you don't realize the quality of a chapstick unless you've been on accutane and tried them all. accutane has made my lips a nightmare. this was my saving grace. no other chapstick moisturized and actually lasted as long as this. the grapefruit flavour, i have to say, is the best out of all. the peppermint one sure feels nice but if you're looking for something of quality, this is the one to go with.

i was put off ever buying burts bees again after average results with their hand cream and terrible tingly lips with their peppermint lip balms
however, i am a sucker for anything grapefruit, so grabbed this. its is much more smooth and creamy in texture than the peppermint, which is just too stiff to apply properly, and the mint is seriously distracting
this however is the right texture and smells delish! still not super-moisturising though!
worth buying just to keep in your bag to sniff!

While the original version is a tad more moisturizing for me, I love the smell of this one. It is strong, but I think it smells wonderful. It reminds me of the Pink body spray from The Gap. My lips feel smooth and supple and it isn't too waxy feeling. I do agree this would be perfect to use in the summer and would make a great addition to my beach bag. I would buy again.

I am so glad I found this! The balm is super moisturizing and leaves my lips feeling soft and smooth. It evens leaves a healthy natural looking glow on my lips. I love the scent and I love that there's no taste. Honestly my favorite lip balm I've tried so far.

I don't think I'll be buying this again, unless of course it comes along with another must-have scent, but this isn't anything special. It doesn't moisturize my lips much, but I was so excited to try this because of the grapefruit. It smells great, but I find the scent to be overpowering when I'm wearing it, and I'm usually at a loss as to whether I want to lick my lips or not because it also tastes pretty strong. For now, I'll just use up the tube I have and move onto something else.

Very good, light lip balm with amazing, fresh scent! Perfect for summer! Just a bit expensive... otherwise great!

I hate hate HATE the original Burt's Bees balm, but this surprised me. I like the scent and flavor and find it pretty moisturizing. I think I would rebuy it, but I'm knocking a lippy off because I hate hate HATE the packaging and this dinky little cap is so annoying to take off when you're wearing gloves or when you just put lotion on your hands. Very frustrating, but effective product otherwise.

I've had this product for about a month and a half or so now. The packaging is yellow with a bright pink cap. About a few days after I got it, the paper wrap around it started peeling off and looking weird, so I just tore it off now and you can't see the actual logo or name, but I don't mind too much. That's the only reason its rated a 4.
This product smells SO SO good- it's really tropical and sweet, with a nice clean taste on your lips. It reminds me of pink lemonade a bit. It's really moisturizing- the moisture isn't very long lasting- probably 40 minutes at the most, but I'm not one to mind applying every hour or so, so that's okay. It feels really good on my lips, and when I put it on before bed, in the morning the moisture isn't really there, but my lips feel really soft and nice, which is great.
I think I would repurchase it, because its a pretty good product and the price is really nice.

I bought this because I'm a huge sucker for anything grapefruit scented and I was really pleased with it considering I'm not a fan of any of burt's bee other products. this one has perfect, packaging, texture, moisturizing benefits and scent. Will definitely buy again.

I have a lot of allergies to lip products but this one causes no problems at all. I love grapefruit stuff so I really love this one too (it smells pretty real so if you don't like grapefruit it's not the one for you). Very moisturizing, it lasts me through the night or cold windy days, it even lasts through some meals although i'd still recommend reapplying if you eat or drink.
only cons for me are that that had a bit of trouble opening the lid whenever i use hand lotions and personally i find it a bit on the pricier side here but for a natural product that works I think it's worth it.

Good for slightly dry lips. Can see some flaking when my lips are too dry.
Nice scent but that's subjective.
A tad pricey for a lip balm.

bought it yesterday because it looked so cute. I love the scent, but i don't think the formula is that great. This is just ok. The balm doesn't last long on my lips and it doesn't deeply condition them either. I still prefer Khiel's lip balm, and the rose salve. I bought this Burt's bee lip balm for $2.99, but I think would probably buy chapstick for cheaper and better formula.

This balm didn't do it for me. I have dry and sometimes chapped lips, and this did nothing to moisturize them. It felt like i just had wax sitting on my lips. Maybe this balm is more for those who have normal lips- it's probably not great for those with very dry or chapped lips. I do however love the smell- it is very true to it's smell. I will not purchase this balm again. This balm doesn't do much for my lips, but I think it would be good to wear underneath lip gloss. Too bad, because the scent is perfect.

Best Lip Balm period. This is my absolute favorite. If this doesn't help chapped lips immediately then you need Aquaphor or something. It's semi-hard to find so when you do find it stock up!!

PIcks me up during the day. Best pink grapefruit scent on the market in my opinion - not too sharp and not too sweet. WIll buy again and again.

Love this. Love the smell. It really smells like grapefruit. Like with all Burt's Bees, it is very moisturizing, but this is my favorite because of the smell. LOVE :)

I love all things pink grapefruit so when I saw this at my supermarket of all places I was so excited. It smells exactly like grapefruit and isn't as hard/waxy as the original peppermint Burt's Bees lip balm. I did notice a slight bitterness after the initial grapefruit scent wore off, which is similar to the natural bitterness in grapefruit juice but it didn't really bother me. This is definitely my favorite Burt's Bees lip balm so far!

I love Burt's Bees. When I heard this balm came out, I went straight out and bought it. It smells so summery and bright - certainly refreshing! It doesn't feel like the beeswax balms, it's a lot more smooth and light. Still makes your lips feel wonderful and pretty, plus it smells so yummy!

I'm fond of Burt's Bees lip balms and grapefruit, so I had to try this flavor when I saw it at Target. I was kind of hoping for a tint like the pomegranate replenishing balm has, but no such luck. The texture is fairly similar to that balm, though, slick rather than creamy. I wouldn't go to this to solve an existing dry lip problem, (choose the mango instead!), but it's the perfect summer balm. It lasts a while, gives you a bit of a shine, and tastes and smells GREAT if you like grapefruit. Don't use it before eating anything, though, because it will make your food taste funny. I'm not kidding. Coffee and this is a no-go, and I probably wouldn't use it right after brushing my teeth either! Yuck.
Overall, definitely a good buy for the coming summer, but make sure you put some SPF on those lips too!
