I bought this product a long time ago, so when I bought it, the formulation and scent was different from now. From reading the reviews on this site, I haven't heard much people say that they like it, so I'm guessing that it hasn't changed that much. I really do not like anything about this lipbalm. I found that it was very drying and it was wayyy too slippery on the lips. Now, I hear some people say it smell's good, so that is probably a change in the scent because mine's smell's like eyeshadow. The packaging was one of the things that I noticed right away that it was bad. Although the slimness of the packaging is awesome for traveling and going out, after a few times of twisting it up, it suddenly broke and I couldn't twist it up anymore. I wish that I didn't put so much negativity into this review, but this is what I really think about this product. I wouldn't really recommend this to anybody out there.

I love this product! Smells so, so good and makes my lips feel very moisturized. I do not know if they still make it because I have not been able to find it for a while.

It does nothing more than a regular chapstick. The smell is faint, and the color is sheer, if not nonexistant. But for the price you pay, which is about the same as a chapstick... Well, it is good to have as a basic, but you can get away without it. Overall, it is a Meh.

Purchased this from Target a while ago. HATED IT! It was too smooth on the lips and it didnt moisturize or anything. It was basically pointless to me. It smelled good though.

This is an above average product. It's not the best but I can't complain because it was only $1! This conditioning balm makes my dry lips soft, but yet it makes them peel like crazy. I'm not sure if that's suppose to happen to dry lips, but it gets annoying having to peel them all the time sometimes. Other than that, it was well worth it and would definitely purchase again. Also the packaging quality isn't that good either because it would twist up, but when you twist it down it won't go down unless if you gently push it down with your fingers, which isn't a concern for me.

I was actually really happy with the quality of this lip balm, but the packaging was terrible. You twist the bottom of the applicator and the balm winds up. The problem is once I had wound mine up, it wouldn't wind back down again so I had to use my finger to put pressure on the stick to wind it back down again and to allow me to put the cap back on it. I used it a couple of times after this but found it far too annoying to use so ended up throwing it out. ELF if you only sorted out the applicator I would have repurchased this and probably bought more in other flavours, but until then I won't buy anymore, even at only £1.50!

ONE of my most face chapsticks! Don't know why there are any bad reviews! It melts onto my lips and makes them feel like silk. It has the slightest pink tint, so, so light that it looks like your lips are naturally baby pink and soft! I love it, and for a buck, you just can't go wrong. Will continue to repurchase this! LOVE it, love it!

This product did nothing for my lips at all. I didn't like the way it felt on either. Some E.L.F products make me realize why they are so cheap.

Love love love this stuff! Stays on even after eating or drinking! I love that I don't have to contiously reapply it and my lips are left feeling soft. Great product for the price!

This balm is great if your lips aren't chap because it doesn't moisturized at all. It does give a weird frosty, white cover on your lips if you apply too much on the lips. However, it will eventually soften the lips and you only need to swipe the product once all over the lips for coverage. The smell is also nice.

The slight baby pink tint looks awful on my naturally reddish lips. Looks like a really trashy frosty tint, I don't know how else to describe it. That the color just doesn't work on me isn't why I give it a bad review though. It's because although the formula is not dry, and it goes on smoothly... it goes on incredibly streaky and waxy.

Pro:
Smells good.
Super cheap.

One word: Yuck :( it's so waxy I can barely even get it on my lips. When I do finally get some my lips after dragging it back and forth 10 times, its very dry and flakey. It also smells weird, and is not moisturizing at all.

By itself or under matte lipstick this thing just doesn't fail to look nothing but amazing on my lips. I've NEVER found that with other balms I've tried. This is just perfect. I never knew I could love a lip balm so much, considering I don't have dry lips but I adore/love this. It's something else. Its moisturizing as hell, feels like butter but without the nasty taste. Stays on long enough. Great product by elf, just one of the many that is... lol

I need to go out and get more, these are just too good to have only 1.
Oh and this was only a 1$. However I'm sure the majority of you already know how affordable E.L.F is.=)
