Please do not believe the hype about this product like I did. It's really bad. Easy to apply? Yeah, sure. The pen is great. I love the tip. Unfortunately the formula is a flakey, smudgey, messy...well, mess.
I'd compare this eyeliner to a dry erase marker--every line you try to go over gets erased in the process. So, if you want a grey, molting-looking, patchy eyeliner, please go ahead and purchase this. Very disappointed.

Save your sheckles!

P.S.: I got the updated packaging with the blue flowers on it, which isn't nearly as cute as the old packaging. So it doesn't even win out on that anymore!

HG liquid eyeliner. This type of tip is my favorite. Flexible, synthetic bristles that come to a very fine point. Similar to the physician's formula, stila, lorac, tarte liquid liners just to think of some on top of my head.

Uh the color is so black and it's so smooth and you can make such a thin line I love this eyeliner. It's also the most long lasting liquid liner I've used.

Cons are that you have to buy it online and wait for it to ship all the way from Asia. Also if you want a thicker line you might have to go over your line several times. I've always felt felt (haha) tip liners were too thick for my taste

I bought this eyeliner when I went overseas to Singapore because I had heard so many good reviews previously. I can't really remember how much it was however I suspect it was cheap. The eyeliner itself is packaged with this adorable pink polkadot design and is a felt tip eyeliner. It comes off very black and can create a very thin line or a thick line depending on how you manouvre the liner. It's also waterproof and it lasts all day on me without smudging or flaking. Overall it's a very good eyeliner which I recommend to all and is perfect for beginners and pros to makeup!

The eyeliner works like a charm! The product is long-lasting, doesn't smudge, and is easy to take off!
It is a liquid eyeliner with a brush tip. It has a cap on the brush and you have to shake it when it's not wet enough. Some of my friends have told me that it could dry out if you don't use it frequently enough, but I put on make up at least once every two weeks and it hasn't been a problem for me at all.

HG liquid eyeliner! I picked this up in Japan three years ago and I haven't looked back (I scored it a 2 on price because I stock up whenever I'm back in Japan; I know it's under $20 at my local Japanese markets, so it's not too pricey in the States either). Most days I use this instead of my gel liner because it stays on my oily eyelids better. However it has a superfine tip (that doesn't fray!), so I can't do a thick wing for cat eyes. It's amazing for tightlining and the inner corner! It isn't completely waterproof/rub-proof but stays after a long night out without smudging too badly. It is super easy to remove since warm water gets most of it off. I can't sing enough praises for this eyeliner!
BTW the packaging is different as of March 2013, it's much more compact and features a daisy-like floral print instead of the huge bow and polka dots. The eyeliner itself is pink with an all over purple floral print with a black cap.

I don't get the hype. Perhaps mine is a fake---but I don't think so, got it from a highly rated Ebay shop, shipped from HK and packapging looks right.

It needs going over several times to be black. It doesn't last very long, within 3-4 hours it is fading and peeling.

I much prefer the Lancome Artliner. To be honest the price in the UK is almost the same anyway. It might be not bad for it's buck if bought in HK but definitely not when bought in the UK.

The only good thing about it is that it is to be fair quite easy to do, I can get a much finer line than with the artliner.

Best eyeliner I've used?? They've changed the packaging to a pink with blue polka dots, perhaps because there were fakes circling the internet of the old packaging. The black is dark and highly pigmented. Doesn't flake during the day, granted I use Nars primer underneath. The brush tip is so fine yet flexible making it super easy to line your eyes. The formula is long wearing yet easy to remove which is great for those times where you make a mistake.
I've tried Lancome artliner, Revlon liquid liner, Essence liquid liner, Physician's formula lash boosting liquid liner and this is by far the easiest to use. I find the formula isn't as runny as the Lancome Artliner, which I had really high hopes for. I would pick this over Artliner because its cheaper and the fine point brush makes it easier to create a precise and thin line. I bought my first one at Pacific Mall for $24, but luckily found a reputable seller on ebay for $18.

This is the best liquid liner I have ever used, and I have used MANY. The pen is small and sleek with an adorable pattern, and the brush is incredibly easy to use and very precise. It honestly takes all of the rouble out of applying liquid eyeliner. It has a wonderful fine point for detail, making it super easy to create a wing. Not only that, but the formula is super long lasting and definitely the blackest and most pigmented black liner eyer. I've been using it for about a month now and I have no complains at all.

J love this eyeliner to bits! It is easier to apply because of it is design like a pen! It does last long on my really really oily eye lids but does smudge at the corner of my eyes sometimes but it is really the best eyeliner that I've tried so far. Furthermore it looks really CUTE! Please do try this product out if you haven't.

Lovely. Best eyeliner ever. You can't go wrong with Dolly Wink. It is the best eyeliner I've tried so far (and I've tried TONS). If you still don't have this, go and order this right now!

PROS: super pigmented black color, doesn't smudge easily, lasts on my oily lids for hours, the felt tip is thin and easy to use, dries up fast... plus the packaging is cute :p

CONS: only sold in Japan and other Asian countries, overpriced on Internet :/

This was my first liquid eyeliner and I am LOVING it. I bought it from Sasa when I was visiting HK after seeing Bubzbeauty recommend it and boy, it is fantastic for such a well-priced product (I forget the exact rice but under $20 for sure).

