I will start this off by saying - the reason for the 3 stars and I would not buy it again is that my Danmari palette - the colors aren't as soft and silky as the single blushes. With that said...

I love the packaging. It is like all other NARS packaging but it does collect dirt easily, but it feels nice to the touch.

It is a great deal for the product you get. Although the colors are beautiful and you get the chance to try multiple Nars face colors at once... the pigmentation isn't as great as a single or duo. Keep that in mind. But it is a great way to try out their products.

It comes with a bronzer, highlight and blushes.

I really enjoy the opportuniy to try multiple new blushes by Nars. Especially as Nars blushes are so pigmented this palette size is still generous as it is the size of their eyeshadows. I have enjoyed trying Sin and Desire but as many reviewers have said I had already tried Orgasm and truly wish either Orgasm or Super Orgasm had been swapped for Dolce Vita or some other iconic Nars blush. Casino is too dark for my light to medium skin tones but the highlighter is nice. I wouldn't buy it again as I truly only use half the palette and ut was quite expensive.

I love all of the colors in this palette.

Casino- Great bronzer for darker skin tones. I wear MAC NC44/C6/C7 and this product looks great on my skin. I also use this as a eye shadow as well.

Hungry Heart- I really didn't know what to do with this shade at first. I use this as a highlighter color for my eyes. It works well and is very soft.

O & Super O- I am sure that everyone has one or both of these shades. I wish that there was another blush instead of these 2 colors in this palette. O in a sheer pink peach and Super O is a stronger pinker peach with gold glitter. I usually use the MAC 165 brush or 188 brush to apply these colors.

Desire- This is a bright blue based pink. It is a strong color so use a light hand and blend well.

Sin- One of my favorite colors in the palette. It is a light shimmering plum mauve color. Looks great with cooler colors.

This is a great deal for $65 especially now that Nars blush is $28.

I got this on a contest on the internet-- I wouldn't normally be able to afford it, and thank God I did! These are my favorite blushes, for any occasion. I absolutely love every single one of them and work them on my skin even though some of them might be too bright for my pale skin. I try to mix them with another or just give a light touch so none of them goes unused! The packaging is great, very strong, they travelled all the way from America to Spain on their box and NOTHING happened to them! Fabulous!

I LOOOOOOOVVVVVEEEE my Danmari palette! Since I purchased it in November there is hardly a day that I don't use it. The mirror itself is perfect and worth the price. Great for travel. I'm really hoping that the do something like this again for next holiday season!!!!

This is one stop shop when it comes to blushes. Not only it has something that you can use to contour your cheeks, it also has highlighter!plus the orgasms. The colors you can use everyday. It looks great on my medium to olive skin tone.

What a steal for good quality NARS blushes. This palette comes with 6 beautiful colors are very usable for day and night makeup. I wish they would have included Deep Throat as opposed to Super Orgasm since Orgasm is already part of the palette. Overall, it is great buy. Grab this palette when Sephora has it back in stock.

Love this! It was my first Nars product so I got to try smaller sizes of the blushes and highlighter/bronzer. The highlighter is a bit chalky and too glittery for me (use a very light hand). But overall being my first NArs purchase I think its great. Very happy with the blushes pigmented stay on all day for me (I do use a primer under my foundation).

Holy Crap I cant believe I havent reviewed this yet! I want to shout it from the rooftops that this is THE palette of 2011 for me! I love every blush in it and the bronzer and highlighter too! The price was a good deal anyways plus I got 20% off with some sephora promo that was going on at the time.
I was leary of the glitter in super o but by tapping the handle of the brush on my arm the loose glitter falls off into the air and im left with just the regular color. Only complaint is that the outside of this black rubbery case gets dirty easily-urgh but thats a small price to pay for the pretty powdery perfection inside!!!

Ok the only reason why I bought this palette was because I don't have that many blushes and I thought hey it's NARS and it comes with 4 blushes that are good for any occasion and it comes with a bronzer and a highlighter. To be honest I still have to practice how to apply everything correctly so I can't give a full on good review however the quality is amazing and I happen to like all of the colors. Casino I would actually prefer over Laguna and I really like Sin and Orgasm beautiful colors and the highlighter I haven't found the right brush to apply it with plus it's winter time where I am living so I think it's kind of unnessary right now.

Overall I love the palette. I knew it was going to be a good palette even since I knew about and glad that my boyfriend bought it for me on my birthday :)

What can you say about this palette that most people interested in it don't already know? Nars is definitely as good as it gets for blush and color in this palette is a must have from Nars in my opinion. I don't mind that it has both Orgasm and Super Orgasm, they are different enough that I would buy them both anyways. While they don't look that big, each pan is nearly as much as the normal full size pan. I think it's something like .12 oz vs. .16oz, if memory serves. While Nars blushes aren't the cheapest around, this palette makes them really quite an affordable luxury. They come out to about $11 each, and I don't feel like any of them are something that couldn't be used unlike some palettes where you only like half the colors.

