I bought this shampoo and conditioner after using a couple of sample sachets of it that I'd gotten off a sales rep.

First off, I have good hair, thick, straight, with some texture from highlights, holds curl well, bra strap length. That being said, I don't really need a shampoo/conditioner to do a whole heck of a lot for me. What I usually look for is how many days I can go without washing it. The Epic Volume poo/dish give me about four days, the last being a dry shampoo and ballerina bun day :)

The smell of this is very pink and candy like. It reminds me a whole lot of LUSH rockstar scent. The texture of the shampoo is really thick, and a little hard to spread over my hair. I usually have to use on pump for my hair line and another pump for the inside of my scalp. I only shampoo with this once. if I feel like it's a "two shampoo" kind of shower, I use suave for the first one. I don't use this on the ends of my hair. If I happen to have a lot of buildup, I might squish it through the ends of my hair at the end, but not usually.

I do notice more volume, or at least more ease of styling when I use this duo. As I said, my hair is pretty long and heavy, so any volume is good. The fact that I noticed this doing anything at all volume-wise is good though, which is why I bought the full size bottles.

In the beginning, when I first tried this shampoo, I really adored it. I have straight hair without volume, and that shampoo was the first ever who managed to make volume in my hair without straightener for waves. But with the time, after the 2 pack the effect start to reduce. And it also makes my hair dry. Maybe they have changed the formula, I don't know... Now i have no idea what to use

The only reason I bought the shampoo and conditioner is because the liters were half off (only $12 each!) at Beauty Brands and I LOVE the way it smells. I used to use Bedhead Superstar shampoo and conditioner and it was scented the exact same. Then they stopped making it. I was so happy to find that Bedhead is basically selling the same exact product only under a different name now, Epic Volume. I can see how the scent isn't for everyone, but I really like it. It smells like strawberry and mint.
As far as if the product actually delivers what it claims to do, I'll give some background on my hair first. I have really difficult hair. It is fine and thin and super limp. The ONLY thing that I can do to make it semi manageable, hold any sort of style, and have the tiniest bit of volume is to load up on lots of volumizing product on my wet hair and then blow it dry. It's very annoying. So I have come to the conclusion that the type/brand of shampoo/conditioner makes absolutely no difference in the way my hair looks. In my experience my hair is the exact same whether I use the $1 Suave stuff or $50 Pureology. So when I look for a shampoo and conditioner I usually go for whatever smells the best, makes my hair feel soft and smooth and less staticy, and is the most economical. As far as my needs and what I am looking for in a shampoo/conditioner, Epic Volume is great. It smells awesome and makes my hair soft. It is also sulfate free! Did it create volume in my hair? No. But then again, no shampoo/conditioner ever has. It might give volume on someone with a more fortunate hair situation. I would recommend this based on the scent alone and the fact that you can get them on sale all the time at Beauty Brands and that is a great deal!

I bought this stuff and was super excited to try it out. I used it this morning and it did absolutely nothing for my hair. I was very disappointed. I will be returning this.

I have the conditioner. While it does deliver on volume, I can't say I care for the scent. As another poster mentioned, it's sickly sweet like strawberry bubble gum. And it's quite tenacious--I can smell it all day. No re-purchase for me.

No good for dry hair. Mine is dry and highlighted. Even though this shampoo is sulphate free my hair felt stripped. I also did not like the scent. The very sweet smell faded to a musky stink.
Would imagine this could work well for fine hair that is not dry or highlighted though, as the volume produced was good.

I just love this shampoo & conditioner. The smell is lovely and sweet and it really does a great job when it comes to volume. A few weeks after I started using it my hairdresser said it felt like I had more hair than before.

The first thing you'll notice about this product is the lovely smell. Not many shampoos & conditioners smell this heavenly. Next thing you'll notice is how thick both the shampoo and conditioner are. That's where the problem begins! A product that's made for fine limp hair shouldn't be this thick. Not to mention, it made me feel greasy by the end of the day and I really felt like it wouldn't wash out all the way. The only way I would recommend this, is if you have thicker/dry hair that needs a boost. Other wise....save yourself some money and buy something else.

This shampoo has a tasty "strawberry sweets" kind of scent that is strong at first, but lightens up pretty quick. It cleans pretty thoroughly, so it's a good idea to use a nice rich conditioner with it. I have fine, long, oily hair that can easily look matted down, but this gives me a pretty nice lift. Not MEGA volume, but decent. I'm on my second bottle, so yea, I like it :)
1/13 update: I think this is drying my hair out. I still like it, but I'm going to use it less often. Maybe once or twice a week.

This shampoo leaves my hair feeling very clean and soft. It does give more volume to your roots. I think the strawberry scent of it is a bit too sweet. It leaves my hair smelling good after it dries, though!

