Agree wholeheartedly with niclyf's review. It's definitely a sexy inky purple/blue with microsparkles. It's unlike any other nailpolish that I own and I'm a big fan of OPI and have tons of them! If you're on the fence about this one definitely get it. It was limited edition though.

MAC Rain of Flowers ... In a word ... stunning! I can't say in my stash of 1,000+ polishes that I have too many like it. The closest would be MAC's old school "Cyber" and OPI Ink, but this is still different enough to warrant having.

Rain of Flowers is part purple, part blue, with microshimmer and delivers excellent pigmentation. Application was smooth, and one coat gave complete coverage. Stunning on it's own, also great layered. I used RoF as a base and topped it with Lippmann ATU and it was absolutely gorgeous on toes! Topped with a few rhinestones, and it was a seriously amazing combo! Definitely one of the recent MAC shades worth adding to your stash. I hate that all the really unique MAC shades are always LE. Absolute love!
