I think this was discontinued as it is not available anywhere although numerous other scents are. I loved the chocolate scent and had found it suddenly hard to find when it disappeared sometime in the last 2 years. I carefully saved what I had left and went through several bottles of other body washes that I liked, and only used it when my granddaughter spent the night, as she loved the chocolate scent. What child wouldn't? I don't use these as body scrubs and didn't for her either - I used them simply as bubble baths for the scent and bubbles. Most scents give me asthma. When I find a product that I enjoy without hurting my breathing, I tend to stay with it. Until it is impossible to find.

For a long time I figured it was deleted because unsupervised children ate it and got sick. The laxness of inept parents sometimes boggles the mind. But why not delete the almond and honey, mango or other food scented brands too, if children are eating these rampantly? Just now I was idly reading reviews when I saw that it contained formaldehyde. Well I grabbed my bottle and sure enough in minuscule print, there it is. I took a picture to upload here. I looked at my milk honey and almond formula (same brand) and it has no formaldehyde. So if that is stopping you from using Softsoap brand, just read that tiny print on the back. I would hazard a guess that pressure from somewhere forced them to remove it. I'm not saying any of the ingredients are safe. I'm just agreeing that formaldehyde is inexcusable. I won't use the one inch of product I have left.

I will still use the milk honey and almond formulation, and my only other acceptable brand, Nivea Harmony Time almond and white rose (both without formaldehyde). They don't smell like food, but they both have beautiful and delicate scents and give a few nice bubbles.

I LOVE THIS BODY WASH. It smells SO amazing - like rich, milk chocolate. Every time I use it, I find my myself wanting to eat it haha. Definitely a favourite! <3

LOVE chocolate, LOVE this body wash! This is a great body wash in every way: good cleansing power, lathering well, does not leave skin dry, rinses clean. The chocolate scent is an absolute surprise. Not many products can capture the rich chocolate scent so well, sometimes I just feel an urge to drink it. The scent is very enjoyable in the shower, especially comforting in winter months, but the scent does not linger much after shower. To those of you worried about the dark color of the product: no, it does not leave any color on your skin. I adore this body wash but somehow it seems to be less popular than it deserves to be. I found this product in dollar store for $2 (regular price should be $3-6), sign that it is not completely popular, but good news for me. I just hope that more people can give this a try, I think many will like it. My dad recently fell in love with the bottle I bought, well he would never have bought something like this on his own but he loved it...

UPDATE 2013.3.24
found that there's formaldehyde in the ingredient list. HUGE disappointment. will finish my current bottle but won't ever buy more. D**n softsoap for putting this stuff in half their products! will stay away from softsoap!

Loooooooove this for the dry fall and winter months. And it smells so good. My fair, sensitive skin gets so dry in the winter and this has been the best body wash I've ever used for that.

YESYESYES. This bodywash is ORGASMIC. The fragrance is RIGHT on point with hot chocolate, but much richer. I seriously have to talk myself out of eating it. It's incredible. As soon as I open the cap, my whole shower is filled with this amazing, delectable, warm chocolate fragrance.
Olfactories aside, the bodywash itself is quite lovely. It's thick in consistency and gives skin just the right amount of moisture. It rinses clean, but unfortunately the fragrance doesn't linger too much or for too long. No biggie. It's the washing experience with this stuff that counts. ^^ The light brown color might be off-putting to some (my mom actually thought it was made of chocolate and didn't want to use it), and I kinda agree with the reviewer below that it could be a bit darker to match the scent. Again, no big. This bodywash is too amazing for me to care.
One final note, I'm actually glad this is seasonal. If it weren't, I'd probably use it all the time and eventually get sick of it. I actually switch this up between a couple of bodywashes to keep the experience fresh.
Trust me, you're gonna want to try this. It's absolutely delicious.

New seasonal scent from softsoap. Smells delish - very chocolatey without being too sweet. The color is a I think it should have been darker; it's a very milk chocolate color, which doesn't really match the scent - the scent is richer than the color. But that's a minor quibble. The gel itself is the usual nice, moisturzing stuff that softsoap's gels are. The scent doesn't last, but that can't be counted against a product that's rinsed off; at least not in my book.

all in all, a real winner from softsoap. Apparently it's only available at walmart, and only for a limited time.
