I love this lip butter! If you're too "scared" to do a full on lilac lip use this! You can either put it on so it's sheer or you can make it a pretty opaque lilac color. It also feels really good on your lips. I can even use these without putting chap stick on and it's no problem! Hope it never gets discontinued! :)

I love this color!!!!!!! Revlon really makes the best lipsticks!!!!! Their lip butter line is a little more sheer but is great when you want a little pop of color!!!! The gumdrop shade is just the prettiest pale lilac you've ever seen!!!!! It's a fun kinda trendy color that is actually really wearable!!!!! Love it!!!!! And the ormula is really creamy and your lips really will feel like butter!!!!

I really like this color! I'm a sucker for lavender/lilac lips in the summertime. I picked this up at target the other day on clearance for $2.98. It's a really beautiful cool toned lip product, so it makes your teeth look a lot whiter, and really brightens your complexion. It goes on light and smooth, and it's a lot more moisturizing than the other lip butters in my opinion. You don't need a mirror to apply this, and that's the beauty of it. It's a perfect summer lip product. It's a lot more blue toned than the Revlon Lilac Pastelle, which is a pinky lilac. They look beautiful together.

All in all this is a great part of the Lip Butter line, and a definite purse essential.

Gumdrop is a really gorgeous lilac color. it's quite sheer with one layer but you can build it up to look more like how it does in the tube. i'm pale and it suits my skintone really nicely and i think it would look pretty with tanned skin too, girls with a darker complexion i would'nt recommend this for you

Ok so I initially thought I couldn't pull off this shade when I purchased it. The lilac color seemed too blue against my Asian skin. But the next day, I gave it one more try. This time keeping it more sheen and not layering it on too thick.
When keeping it light, I actually like the tint it gives my lips. Overall, I am loving the Lip Butters' formula, so I had my eye on Gumdrop most of all. After reading reviews and seeing swatches, it looked so pretty.
So although I first gave this a poor review, I'm going back to say keeping it sheer makes a big difference.
I knocked a couple lippes off for packaging because opening it is annoying. I like the way it looks, though.
I also purchased Creme Brulee and Pink Truffle. Love them!

Amazing!!! I absolutely love this colour in the lip butters! It is a very pretty lilac colour that is not too sheer, and could be worn day or night. Looks good on tan or pale skin

A very sheer lilac colour that can be built up with more layers. Very moisturising and looks great on tan or pale skintones. Love the subtle glitter.

I absolutely adore it!

I am a sucker for anything along the purple line and I had heard a lot of favorable things about the lip butters so when I saw this I had to pick it up. Unfortunately I am on the fence regarding this color and how it looks on me.

For reference I am a MAC NW20 with hazel eyes and fairly pigmented lips.

This lip butter is quite pale and I find myself wanting a bit more pigmentation. It looks almost like a pale silver on my lips with a hint of pink undertones.

I must say that I do like the formula. It apples smoothly and feels very moisturizing on my lips. It doesn't have a great deal of staying power but then I don't expect something with the word butter in it to have a lot of staying power. It is easily reapplied and since the color isn't overpowering and does not build there are no worries about looking clown like.

This comes in the standard lipstick case packing. I paid $7.99 for this. Though I like the formula I will not repurchase this color. I will purchase this product in another color.

This lip butter! When i first saw this product, I was a little weary. The package itself portrayed the actual color to be a thick lilac. I picked it out, despite my initial fears. I'm so glad i had gotten this product. I hadn't heard of a lip butter, but i've heard so many good things about it, so i figured i'd try it. When i opened it, the color of the lip butter was almost a frosty lilac. When put on, it wasn't too thick. It slid on, and felt amazing on my lips. It evenly distributed, and looked gorgeous. It wasn't matte, nor glossy like some lip butters. It was slightly sheen, though. I'd definitely buy this product again, along with their other colors.

This color is very frosty and lilac. I really like the color, but it doesn't go too well with my fair skin. It makes it look like I'm really cold. I would not use this for an everyday look, so I'm keeping it for dramatic or costume look. It's a lovely color, it just doesn't look good with my skin tone.

I am really into purple shades. This color is a beautiful light purple, and looks perfect with my pale skin tone. It is very moisturizing too, which is a huge plus. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is because it doesn't last quite as long as I would like.

GUM DROP!! Yes- I LOVE this shade!! Adorable pale lavender!

This is 1 of my favorite lip butters. I own almost all of them. I have trouble finding a pale lavender which doesn't look too dumb and blue-toned on my pale warm NC 20 skin, blonde hair & blue eyes.

I find Gum Drop to be pretty & quite feminine, but not too girly looking to wear to the office. I like pairing this with bronzed looks to make the light cool tone lip shade pop. It also brings out blue eyes quite well.

The texture of the Revlon lip butters is moisturizing. Some are streaky, but this one has a nice, smooth consistency. It's not longwearing. You will need to reapply after eating or drinking. I don't mind that. It doesn't have a smell or taste. The price is good. I will say that you'll use it up quite quickly. Also, be careful as these are soft and will smush.

Overall, Gum Drop is gorgeous color, nice moisturizing product, applies smoothly, & great value. Will repurchase over & over. Highly recommend!

Beautiful colour for paler skins. I like this product is nice and moisturising, doesn't last long but then it's more of a tinted balm than a lipstick.

hmm.. I guess because my lips are quite red and a little dark.. it's really hard to cover up my red.. so it takes a while to make it not look blotchy with this.. I have to apply loads of it.. but to be honest.. I think I'd give it to my sister or swap it on.. I don't really like the shade.. It's a lovely lilac baby pink but I never usually wear that shade anyways.. x

Oh my gosh do I love this colour!
This is a colour that seemed a bit.. unusual, but it looks so lovely on the lips! This is my #1 of all the Lip Butters.
Definite must have in my collection.

I generally don't like to wear lipstick so was intrigued by this lip butter.
Super moisturizing, goes on creamy and doesn't feather.
The shade on me was an opaque baby pink with a touch of purple. It was a little shiny but I wouldn't call shimmery, this colour looks quite matte with my skin tone.
I ordered this through the mail and took a guess at the shade, I am very happy with what I received.

I love this color but I feel that you don't get enough product for the price you pay. I waited until the lip butters are not popular anymore so that I can get deals on them. The deal I received is buy two lip butters and get the third one half off. There wasn't a lot of colors once I got to the drugstore but glad that I got this shade! I love lilac lips and I know some people are afraid to wear it out but I will wear this shade to the beach or any place I would wear sunglasses. This lip product reminds me a lot like the Revlon's super lustrious lip gloss in Lilac Pastelle. If I were to choose between the lip butter and the super lustrious lip gloss (in the same shade) I think I will most likely get the gloss.

Gumdrop is a light lavender with a sheen. It's pretty sheer IMO, but can be buildable. I didn't think I would be able to pull this off because a lilac lip can be somewhat difficult, but I love the way it looks. It compliments me very well. These lip butters are VERY moisturizing, too - they literally feel like a lip balm! I also think the packaging is very cute. I cannot wait to buy and try more colors.

As someone who practically collects purple lipstick, this is more transparent/sheer than I had hoped, but you can build it up and make it look more lavender-y. I guess I was expecting lipstick, but it really is more of a tinted lip balm. My lips were kinda dry before I put it on, and afterwards they became nice and soft. It feels nice and doesn't seem to have a taste.
Edit: This matches Revlon's Super Lustrous Lip Gloss in Lilac Pastelle perfectly and you get more color pay off when you use them together. I love how it looks!
