EDIT 11/2014: I am SO bummed to find out this has been discontinued! I have been snapping all the remaining tubes from ebay etc. Why oh why does every beauty product I love get discontinued?! Hope the 20 tubes I have will last me awhile.....

Orig. review: I love this lotion and have been using it everyday for weeks. I got it for half-price from HauteLook and it was a total steal. I have very sensitive, reactive, rosacean, superdry, flaky skin that breaks out from almost every sunscreen I've ever tried. I also burn really easily, often right through sunscreen. This lotion is fantastic - it protects really well and hasn't caused any acne or redness. No white cast, no greasy sheen, and it doesn't ball up when I apply makeup over it. Best of all, this doesn't cause breakouts - I swear my skin looks better when I wear this every day. I do think it's strange that it's recommended for oily skin because I think it would be too moisturizing for oily skin. For my dry skin, it's the perfect amount of moisture for the dry winter months. LOVE this stuff and will buy it forever!

This appears to be nearly identical to the more expensive (and original) Kinerase cream version. Now mind you, Kinerase has the lotion and cream and I have used both; this one is more like the Kinerase cream. However, I do see a very slight difference between the costlier version and Dr. Lewinn, in that this spf 30 cream seems to leave my skin a bit oilier; despite it being targeted for normal/oily skin types. The results are exactly the same as the Kinerase and both moisturize my skin very well and keep it that way all day, as well as leaving my face more even and glowing, with seemingly refined pores. A good less expensive option than Kinerase (which, btw is manufactured by Valeant which is Kinerase's new manufacturer; used to be made by ICN Pharmaceuticals but was sold about six years ago to Valeant). FYI.

I am on my second tube of this. It does not cause my combination skin to breakout. I love what kinetin does for my skin: it keeps it calm and supple looking. The longer you use it, the better the results.

This moisturizer makes my face very shiny. I thought that because it was made for oily skin it would help to mattify, but not at all. By the end of the day, it's getting in my eyes & burning! I like that it has SPF 30, but for the 28.00(or much less) that I paid for this I'm sure I can find something better.

Love this stuff!! Doesn't break me out, and I have very oily sensitive skin. And it's more affordable than the Clinique moisturizer that I was using.

This is the best moisturizer I have used to solve my acne prone, sensitive, oily, aging, and retin-A flaking skin. I love that it has SPF 30 and that you can get it at Walgreens :) It's not cheap but it's no more expensive than any high end moisturizer. The regular Kinerase stuff is way more expensive!
