I'm nc42 and the shade med/tan matched perfectly. I liked this at first but noticed it would start to crease and fade after about 3/4 hours on me. No matter how much I set it with LM brightening powder, or tried a different technique to apply, it still creased. It has a nice full coverage, but it is definitely suited for dry skin since it is so creamy. I also did not like how hard the tube was to get any product out. I will not be repurchasing.

I have horrific undereye dark circles and this covers them beautifully. It's a very peach color which seems odd when you first look at it but it really does blend in with your skin and give the area a bright look. One of the best parts is that it stays on all day without sinking into the lines around my eyes. It truly is creaseless.
Like the other reviewers said, you have to squeeze really hard to get it out of the tube but don't squeeze too hard! You need approximately a drop the size of a pin for each eye. If you use a wee little bit, you'll get the coverage you want without creasing.
It's a great product, yes, but it's also expensive. I'll still buy it again.

i LOVE this concealer. I first bought it because i needed something to cover up the dark spots on my face due to acne and it worked really well and it did not look cakey, plus it doesnt break me out. i can literally use a pea size and it would be enough to cover up my whole face (using a concealer brush). It works amazing under my eyes as well. even if u need a little extra it blends in really nice. ive been using it for a few months now and i would definitely buy it again.

I love this concealer. I have been using this for almost a year and after some trial and error, I have learned to really love it. In the beginning, I was applying it with my fingers and using too much product, hence the chalky creases. After I fell in LOVE with my beauty blender, I decided to apply this concealer with it. It gives me a natural look with the full coverage I need for my dark circles and it never creases, I believe it's one of the best concealers I have ever tried and I have tried many from Bobby Brown to YSL, none of them have given me the natural coverage that lasts all day. Highly recommend this!

I picked this up instead of the Amazonian clay by accident but it was a happy mistake! This covers really well, and you only need a little bit. The packaging is difficult because you have to squeeze really hard to get any product out, but like I said, you do not need a lot so the little bit that comes out is sufficient. I will buy this again because I have never had a concealer that covers so easily using so little product and does not look cakey.

This is the best concealer on the market. Not only does it actually live up to its claims, but it's not tested on animals!!! It really doesn't crease!!!! It covers my dark circles!!!! It's waterproof!!!! It's sweat -proof!!! My only complaint? The packaging is is too vacuum packed, so when I squeeze out the product, the top breaks ever so slightly. A little bit of product goes a looooooooooong way, so this expensive tube will last you forever. If this stuff is ever discontinued, I will be very upset. I bought 10 of them on drugstore.com just in case.

Nope nope nope. I have the trifecta of undereye suck, namely hereditary dark circles PLUS crepey lines PLUS often dryish skin from Retin-A. Had high hopes for this concealer but when I applied it over my everyday facial sunscreen (which has a number of silicones and usually acts as a sort of primer-lite) it immediately got patchy and disgusting, and the more I blended (fingers and a beauty blender dupe) the patchier it got. Before I did the other eye, I applied a real silicone primer and it didn't help at all.
My best concealer find for my issues so far is MAC Pro Longwear, and I'll be going back to that.

I purchased this product thinking it would be full coverage for my under eye redness. It is super thick and extremely hard to spread. It exaggerates my pores and makes my under eye area looks super shiny and wet all day. It doesn't even cover 100% of my veins and redness. About two hours into wearing it, It had creased in my fine lines. I thought it was supposed to be "Creaseless"? Never mind the packaging makes it so hard to get the product out. This is going back to the store immediately.

Probably one of the worst concealers I've tried. Applies like a dream. Less than a hour later, it is as if I never put on a concealer. I've tried it with primers underneath, with different setting powder, nothing seems to work. Back to Sephora it went.

I bought this for a spot concealer, not for undereye as I am an YSL Touche Éclat devotee. When I bought it, the Sephora near me was not carrying Cover FX yet and the salesperson told me this was the next best thing. There was no exact match to my skintone. What I bought was a bit too pink, but I was able to blend it so that the color was not an issue. But, the coverage was just OK and it was hard to make invisible when I built up the coverage to the point that the spots were invisible. It did not last long even though I applied it on top of either tinted sunscreen or foundation and then dusted with powder, the staying power was not the best. I have since replaced it with Cover FX Cream Concealer, which I have reviewed.

So, when I first got this concealer, I HATED it. I have yellow undertones in my skin but when I put this on, it was soo pigmented and yellow and felt thick and gooey. Looked very unnatural. It creased terribly and never seemed to set. I lost my recipt and it sat in my drawer for a couple of months. So glad I lost that recipt!!!
I tried it again a couple of months later, used a teenie tiny amount and LOOOOVED it! It had good coverage, didn't crease, set with a light powder it didn't settle into lines or make my undereye area look crepey or cakey. It covered my very dark circles and stayed put ALLLL DAY! I'm not kidding when I say all day. The key is to use a tiny amount and build up if necessary. I THOUGHT i was using a small amount before, but even that was too much. I was using way too much. Less is definately more with this product. I also must set with powder. Have been using NARS illuminating pressed powder and it works great. I've found that patting it on with my fingers works best as it warms up the product and really melts it into the skin. Sometimes I just buff over it afterwards with a small, soft brush to remove any fingerprints, etc.
Regarding packaging...I've heard people complain that the tube is mostly filled with air, but it contains the amount that is displayed which is .28 oz for $24 on Sephora. In comparison, NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer is .22 oz for $28, Bobbi Brown Corrector .05 oz for $23, and Benefit Erase Paste .15 oz for $26 all at Sephora. You get more product than the others mentioned for a comparable price, so the fact that the tube is filled with air doesn't bother me in the least. Also, it is more difficult to get out of the tube and you have to squeeze pretty hard to get it out, but I personally find this to be a good thing because it keeps you from wasting product. My tube hasn't popped or anything and I've been using it for a while now.
I wouldn't recommend this concealer for other areas of the face, but it is a dream under the eyes. If you have tried this product and hated it, try again with much less and see what you think. I'm glad I did!!! I look for moisturizing concealer for the undereye area that covers heavy duty darkness, doesn't accentuate fine lines, and is long wearing. This fits the bill and is definatley one of my favorite concealers i've ever tried under my eyes.

