Bought this for $2. I tried it and loved it, I'm a sucker for liquid liners. Especially the felt tip kind. The only flaw was having it come out perfect after one try. I will get it (had to get used to the tip) I'm used to using a brush for it. Would recommend for the cost and long lasting.

The reason why I bought this eyeliner was because I wanted a replacement for my Loreal Lineur intense which had a felt tip and has since been discontinued. I do like this product for the cheap price (it's about $9 AUD) It goes on smoothly and it is quite black. My only gripe is how NON water proof this is. With a single drop of water this will smudge like CRAZY!
For example yesterday in Sydney was a rainy day. I forgot to bring an umbrella and had to walk through the rain. I caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror and it was horrible! Raccoon eyes to the days. Also if I tear up for any reason = smudges.
I'll continue to buy this product because it's quite inexpensive while I search for the HG liquid liner.

IN LOVE with this product. Have used it for years since Walgreens has been putting it out. This does not dry out and it lasts 12+ hours, it will last you an entire day and you can sleep in it and wake up with it still on. For $1.99 WHY would you buy anything else???

I love this eyeliner! It is super black, I have not had any problem with drying, and at least on my eyes it lasts with out any smudging, and this is coming from a contact user. I do have to say that as with most of my make up i do use some sort of primer, but even on the days that i didnt waer any it lasted, i love this more than the elf brand pens just because this one is so much more pigmented.

I love this. It is opretty cheap, but the way it looks on me is like a million bucks. I love the deep black color. It stays on many hours. It does have a tendency to smear, so I try not to put too much on.

This review is for the semi-permanent liquid liner that comes in the standard felt tip applicator that screws into a well. Not to be confused with the Fabuliner pen---there's a separate listing for that.
This liner is really watery. It takes longer to dry then most liners I've used. I also have to go over several times to get it black enough. I also had the plastic on the wand break on me while screwing the top on.
For cheap liquid liner, I definitely prefer Wet N' Wild. If you are traveling and this is all you can find, it's okay in a pinch, but I probably wouldn't repurchase.

Not impressed. Feels like you are using a sharpie marker on your eyes. It burns my eyes like heck. Not very pigmented (I bought it in black) At least it wasn't expensive.

OMG! I got this product as a present. I didn't know how much it was, but when I used it, I thought it was around 10 bucks or at least 10 bucks, and so I went and asked my sister how much she got it for, and she simply replied "1.99" I WAS SO AMAZED!!! I mean this product doesn't smear, nor does it constantly gets caught in the oils of your skin. I love this product!!! It is one of my all time favorite eyeliners. I am not so good at applying on eyeliners, but this product helps your creat hard, soft, big, and thin lines. I just simply LOVE and ADORE this product!!! Me and my two sisters uses it everyday, and we've been using it for about 5 months now and it hasn't even ran out of ink yet! I am so overly amazed by this product!!!!!!!

This is a great liquid eyeliner. It is very comparable to the Revlon colorstay liner. It is pigmented and lasts a long time. you can get precise thin lines or think heavy ones depending on how you apply it. It's $1 at walgreens so I don't see why you wouldn't pick it up. I recommend to anyone who loves liquid liner and the ease of the pen! :)

I was SO impressed with this felt tip liner! I bought this in Brown at Walgreens for $1.99. I find it better than L'Oreal's Precision and Telescopic felt tip liners. Those are hard to draw with and create uneven lines when drawing on the eyelid. With the Jordana liner, I was able to create a beautiful straight even line which didn't smudge or become uneven. And the product dries instantly that I'm able to apply eye shadow right away. I did a comparison by using the Jordana liner on one eye and L'Oreal Precision liner on the other eye, and the Jordana liner produced by far a better result. The tip is so easy to use that you can also create a winged line, a thick or thin line. I'm off to buy the same product in Black this time. NOTE: I didn't apply this product on my lower lash line. I've always been impressed with Jordana liners and this product is no exception!

I absolutely cannot get over how great this liner is! I bought it in 'black' at my local Walgreens for only $1.99. It goes on super smooth & doesn't budge even when I rub my eyes. I have pretty oily eyelids, but I never have a problem with it budging or wearing off. It's so easy to apply - it's honestly, the only eyeliner that's ever looked good on my eyes. I haven't tried it on my lower lashline, but it works wonderfully on my upper. It dries almost instantly & has never smeared on my lids. I have super sensitive eyes & skin, but this hasn't bothered 'em one bit! I lost the cap to mine a couple weeks ago & just stuck the pen in a Ziploc bag - surprisingly it hasn't dried out a bit. The quality is absolutely phenomenal for the low, low, low price you pay!

I personaly love this product i use it every single day and am absolutely obsessed with it but i can see how some people don't like it. i have heard that it is not good on sensitive skin but that's not a problem for me. I would not really recommend this to contact wearers who rub there eyes i don't so i am fine with that but for the price ( $1.99) i would recommend u give it a try. i absolutely love this and i do wear contacts but i can c how it could be a problem with some people. But for the record I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!!!!!!!!!

Jordana normally is an EXCELLENT brand, affordable to all. but this time. err yeah. i bought 2 of each color, because they were so cheap, and normally i like RAVE about jordana, but i dont know why i dont like this. maybe because it just doesnt go on well enough for me, maybe i got a bad set, but it smears too easily. i mean, i have all the jordana retractable liners, and i love them, but the fabuliner didnt work for me. i would go and buy 1 or 2 if i were you, and try it, but i didnt really like it.

This liner is just as good as my sheseido pen that was $75. This is $2. Super easy to use. Nicely pigmented . Get both colours, you will love it. This is truly a must have. I'm a MA and at $2 this pen is basically disposable. Super sanitary for your clients!!

I have these liners in both black and brown and I love them, they go on smooth and the colors are perfect, at least for me. I do use primer underneath and eyeshadow over, maybe thats why it lasts me all day, I have very oily eyelids and skin so these are both a must for me. I do find that I reach for them almost daily as they do dry quickly and I'm usually running out the door in the morning.

Hmm, this product worked on my eyelid, but you can forget under my eyes. It doesn't even go on under there. So great for the eyelid, but not under...guess I will try the waterproof and see how that goes. I think I spent $2.99 at CVS drugstore, got it in black.

Love this eyeliner! I am a SLAVE to black eyeliner and I swear by the NYC Liquid liner even though I use all MAC and URBAN DECAY eye makeup products.
I am shocked by the killer price, minimal packaging and how great and simple this 'pen' is to use.
I am actually pretty surprised with the negative reviews but then again everyone is different with their expectations ...but I LOVE this stuff!
Update: these are sold out in like all the Walgreens ( I live in Canada ) and I have yet to find somewhere that carries this product! We dont have have Walgreens here and so anytime I go to the states or have friends going, I ask them to look for it for me. In July 2010 - Walgreens in Vegas where I discovered this in Nov 2009 was actually getting their first shipment in weeks of them - I scooped 14 of these bad boys - stock up ladies because there are more like me that are gonna do this and I believe they only got maybe 45 or so!
