First things first, the reviewer who says this is difficult to spread on her face MUST be talking about a different product. There is no possibility it is this cream, no way. For the product itself, WOW is about all I can say! I've used two tubes of this in the last year and have not had a single breakout, unprecedented for my skin. My routine is ultra-simple; wash twice a day with Bronners and use this cream at night, add argan oil on dry winter mornings, or the acne.org AHA+ cream if it's a hormonal time of the month or my skin is looking dull (it's the best 10% glycolic cream on the market). Most days it's just Bronners and this cream. Anyway, I have seen a huge improvement in my skin tone, it looks HYDRATED, not greasy. Holy grail times infinity! If try ever stop making this I am ultra-screwed. Buy it! Ha

I've been slowly switching over to JM skincare after having great success with the haircare. It's been a bit of trial and error and luckily I've had some samples to play with. I first tried the rose & apricot day 'creme'. It's not a cream but a very thin lotion and it had close to zero impact on my skin. This one however was instant relief and my skin hasn't reacted badly to it at all (frequent problem when switching products). I still find it a bit light for a cream, but it's fine for daytime under make-up. It has a light and pleasant citrus smell that doesn't last long and none of the funky off-odour that many natural skincare products emit. I'm using the pomegranate facial oil at night and sometimes mixing the two. My skin really looks very smooth and even, it feels soft when I touch it, whereas earlier this winter it was completely parched. I've tried a lot of products in between then and now, but the JM products I'm now using seem to be consistently working and I'll continue to purchase. I would highly recommend investigating this line if you have sensitive skin.

I have very dry skin and often react with little bumps. This cream mousturizes my skin thoroughly with no adverse effects. I also liked the vitamin c serum.
Would possibly buy again, but am mostly using organic shea butter and weleda almond cream right now. This is a bit on the pricer side for me, as I work selling cosmetics, but the company doesn't carry this line.

This product doesn't suit me. Perhaps people of mature age who's looking for anti-aging skin care may enjoy this more. It simply is too thick for me even when I apply a thin layer. I have dry skin but my nose is a bit oily (dry-combo skin). It made my skin feel a bit greasy. The product itself is hard to spread on my face, so if you plan to put makeup over it, good luck. Also, I don't recommend this to people with sensitive skin. It kinda stings my face and made my face itchy after putting it on. I had to wash it off immediately. Thank god I tried a sample, I would never buy this product.

Don't be fooled by the thin fluid texture of Mandarin Maximum Moisture; it offers intense, deep-down moisture for the dehydration (moisture loss) that attends drier skin types, and only a small dab is required. Because of its rapid absorption rate, I would recommend applying to damp skin (perhaps over a softener) so you get a little more time to apply it. The soapy-citrus scent is very minimal, more from the ingredients themselves than the added essential oils. Highly effective moisturizer for mostly dehydrated, slightly dry skin. If you are very dry, you can easily add a drop or two of face oil to augment the emolliency.
