I so badly wanted to love this shampoo but I did not:( it made my hair look/feel like it was super dry and in bad condition. Also it was expensive.

After stripping out a bad color and re-coloring, my hair (partially gray) was in terrible shape, frizzy with a considerable amount of splits and breakage. I'd been using a "cleansing conditioner" to get my hair back in shape but ended up trashing it because it made my hair feel greasy after washing. Then I purchased the Restore kit from Living Proof. After using Restore for the past two months, my hair is much healthier looking (even the grays are smoother). I am now at a point where I've used up the sample and I will purchase a regular size of the restore shampoo and condition in spite of the cost because my hair looks so good now and I don't have to wash my hair but once every five days or so. What I am now using is the Restore shampoo/conditioner, using the Restore mask every other shampoo and the finishing it with the Frizz Styling Spray. Couldn't be happier and will continue to use this product.

I really like this shampoo and conditioner set. My hair has been damaged from years of highlighting and blow drying. I have been using this set recently and truly feel a difference. My hair feels significantly softer. The price for each is ridiculous and I am not sure I'll be using them again any time soon as I just can't justify the cost.
I'll at least alternate with my L'Oreal Sulfate Free Ever Pure Moisturizing stuff because that stuff rocks and is WAAAAY cheaper.
But overall, I still give both the shampoo and condition for Living Proof's Restore line two thumbs up!

I cannot get excited about this product. My hair is not as soft and healthy as I would hope. It has not dried me out, but it has not restored anything. I had finished up a " honey/apricot strengthening" Herbal Essences duo before using this, and honestly see no difference. And I have used the conditioner and mask as well. Very strong bergamot/grapefruit-like scent. I do like the bottle, though. Pricey.

The entire line left my colored hair dry and I could not even get the comb through it while it was wet.....AND I used both the conditioner and some mask on my ends. This stuff is simply horrible. I'm off to Sephora to return the whole set. Ugh!

What I love about Living Proof products are, although they're really expensive, they make my hair color last forever. I definitely prefer the "full" shampoo over this one, however.

I was completely underwhelmed by this product. It smelled funny and was good, but not great. I reviewed it in my blog: http://lpopinions.wordpress.com/2012/03/08/what-the-holy-disappointment-batman-living-proof-and-photoready-airbrush/.

I absolutely SWEAR by this product! I used the conditioner ONE time without using the matching shampoo and it made my hair INSTANTLY soft!!!! I I know a regular sized bottle is smaller than those of DS shampoos/conditioners, and WAAAAY more expensive (Think: almost $30 EACH) but trust me - I would pay it over and over and over. I do NOT use these as my daily shampoos and conditioners, though - they're waaaay too expensive (man I wish I was rich! lol) but the silkiness of the way it leaves my hair (just speaking of the conditioner) is absolutely revoluationary to me. This is my HG shampoo. I changed from Biolage Conditioning Balm over to this. I will NEVER go back to another deep conditioner!!

With such a reputation and high price I expected a lot more from this kit. I was highly disppointed. I did not notice any improvement from it. In act I think Suave did a better job. I would not waste my money. It is not worth it!!!

This didn't work for my color treated hair. It still felt dry afterwards. The scent is nice though. Kind of citrusy but I'll be trying something else and returning this. I got the trial size pack with the shampoo, conditioner, and masque. My hair just needs more moisture.

Got the trial pack (shampoo, condidtioner & mask). My hair: fine, frizzy, dry and brittle. I actually LOVE the shampoo - a little goes a long way making the price not seem so bad and it is really moisturizing and gentle. It feels great when it gets all sudsy. As for the conditioner and mask - not impressed. Didn't really notice anything different about my hair and it certainly didn't make it feellike "virgin" hair as it claims. So I'll probably get the full size shampoo but that's it.