I hope Nars comes out with more palettes like this in the future!

I wanted this palette before it even came into stock online (when it launched) and automatically put it in my shopping list but never got it when the Sephora F&F sale came along because I wanted other things and this was still quite expensive, so I passed. Then I decided to get it for my friend's Christmas gift when I saw it in stores because it is such a nice luxurious piece. After that I received a Sephora coupon/gift card for $20 and decided to use it toward one for me. I am happy I did because I would've have regretted not. The size of the blushes are smaller than I thought but perfect for those who don't think they'll need full sizes in those colors anyways. I have other NARS blushes and I am pleased with them. I don't have any of these colors and I always wanted Sin (dusty rose?). I don't care for the glitter in super orgasm but I just tap my brush. I like casino for contouring and the highlighter seems decent, not as yellow as albatross. Overall it is nice to have, convenient, a nice NARS piece to collect, but still expensive even if it is valued more, and does not necessarily have to die for colors in it.

I'm really loving this palette. It was definitely a splurge item for me because of the $65 price tag. But once you realize you are getting 6 nars blushes and each sold individually is $27 then its a great deal.

Hungry heart is the highlighter in the palette. I've heard complaints that its too sparkly for everyday wear but I happen to really like it. I may not wear it everyday but its beautiful for the holidays and nights out.

Casino is perfect for my skin tone. I have medium to tan skin so it looks great on me and is pigmented and blends easily.

Orgasm is a perfect everyday color. Its peachy pink, and I like that it has a satin finish so leaves a glow on my cheeks.

I'm not that big a fan of super orgasm. I don't like the chunky glitter in it. It doesn't transfer to my cheeks but it does leave a lot of fall out in the palette and kind of makes a mess. It's still a pretty color though.

Desire is a bright pink. Its really pigmented so I have to be careful when applying. It has a matte finish and is really pretty as well.

Sin is my favorite in the palette. It's a berry color with a satin finish. Like orgasm, it also leaves a glow to my cheeks,

Overall, a really great palette so snatch it up before its gone! You get a lot of bang for your buck.

i like both orgasm and super orgasm as colors but i do think it was unnecessary to include both

This was my first experience with NARS blushes, and after hearing so many great things about it, I decided to purchase this palette. The colors are all pigmented, but not as much as Tartes Amazonian clay blush. It had a nice color range, but like others who have purchased this I wonder why they included both Orgasm and Super Orgasm. Overall this was a good purchase, and if not for the fact that it was limited edition I would probably re-purchase. It was a bit pricey but your really paying for the quality.
Note: If you prefer matte over shimmer blushes this may not be for you. I think it works well with many skin tones and I recommend this to anyone. The upside to the glitter part is that there wasn't much fallout.

This is a great palette for just about any makeup lover and especially great for those like myself who are looking for a palette to reduce their kit size. It comes in 6 shades which are hungry heart (highlighter), casino (bronzer), orgasm, super orgasm, desire an sin. As a palette in general it truly is geared toward those in the olive skin range. The highlighter hungry heart is kind of a gold glitter that I probably would have substituted with albatross. Casino is a bronzer catered to those with medium to dark skin, but I actually prefer casino as a bronzer/contour shade because it can be applied to fair skin IF you use it with a light hand. Sin and Desire are two shades which look better on medium skin as well. The only two shades that are universal are orgasm and super orgasm, but why put both shades in the same palette? It is a little redundant.

With that said, for those who are a medium skin tone, this palette is truly great. I have a feeling I'll be burning through casino and orgasm way before I even make a dent in the other colors, but for MUA, just being able to to take out 5 or 6 cheek colors out of my kit and replacing it with one item not only saves space, but it also saves time. I love the nars packaging because of how sleek it looks, but it is so time consuming to go through each individual item just to check the label on it. A palette like this is a great thing to have. The size of the pans in tis palette are alo very generous with almost 75% of a full product. While this review does seem negative, I do really like this palette. I just think that NARS should have released a palette geared toward fair skin as well, and while we are at it maybe introduce new colors and expand the line to include really dark african american skin.

Overall, it is a great product, but its leaves out a significant amount of its consumers

The NARS Danmari palette is new for Christmas 2011, and contains four blushes [Orgasm, Super Orgasm, Desire, Sin], one highlighter [Hungry Heart] and one bronzer [Casino].