My only regret is that I did not buy this sooner. I am fair with terrible dark circles and lines under my eyes. I have tried every concealer and/or corrector you can imagine.
I apply a small amount of eye cream, smashbox under eye primer and then apply this with Sephora's Airbrush concealer brush. It does the job. No crazy colored corrector needed! And it last all day. I am so pleased.
It can be difficult to squeeze out of the tube but that does not bother me. It reminds me that I only need a small amount to do each eye.

I absolutely love this concealer and consider it my holy grail. The texture is smooth and creamy without being remotely cakey. I use it to cover up my horrible under eye circles and it works like a charm! Also, having cystic acne my blemishes are very dark, and this covers them up beautifully too. It also doesn't aggravate my breakout prone skin! It lasts all day and stays in place, no oxidizing or drying out. My search for an amazing concealer is done.

I really like this concealer. It is the best one I have used so far. The skin under my eyes tends to be dry, and this concealer is oily and thick so it is perfect for me. It does what it claims to do, it doesn't crease and provides full coverage. It helps with dark circles, but doesn't erase them completely. It stays on all day. It is worth the price because you only have to use a very small amount. I am a little concerned with the packaging though because it seems like the tube has a lot of air and not a lot of product in it. I have only had this for a week and I have a hard time getting the product out. Despite this, I will definitely repurchase.

Tarte's maracuja creaseless concealer provides long-lasting, full coverage I use along with Tarte's pure maracuja oil. This helps mask my dark circles. A small amount does goes a long way. This came with the oil but lasts a long time so good for the price if purchased individually. Would definitely buy again.

I have a love/hate relationship with this concealer, purely because it has amazing coverage yet the packing is ridiculous! I was disgusted when I noticed how difficult it was to get any product out, and it feels like the package is filled with air. It's not just me that has said this, but several others complaining their concealer isn't full. If the concealer was full and easier to get out, I'd love it. But I'm not sure if I'll repurchase a half full concealer again. If you are planning on getting it, take it out of the box before buying it and see if it's filled with air or not.

This product CREASES. This product sticks in fine lines and wrinkles.
This product in MEDIUM has a bit of a golden / yellowish tone which cancels out my sort of pinkish/porcelain redhead skin. ONLY if I apply Smashbox primer in the most perfect blend and swirl it around my delicate undereye area causing more heinous wrinkles does this work. Every 1 out of 10 times. I think I have only used this 10 times and it is really expensive. Hard to get out of the tube. This is number 2 of how many concealer reviews I shall make.

This concealor fades extremely fast and is difficult to blend. Tarte overall does not impress me and unfortunately, this product also fell along those lines. It applies a little dry and will settle into any natural fold you have. It did cover my dark circles from too little sleep (I still looked very tired though). By lunchtime the concealor was almost gone. I definitely wouldn't recommend for someone with serious under eye discoloration and/or dryness unless its used to layer with another, creamier concealor. Overall it wasn't the worst but certainly not one of the best.

Dark circle ppl: this could be it.
Im one of those lucky ones that has permanent dark circles. Over the years I have tried many concealers of this type, mostly HE.
Prior to getting this baby, I had been using Amazing concealer and was pretty happy with the coverage and finish. When it came time to re-order, as good as it is, I was balking at the price. While hanging out on MUA on day, this product was mentioned. I thought, well if I dont like it, I can always return to sephora.
This concealor is med to full coverage. I like that I can layer to get more coverage where needed. I find a pressing rather than dragging application works best, with a soft brush. Currently I am using the fndtn brush from Real Techniques. Less is more with this product so start off slowly and build if needed.
Having used so many of this type of thick concealor, I was worried that it would settle into my lines or slip off during the day. A very light dusting of Mac MSF and this stuff lasts almost all day. Finish is smooth, even, with the slightest shimmer. Very nice.
I will repurchase this, for sure. I didnt give it a 5 because my HG concealer has not yet been created

I inherited black under my eyes, and I have insomnia, so I have been searching for a good cover concealer since I was 16 (over ten years.) I have tried nearly every brand, from drugstore to Smashbox, Dior, MUFE, Nars, Benefit, Laura Mercier, Cover FX and so forth. Tarte is by far the best for what I need,
1. the cream is perfect consistency, i dab it where i need it with my ring finger and blend it out
2. beautiful dewy finish (I feel like I glow!), but can apply powder on after if I want a mat look for work
3. buildable without looking caky
4. never creases
5. lasts a very very long time (I even used it on my wedding day, looked amazing in pictures!!! And I never had to reapply)
6. I can even use it when I dont apply foundation, it doesn't look weird like many other concealers have for me in the past.
7. I have had my tube for nearly a year now and I feel as though I only used half of it!!! apparently it expires within six months though, lol, I just love it too much and it is still working well!! (I usually finish concealers within a 3 months, so its def worth every penny spent!)
I highly recommend it for anyone who has issues with black under the eyes and needs full coverage like me!!!
Advice: if you find it isnt working out for you, and this applies to any concealer you use, be sure to use eye cream daily (twice a day preferably, and I recommend Origin), makes a world of difference!
