A bit sweet, but in a subtle way, I find it to be a nice scent for daily use: not too strong, but still quite stated. Not my HG EDP, but still I keep reaching for it more often than the one I'm supposed to be finishing right now.

When I sprayed it on, it was like, whoa! Too sweet! And that's how it stayed, even on dry down. Nothing special or unique about it, smells almost marshmallowy. Luckily, the scent dissipates fairly quicky, by mid morning, it was gone. But, then again, perfume smells different on everyone. What's too sweet on me, may smell delicate and flowery on someone else.

I do not like this at all. When I read the description I thought it would be something that I would like. Thankfully I received a free sample from Nordstroms and didn't pay for it. On me it smells like White Diamonds which I don't like either. With all the good reviews for this, that shows that everybody really wears perfume differently. I will not purchase.

Definitely one of my new favorites! It is a very light, wearable perfume that will get you compliments from both males and females. Floral but not overwhelmingly so; you can also smell hints of vanilla and amber. It is a more mature smell- not old lady-ish though. Beautiful packaging. Overall a very elegant scent I would recommend to classy people :)

This scent is absolutely amazing. It's feminine and sexy and not overbearing.
I just had a couple of spritzes of it when while trying it out at the store and went to heaven:)

ahhh I love this fragrance.. the white flowery scent is just great. Considering to buy the new intense one to see if the staying power is half decent unlike the original.

I tried this at a department store and didnīt surprise me. But after 15 minutes when I was shopping at another store, I smelled my wrist again... I fell inlove with it and ran to get it. I had been wearing Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf, and now these two are my 2 favorites. It's lovely. Sweet and feminine, but strong with a personality.

This is beautiful. It's fresh, yet sweet & spicy too. Rather soft, not a screeching aroma. It's not particularly unique, I suppose, but it smells fresh, pleasant, and vibrant. I absolutely love this. One of my top perfumes of all time. For those who care what others think, I get compliments on this a lot.

This a beautiful fragrance best suited for the more matured ladies. It's not fruity or floral like many newer brands or Victoria's Secret on the market today. This fragrance debut around Sept 2011.
The composition is designed as a fresh floral - fruity - oriental, full of contradictions, simultaneously delicate and strong, elegant, sensual, rebellious and fun.
It starts off with bergamot from Calabria and white truffles from Alba. Amalfi orange blossoms, sweet jasmine, tuberose and wild strawberries compose the perfume's heart, settling on the base of cedar, vanilla and amber. Whtie floral, animalic, fruity, sweet, woody, earthly. It's probably best worn in the evening during colder season. I think this can be too heavy for a summer day scent. I did love the initial scent of this fragrance.
As the hour wears on, it started changing and changing which I do not like. I prefer a fragrance stays constant. However, it may just be the fragrance mix with my natural scent. There are a few perfumes that manage to stay constant, but this isn't one of those. It got stronger and less sweet as the hour wears on. I didn't like it at all after 30 minutes. Maybe it's not compatible with my chemistry. To me, it smells warm and cozy. I do pick up amber an vanilla. It smells like a fine classic perfume of the past. If I have to compare this fragrance to something I smelled in the past, it may be Burberry Body, or Victoria's Secret Very Sexy. Five hours into wearing this fragrance, the fine scent finally set in and I really like how it completely settles into my own skin. Sexy, classy, sophisticated, intelligent, strong, and confident. That's what I pick up from this fragrance. If you like floral fruity fun girly flirty fragrance, you will not enjoy this one too much. This one does carry a more heavy mature taste.

This is a not-so-special fragrance that happens to be very special. Of course, the packaging is so pretty, and very much epitomizes the juice inside the bottle. I think it's the way the juice melds with my skin that makes this fragrance one that I am so happy with.
Not overpowering, this is a wearable fragrance that I would wear on any but the very hottest, stickiest days (when I am always overly discriminating in what I select). This is not an edgy, unusual fragrance, so if you're in the market for that, skip this one. However, it is a floral/vanilla fragrance, and one of the best that I've tried. And...I've tried alot.

I have worn this twice and for the life of me i cant really think of anything to say about it. The bottle is nice. I love those little polymer clay flowers that are on the bottle. Very nice touch but the fragrance itself is meh. The first day i wore it i got two compliments on it so that is nice i guess. To me Valentina is a vanillic woody scent. A very nice, creamey vanilla the longer it stays on your skin. When i think the fragrance has completely vanished i will catch small wifts of it wafting up and it is very nice actually. Valentina could possibly be called Valentino and made for guys. It is just kind of generic and i little dissapointing considering how cute the bottle is.

Did the world really need another fragrance like this one? It isn't half-bad, but the look of the bottle and the composition of the fragrance are both so derivative. To start, the bottle is adorned with fake flowers, a trend that was made too ubiquitous by Marc Jacobs and then Justin Bieber. As for the scent, it's awfully similar to Radiance by Britney Spears--a light, tangy fruit. Not quite a dupe, but close enough that it makes one wonder whether they both need to be on the market at the same time. It also raises questions of what you *should* be getting when you pay high-end department store prices for the latest fragrance, whether it's Valentina or some other scent in that price range.
There was a time when department store fragrances were often qualitatively different than the fragrances found at drugstores and mass-discount retailers, but now the composition of the fragrances at all of these places are becoming so similar that you may as well base the purchasing decision on reasons that have nothing to do with the way the fragrance actually smells. You might, for instance, choose to buy Radiance because it's so much more affordable than Valentina. Or you might buy Valentina because the bottle's fake flowers are in tasteful, neutral colors, unlike the gaudy pink and blue plastic gemstones that encrust the Radiance bottle like a grade-school mosaic project gone horribly wrong. You might even choose Valentina over Radiance because you simply want to tell the world, "I'm the kind of person who can afford to shop at Nordstrom," not "I'm the kind of person who can only afford Kohl's."
So there's the irony: no matter which one you choose, and no matter what your motivation is for choosing it, in the end, you're going to smell pretty much the same: fruity, cheerful, and likable, but maybe not very distinctive or memorable.
Incidentally, had I never tried on Radiance at Kohl's, I'd probably still feel the same way about Valentina--that it's a halfway decent fruity scent, but nothing out of the ordinary. Call me old-fashioned, but whether I'm paying thirty dollars or eighty dollars for a new fragrance, I want something that smells so good that it's positively addictive, not merely pleasant. And that's what Valentina is-- a pleasant scent in a pretty bottle that will make a very nice paperweight on someone's desk long after the person has moved on to other, better fragrances.

This is my new favourite perfume. Perfect for spring. Such an underrated scent that not many wear! The flowery scent is very girly but then muskier undertones really kick it up to a more sophisticated level. Like other flowery scents its not overpowering either.

I usually never write reviews but this perfume deserves it. It has a really unique floral scent which is very sexy and feminine and I get a lot of compliments from guys when I wear it. Next time I'm going to buy a bigger bottle because I love it so much.
