I received this as a Christmas gift after forwarding my husband a sale email from Folica.com. This is one of my favorite gifts. Before getting this hair fryer I woul duse a Conair hair dryer then have to flat iron my hair to get it smooth. Now, I can just dry my hair and go. It takes half the time to dry my hair and when it is done it is soft and smooth. I definitely recommend this.

$150. is a lot to pay for a hair dryer but I would do it again if I had to. This is constructed with that ceramic/tourmaline/ion and possibly kryptonite combo the actions of which I don't understand, the effects of which I am exhilirated by. This is a paradigm shift because a tool has delivered what the relentless hunt for products never did. The Wow comes from less heat (splitting and breaking stopped; hair ends improved immediately!!), no frizz (never found a product that worked this well), shiney (without product) and dries in half the time. Even though I have wavy hair I had to use curling irons and product to enjoy even an hour of a beachy wave. Now I just dry it without a brush and it is fabulous. It even has increased my volume (once again no product) and it lasts. I have wavy, fine colour treated hair, prone to frizz and breakage. It can look great with loads of attention. Now I not only look great - consistently - I have more time to start a new hobby.
