I got a few of these colors in Ulta's BOGO and I thought this color was unique. It's a sapphire color with shimmer. I don't really like shimmer in liners but this is undetectable. This is a decent gel liner, I still prefer Maybelline. This color is so blue and rich in the glass jar but on it looks black. I don't think this will show much as anything other than black or a soft black unless you are very dark skinned or very very fair. I am NW20 and it just looks charcoal.
Was not super impressed with the color or pigmentation. I thought the Maybelline's are much better. Also this will smudge if you touch it even hours later, unlike Maybelline. The color wasn't super pigmented either, I had to run over it 3 times. In all its just an ok gel liner, not something I would repurchase.

I actually have this eyeliner in the color Dublin, it's like an ugly green. I couldn't find a review spot for Dublin, so i chose "Ink" to enter this review in. Anyways, it's an extremely wet eyeliner. I've had it since November 2011, and have only used it a couple of times, but more for experimentation rather than actual use. I feel as if the eyeliner is what makes my lids oily? So when it comes time to remove it, i wipe my lids like 5 more times to make sure they're dry. I received this as a gift so I don't know if it was pricey or not but since it's Ulta, you can only assume.

I've been looking for a gel eyeliner in navy ever since the one I had from Jane dried up. I tried Midnight from e.l.f., but that color was black, not blue. I found a great buy and a great product from Ulta. They have private label cosmetics and a gel eyeliner in five colors. I ordered the gel eyeliner in Ink, and hoped for the best.
When the gel eyeliner arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The size of the package was slighter larger than the e.l.f. gel liners. The consistency was perfect. I used my e.l.f. Studio Precision brush and did a quick sweep to find out how hard or soft the gel was. It was a perfect consistency, and a little went a long way. I only use gel liners to tight line my top lid only. I applied it and I waited to see how long it would take to end up on my lower eye lid. Nothing happened. It stayed on and it actually stood out and you could actually tell it was blue in color.
It took a little rubbing with my eye remover pad to remove the eyeliner. That wasn't a big deal with me. I am pleasantly surprised at my $3.00 treasure. I went back and ordered two more colors from Ulta...
