A warm skin scent. Ever so faintly woody, with warm cocoa notes and the merest hint of cinnamon that doesn't overpower it (yay!) with a solid amber vanilla base. Not really gourmand on me, but of that ilk. Comforting, lighter than it sounds and no huge sillage. A really nice dry cocoa amber blend. It worked great on me. Chemistry is an amazing thing.

Notes: bergamot, cocoa, ambergris; cinnamon, vanilla, ambergris; amber.
This fragrance opens with a sweet spice bouquet which sadly is marred by a flat bergamot note in the background of the accord. I am sure the citrus is not supposed to be this way, but reacts weirdly to my skin chemistry. The scent’s wake is not affected by this, whereas up close the sweaty-stale aroma of the bergamot is rather noticeable. The oriental heart bouquet is composed of clove, cinnamon and a very vanilla-heavy amber. As the fragrance develops the spice notes burn off, leaving me with an extremely light vanilla note. The dry down is again a pure amber note. Lasts eight hours on my skin.
