This is my favorite of the crazy color brands. It's much cheaper than the other popular brands, and in my experience, it lasts longer, and the bottle lasts a long time, too.
I recently dyed my hair with Splat's lusty lavender color and it's faded to fuchsia with a big blonde splotch in the back (grr), so I picked up a bottle of my trusty Adore in Aquamarine, which I'm very much looking forward to using (I've never had fully turquoise hair, just part turquoise, so I'm excited!).
I've used Aquamarine, Purple Rage, Paprika, and Crimson, and loved them all.
It is very thin, so it can be messy, but it mixes quite well with conditioner and with other dyes, if you want to customize your shade or make it more pastel. Also, I've never had a problem putting it over another color. It's great to not have to remove the color that you're getting sick of, and to be able to just put this over it and have it cover it up beautifully!

The red shades are very durable. I put some in my conditioner so my color lasts even longer.

However I had a crappy experience with the medium brown. It made my hair GREEN! Like a gross algae-pond green. I know it's partially my fault. My ends were already fried, blonde and porous before I dyed it, so any green base in the brown was bound to show up.

So the color ended up fading and turning greener after just two washes. I wouldn't have minded if it were a brown shade with a warm base, like copper or red.

My point is, I would stick with the "unnatural" colors with this brand.

My friend bought me this product in 117 - Aquamarine because i told her i needed to touch up my hair color. it worked very well. i had to apply it with my fingers because the brush would not pick it up well enough. it's very liquid-y and it almost feels like water. i left it in for about an hour then washed it out with cold water. i had medium hair length (a little past my shoulders) at the time and i only used a little more than half the bottle. it didn't damage my hair and it works great.

I've used Adore a few times, when I want to spruce up my hair color. It's easy to use, I tend to leave it on after using the hair drier about 15 minutes more and it works well. It smells great, hair is shiny, and they have great color choices. Plus it's less than 5 bucks!

This is now my color of choice to cover my gray. Right now, I am using 116 - Purple Rage which gives me a nice vibrant purple. It covers the rest of my hair nicely and turns the deep brown into an almost black color indoors but the purple sheen is visible outside.

The label only says to process 15 minutes with heat but i leave it on much much longer. I do the 15 minutes with heat but then I let it sit for a couple hours if I have the time.

The product is pretty fluid and I've tried using it out of the bottle and with a color brush and they work OK that way but I discovered last time, when I misplaced the brush, that a few fingers are easier when it comes to applying precisely around the ears and the edge of the hairline near the face.

Always make sure you shampoo first and do NOT condition...then I personally like to dry my hair 75% dry and apply - for some reason, the dry hair sucks it up better as wet hair is already saturated with water and while easier to apply wet, I just do not get as good a result. You'll use more product dry but the results are better.

The product also gives your hair a nice sheen and makes it shiny, smooth, soft and well conditioned since there is not chemical reaction stressing out your hair.

For me, the color lasts about 4-6 weeks, fading a tad over each wash. I highly recommend using a sulfate-free shampoo. Shampoo bars are preferable as they are very gentle and will make the color last longer. You won't need conditioners with silicone anymore either so ditch those.

One bottle is good for 1.5 - 2 applications on my shoulder length hair as i use a tad more when applying dry.

In short, this stuff is GREAT.

I love this hair dye it's absolutely amazingggg. I always use it for dying my hair many different crazy colors, it smells like juice and its only like 3 or 4 dollars. It doesn't wash off as long as you don't shampoo too much. They have a wide selection of colors.

I am absolutely loving this hair dye! it's highly pigmented, and the consistency (like a thin conditioner), makes it easy to distribute the product evenly through my hair. The colour doesn't stain my scalp at all. After rinsing, my hair was noticeably soft & had a lot of shine.. There was a small amount of ruboff from my damp hair onto my towel, which stopped after the first wash.

1 bottle was just sufficient to do my thin hip-length hair. Smells nice too (^(oo)^)v
