I will not repurchase.

This colour is very bold, and makes a great highlight. I love the staying power of the color tattoo line. They could be a little less expensive, and if they were I would have all the colors. I use my finger to apply it and it spreads nicely, and doesn't crease.

I really wanted this to be the killer silver that's missing from the MAC Paint Pots collection, but for me, it's too glittery for anything but evening/glamour looks. It applies a little patchy, too (lacking pigment?) which exacerbates the problem - when I apply more to areas where the colour didn't take, I get even more glitter!

I do like to pat a little of this on my lid and/or inner corner if I want to really brighten up an eye look, but a little goes a long way and it isn't good as a base colour. Drat.

Amazing product and definitely stays put! I competed using this shade and the dark blue yesterday and it didn't crease or wear off AT ALL-even after sweating!! The colour was bold, it was easy to apply and didn't feel too heavy. I used Benefit's Stay Don't Stray shadow primer so I can't say whether or not if it contributed to the staying power...either way I would definitely recommend this product and will probably invest in some other colours.

This used to be my favorite color tattoo up until recently. I think since I've had it for so long it's just dried out - but this color tattoo is definitely more dry and harder to spread. I like this one, but it's definitely not my favorite but good to have. I like it because it does make eyeshadows pop when this is used underneath.

I love this product! It's a great highlighter and it doesn't move. The only problem for me is that it's a little bit dry and it can be a little cheaper.

Although this is a nice white base, I still prefer the GOSH Mineral Eyeshadow stick since the GOSH is easier to use and a bit creamier.
I would not repurchase this since the GOSH one is better.

As far as the Maybelline color tattoos go, this is my 5th one and it is creamier than Tough as Taupe which is a bit on the dry side.

If you are using this as an eyeshadow base, you have to work fast as it sets very quickly. Once it sets and is dry, it's very hard to blend.

It has little micro particles of glitter in it that made it a tad less smooth compared to the other Color Tattoos.

I love this for a shimmery winter eye look. Too Cool is a soft white cream shadow with noticeable shimmers in it. The shimmers are not chunky, but they are definitely well concentrated in the product, so much so that this color applies slightly patchier than my other Color Tattoos. The shimmer is also very obvious on the eye, so I personally wouldn't wear this all over the lid to work or school, only as a highlight. I do like it all over the lid for a holiday/party look though. I would recommend wearing a matte white eye shadow underneath this color to make it pop a bit more, since it does apply rather patchy and the shimmery effect will be lost if you layer over it (like I do with some of the other Color Tattoos). So, I wouldn't use this as a base because of the finish and consistency, but it still a beautiful color that lasts very well without creasing on my lids.

I've had practically every color/shade from the original line and this is probably my least favorite, second to the orange one. I just find it to be nothing spectacular. It creases on me, even when I put something over it. It doesn't even seem to make my colors more vibrant. I get better results using a NYX Jumbo pencil (which I can't stand). I prefer my NYX white base for a color like this. (or MAC Bare Study)

I've been wanting to buy a Color Tattoo eye shadow for a while, and since I've been looking for a good, affordable base, this was the color I chose. The consistency is fairly creamy. I find that it dries a little faster than I thought it would, but I can work with it. I've heard some people saying it's a little frosty for a base, but I think it works great under shimmery eye shadows. It also works great as a highlight. Overall, it's a good product, and I'd buy it again.

This products staying power is amazing. It really does not budge, smudge or move once it is on and set up. It sets up quickly so I have to work with it quickly. I like that you only need a little product. To much on he brush and clumps up.

I bought this and Bad to the Bronze because of all the hype surrounding these products. I purchased the bronze because I thought it would be a wearable neutral, and this because I wanted to give it a shot as an eyeshadow base. However, I find Too Cool to be a tad too frosty to sometimes work as a an eyeshadow base, but I do like it alone on the lids. Yesterday I put a bit on with no primer and played in a volleyball tournament for three hours, and it was still on, brightening my eyes! I am planning to buy some more colors of the Color Tattoos, but I found Too Cool to be not quite up to par with Bad to the Bronze.

Loving this. I usually use nyx's JEP in cottage cheese, and this is about the same but longer lasting, less creasing. It's not opaque. I still use TFSI under it, though. Makes a great base for brighter colours. Affordable and practical!