I thought it really liked this shampoo and conditioner. It made my hair feel lovely and clean and it feels so healthy. But every time I would wash my hair it would feel straw like and so so dry. But it looked good after a blow dry and straightener. But then I would wash my hair and it would feel so so damaged. So I decided to stop using this as it was obviously not doing my hair any good. My hair is long dark, thick, non colored hair. I'll just keep this more as a clarifying shampoo.

this shampoo does a good job of cleaning my hair and i have noticed a little more volume in my hair but i don't think it does much else and i'm not a huge fan of the scent - it's a bit too sickly sweet and artificial for me. it's also quite expensive so i wouldn't repurchase

I love this smell of this it's very sweet and smells like strawberry sweets! I got it for £12 on eBay along with the conditioner, I think it's usually around that just for one or the other in salons so definitely worth getting online. I always use tigi but I still didn't hold out much hope of it actually making my hair more voluminous, my hair is very fine and a bit limp, however I was pleasantly surprised when drying with a round brush at the roots and it actually stayed looking full and healthy, I slightly teased at the crown and it stayed looking thick and full all day. I have never back combed and styled my hair so easily and so successfully as I now can after using this shampoo and conditioner. I recommend using with tigi small talk thickifier if ur hair is fine.

First off, I love the smell- strawberries and creaminess. Secondly, it cleans my hair well, not sure if I've noticed a ton of volume but it does leave my hair smooth, clean and silky.
I've bought the 750 ml one, which I ran out of about half a year ago. Decided to try other shampoos and now I came back to this... I bought the 2000 ml one. Yes, I know what you're thinking... it does look ridiculously big - unfortunately I had already dumped out my 750 ml bottle so I can't pour some of it there.
Also, my boyfriend uses it, makes his curls silky.

I have very fine and straight hair and was looking for a body building shampoo, this is not it for me but it certainly is a good product. Its sulphate free which i like and it smells lovely. My hair looks shiny and feels soft after i use it but im still yet to find this 'epic volume' as stated on the bottlle. I have to wash my hair every day (oh the joy of having fine hair) but i only use this every other day as its very nourishing. This is a shampoo i always have in my shower and will re-purchase again and again as i have done in the past. I normally have 2 to 3 different brand shampoo's on the go at any one time as im very fussy with my hair.

The main reason i originally bought this product was because it was sulfate free. Sulfates can dry out your hair and it is good for volume. I already have thick hair but i must admit it has added volume. It smells so sweet sort of like candy. My hairdresser told me it is pretty much Superstar but just re-launched and re-named. It has left my hair so soft and beautiful. I use both the shampoo and conditioner as well as BedHead Ego Boost. A fabulous combination for soft lovely hair.

Being a big fan of TIGI dumb blonde series (original version, new one sucks!) I wanted something for a change as using a shampoo and conditioner (no matter how much u love em) all the time can cause unecessary build up. So I decided to stick to TIGI. As I have fine and straight hair I wanted to have something that is not too nourishing so I decided to get the Epic Volume Shampoo and Conditioner. Usually volume products are less nourishing in ordner to now weigh down the hair. I have bleached hair so it sounded even better that this duo is supposed to give extra volume AND nourishment.

But first time I used it, it left my hair really flat. I thought I might have used too much conditioner so next time I tried using less product. But still it didnt work out. I cant see even a tiny bit of extra volume. It definitely hydrates the hair, I cannot deny this BUT it even nourishes the hair more then the dumb blonde stuff. And that is something I cannot understand because it is pure overkill for fine hair. I was missing the fluffy feeling which I usually get from TIGI products. After a few hours my hair even looked stringy and over-treated.

I really wanted to love this duo but I just hated it. I am not using it anymore. Oh by the way, the smell is just GROSS. Do you remember that disgusting hubba bubba bubblegum? Its exactly the same smell. And it stays in the hair for quite a while. You either like the smell or you are going to puke after some time. I tried to get used to it (as I got used to the scent of the original dumb blonde series) but I just didn't work out as it is too disgusting.

The packaing is really catchy, I mean I love the design of the bottles but yeah, that doenst change anything about the content.

I bought it for 28 € which is quite pricey. TIGI is usually worth its high price but in this case it was definitely not.

All in all I still gave it 2 and not 1 lipsticks(?) as this is not the worst product I have ever used. I mean there are many many worse products. It definitely nourishes the hair nicely, maybe it was just too much for my ultra thin hair. Perhaps somebody else with normal to thick hair structure will find this product amazing. For me it just didn't work.

A little later I bought TIGI Catwalk your highness Shampoo and Conditioner and they did exactly what they are promising to do. Give a little bit more volume AND nourishment. So I am using THEM now for a break ;).

I love the way this smells, and it makes my hair sooooo soft!I literally have nothing negative to offer about this shampoo, except the price is a little steep. But it's big, it has a pump, and it does what it claims to do.