Orgasm is my number one choice for blush; it's a rosy pink/peach that looks natural on my skin. It is lightly shimmering with a golden gleam, so gives me a healthy flush. It works with any makeup look, goes with all skintones and can be used all year round. I've used it for years and am not tired of it.

The pink/peach base is actually the same for both Orgasm and Super Orgasm, even though Super Orgasm does look a bit lighter in the pan. The only real difference between the two blushes is that Orgasm contains the famous gold shimmer, whilst Super Orgasm uses gold glitter particles instead and has no shimmery glow.

The lack of shimmer means that Super Orgasm does apply pinker on the skin then Orgasm, but I still don't know why the makers of this palette included both Orgasm and Super Orgasm. Don't get me wrong, they're both lovely and are wearable on all skintones, but if you own one shade then you really don't need the other one too.

Desire can no longer be bought on it's own [at least in the UK], so that alone is enough to prevent me from regretting splurging on this palette. Desire looks scarily fluorescent in the pan, but it applies as a sheer wash of colour and is lovely and cheerful on my skin. It is the only matt blush in the collection.

The only thing to watch out for is that every other product in this palette goes with any makeup look, but you do have to be careful with which eye and lip shades you wear this brighter blush with. I prefer to play it safe, by pairing it with shimmery nude eye shadows and glossy pink lips.

Sin is a shade that I never have looked twice at when visiting makeup counters, as it looks like a flat dark mauve in the pan and it doesn't look like it would do anything for my n10 skintone. However, it applies as a dusky berry shade, that seems to glow as it is lightly shimmering with a golden gleam.

It reminds me of ELF's blush in Coy, but wears better. Sin is now becoming my favourite blush ever and I'm sure that it will be the first one in the palette that I'll hit pan on.

One thing that I don't love, but don't hate is the Hungry Heart highlighter [the golden ivory half]. It does it's job fine, but is not the best that I've used [Tarte's are fantastic and Victoria's Secret do lovely LE ones at Christmas time], so I mainly used my old Hungry Heart duo as eyeshadows, rather then using them as actual highlighters.

Hungry Heart's inclusion here didn't affect my buying decision one way or the other, as I can always use it as an eyeshadow again. I'd have been overjoyed if this palette included Albatross instead, but this is passable for me.

The shades of blushes and highlighter selected for this palette work for all skintones, so why have NARS topped things off by also including Casino - AKA the darkest bronzer they make?

If I'm very, very careful with the application I can achieve a sheer wash of colour. But it is all to easy to over apply it and end up looking like a 80s throwback. And not in a fun way.

Overall; this is still a must-own as far as I'm concerned, as I can find a use for everything in the palette, even Casino as long as I'm extra careful with it. NARS blushes are the best on the market and considering the price of buying a single blush, this palette of six - although pricey - is a good investment buy.

However, I do think there is room for improvement; a little bit more time spent on the colour selection [Swapping Super Orgasm for something else and using a different bronzer] would have made this the buy of the decade, or maybe even century. As it is now, I really like it, but I'm not crazy in love with it.

Ohhhh what's not to love about this palette? If you have an eye for lovely NARS blushes but not a wallet for them then this is a good investment palette. I already have Orgasm but have hit pan on it and really it's one of those colors you can use over and over and never get sick of. Sin is a great color as well that I wouldn't normally buy but is gorgeous so I was really excited to try that one. Desire is right up my alley. Hungry Heart (the highlighter) also is gorgeous and Casino works really well as a contour color on me. There are 2 things I dislike about this palette that I feel could've been improved upon (hence the lippie off...) they should've picked a different color for this palette instead of Super Orgasm! It is WAY too similar to Orgasm to qualify adding to this palette (I would've liked to see Angelika or even Exhibit A lol in its spot...) Anddd I also feel like the palette could be slightly larger in order to make more space between the blushes. Other than that? Awesome.
PROS: great color selection (minus Super Orgasm), umm hello, it's a NARS blush palette.
CONS: $$$ but it is worth it, s.orgasm/orgasm dilemma

I highly recommend this palette if you're like me--you love Nars blushes, but don't own any, or have always wanted to try them out.

The shades included are great, and will flatter a range of skin tones. I have medium skin tone, and all blushes work great on me. they included casino bronzer, which is a dark dark brown bronzer with golden shimmer. it will flatter medium skin tones the best, while laguna is better for lighter skin tones.

My only complaint is that they included both orgasm AND superorgasm, which is really unnecessary. I personally prefer more matte blushes anyway, so perhaps if you like glittery blushes, you won't mind, but I find them too much of the same color.