I bought both the brown and black one; the brown one isn't bad but the black one is pigmented so well! It is a thin feather tip application which took me a while to get used to but once i did, it goes on so smoothly and the best thing? It doesn't smudge! Even after a day of exercising and going around town, it didn't move an inch and give me owl eyes. I even accidentally touched it with my hand and it didn't even smudge.

It is definitely not water proof though to my surprise, it is considerably easy to remove with a few washes with warm water followed by my facial scrub.

Overall, the best starter liquid eyeliner I've ever bought, and the only one I will buy :)

I needed a new liquid eyeliner after my Lancome artliner dried up. I heard great reviews on this eyeliner and Saaammage says this is her HG eyeliner! Upon hearing these reviews, I just decided why not and bought it. I paid $18 for this on imomoko. This is more than I would pay for a liquid eyeliner, but it didn't concern me since I paid over $40 for the artliner. I didn't get the ultra kawaii old packaging with the pink exterior and black dots, but I got the new improved formula with Tsu-chan's new otona-kawaii packaging. I do find it kind of cute as it's pink and it has daisies that circumferences the eyeliner, but I don't find it as cute as the old packaging. The tip of the eyeliner is ULTRA fine and it is damn precise. If you have shaky hands, then you should rest your arms or whatever because this eyeliner will have no issue in showing every single mistake. I don't mind this as I can build the eyeliner to desired thickness. The eyeliner is extremely black and dries fast which I love, unlike the crap artliner that takes a while to dry. I have cried in this eyeliner and of course I have walked in the rain with it on. It doesn't even budge. Quite surprising! I'm pretty sure it does come off with warm water, as I've tested it on my hand but I always take off my eye makeup with either an eye makeup remover or with the MAC cleanse off oil. In total, I do like this eyeliner but the only drawback it has is that sometimes it doesn't come out pigmented and black. It'll come off as sheer and grayish in which I have to shake the pen itself to fix it, but I guess I can possibly deal with the inconsistency.

Despite being more expensive than I'd like it to be, this is hands down the best liquid eyeliner I have ever used. For some reason, eyeliner really likes to smudge on my eyelids. I have tried looking for an eyeliner that is decently pigmented for a long time, and because I'm a fan of Tsubasa Masuwaka, I decided to pick this up. The pigmentation of this liquid eyeliner is very dense, and the brush allows absolutely control over the thickness of the line desired. It can be easily taken off by warm water (although I still use eye make up remover afterwards just to make sure everything is off), yet it doesn't even budge after I stand in the rain or cry. I have yet to find a better liquid eyeliner than the Dolly Wink liquid eyeliner.

This eyeliner is very black and doesn't smudge at all. But my hands are not that steady and the tip is on the soft side so I don't have as much control as I would like.

I bought this after the rave reviews on MUA, got it off eBay for about NZD$22. I am very disappointed in this product. I bought it because my hand isn't that steady and it was quite hard to make a thin line with my previous liquid eyeliner. The problem I am finding with this is that although it has a fine tip, the product runs into the creases of my eye, so in turn I have to go back over it and it makes the line thicker anyway! It seems quite watery as well and no easier than my original Australis eyeliner, which I still have and will stick to and try and get better at, because it is a MUCH cheaper product that lasts ten times longer and gives a darker black. Not impressed at all.

best eye liner ive ever tried!
ppl with oily lids, this is the one to get! its comparable but BETTER than the physicians formula liquid liner and the k-palette 24 hour liner

physicians formula is what i use when i run out of this one, its slightly more liquidy and flakes a bit after 4-5 hours or wear

k-palette smudges a bit more

this one seems to work best on my oily lids, it has a super thin and firm brush that makes application super easy, its very black, it stays in place all day and is also easy to remove with some water or just a bit of makeup remover if u want it to come off even easier.

The best of the best. Tsubasa is a Japanese model who came out with her own line of cosmetics. The Koji Dollywink is even better than the K-Palette 24hr. liner in my opinion because it is more pigmented. I live in SoCal where it is super hot and this did not budge even with my oily lids. I also took this with me to Taiwan where it is super humid, and still this did not budge. Super fine tip that easily gives you the perfect thin line or flick, however it is also very easy to create a medium thick line with. For everyday I choose this over my BB gel liner because it is so quick and easy and really shortens my routine, especially when I'm in a rush for school. Sets immediately and does not smudge. Not waterproof, but hold up well if you have watery eyes and rub your eyes a lot. HG and definte repurchase. Purchased this for around $12 while I was in Taiwan

OMG, this eyeliner is the best smudge-proof eyeliner ever! I have really OILY lids..and ive tried hundreds of eyeliners from- Drugstore brands (loreal, maybelline, etc.) to High Ends (MAC, Lancome, Bobbi Brown) and every single one of em seems to always fail on me. The one that lasted the longest was the Bobbi Brown one, but it STILL smudge and creased on my eye even with a PRIMER. This is my first time purchasing an eyeliner from out of this country, and its the ONLY eyeliner that stays on for more than 8+ hours for me. I would highly recommend this product.

Love this eyeliner! I bought it in black from ebay for £8.29. I had never used this kind of eyeliner but the fine tip makes it super easy to control and good for filling in lashline without that burning feeling. I'm not sure if it's completely waterproof but it doesn't smudge! The packaging to really cute aswell.
