I usually stick to warmer shades but this silvery-white shadow looks surprisingly good on me. Works well alone for a simple look or under a darker color. (Pairs very well with Milani olive green). I don't wear it often but I like having it around for days when I want something different.

Totally beautiful color and very hard to find (I had to swap for it). "Mythology" looks like a dirty, white-beige in the pan, but on the lid (especially when applied wet), it turns out to be an off-white (touch of taupe, touch of grey, touch of cream) color with an ultra-subtle, pale, silvery-greenish shimmer. Not chalky at all--just a lovely, complex neutral. Good texture, blendability and lasting power. Easily depotted (just heat up and use a thin screwdriver/knife to pry up the pan) and fits into MAC pro palettes. Cheap at around 3 USD, but as I said, hard to find (I think it's a discontinued color). Rave!

I love this color! I have been using Stila's Chinois (sort of cool beige) as the underbase color. This color is a little more yellow but seems to have intense pigment and soft texture, not like the usual grocery store brands. At USD 2.48, it saves me over $10 for Stila. I'm really excited and can't wait to try other Eyezing colors.

This is, as others have said, a great shade to wear alone with dark eyeliner. It's also a nice, no fuss base shade for other colors.

I love this one! Mythology looks a rather bland beige in the pan, but add water to a brush and swipe this across your eyelids, and you will have millions of beautiful tiny light beige/gold shimmer particles lighting up your lids. I love to wear this with dark liquid liners. The versatility of this shade is great; I think it has even surpassed my beloved Sungloss and my favorite neutral Eye Zing!

I love Eyezings! They are wicked cheap, come in a ton of colours, last all day, blend easily and are wet/dry. This colour sort of confuses me...when I first picked it up (and bought it) I thought it was white but upon looking again it looks sort of like an offwhite golden beige colour...I don't really use this colour too often either, not sure I will keep it.

Damn Estee Lauder for selling the Jane line! I have become obsessed with stopping in every CVS in the city to scour the clearance bins for that last pot of color....Anways, I love Mythology. It lightens my medium dark lids & provides a hint of shimmer - kind of golden, but not jarring on my cool-toned skin. Today I used it all over, then put Estee Lauder pure color Mocha Cup in the crease, BE coffee bean liner. Really nice, neutral look...grown up, but still has some nice sparklys to make it not so boring. If I find anymore pans in my citywide CVS journey, I'll buy them!

I love love love this color. I wear this almost everyday either as an all over wash or for my brow bone. This is a really pretty light beigish taupey color, I didn't notice any sparkles in it. Mythology has a nice verrrrry slight sheen to it. I keep coming back to this color, I am on my second one as it is so I will keep repurchasing this makeup staple.

i really wanted to like this since i needed a all over eyeshadow color and because of the good reviews. but this eyeshadow DID NOT show up on my skin, it just kept melting into it and when i went outside and looked into a mirror it was ssooooooo sparkly. i dislike sparkles tremendously and can tolerate so much. so i guess im gonna stick to clinique double date for that all over eyeshadow color.

This shade surprised me. It is a very pale taupe with gold undertones.
I wondered if it would even show up on my pale skin and brown eyes--but it ended up looking amazing when I applied it wet. My eyes had a sort of glowing nimbus around them, while still looking quite natural. This stuff is 50% off at my CVS right now and for $1.50 it's definitely worth it.

Phloof! A MAC LE color was out so looked for a similar color. Thought Mythology may be close, but it is a very subtle color, minimal shimmer (almost none on me), very sheer. Did nothing for my skin tone. Silky texture, but just a blah on me. Will have to order Phloof online I guess.

I love this as an inexpensive highlighter for my browbone...subtle without being obvious. It shows up as a glowy off white on me.Perfect for daytime.I have no trouble getting it to show up.
I am a PPP with green/blue eyes and medium red hair.

I love to see all the different views on this colour. Imagine a pale, khaki-green-taupe w/ a neutral-warm shimmer. That's Mythology on me. I think it's a great colour and use it all the time. It's a versatile shade for me and when I layer one of my BE glimmers on top of it the change in Mythology is subtle yet significant. I wish MAC vex held up on my skin the way this does but since it doesn't, Mythology will be what I use. It's really not that basic of a colour. There are hardly any colours like it anywhere, and I've looked. A big hit for me from Jane. I'm a PPP, L'Oreal Visible Lift in Soft Ivory, greyish-greenish eyes & peachy-pink cheeks. Naturally I have medium-light beigy-brown hair but currently a bottle blonde.

I love this color as a wash on the lid when adding a darker color to the crease. It is also nice as a browbone highlighter (I'm somewhere between a PPP and a LLL). It doesn't show up too sparkly on me, which I like and it almost exactly matches my skin tone. Great all-purpose shadow!

Oy. I wanted to like this eyeshadow, as I enjoy many in this line (Goldie Looks is one of my faves), but I just don't. In the pan, Mythology ($3.50) is a light greyed beige with slight shimmer. However, on me, it barely registers; it doesn't seem as pigmented as its sisters. I tried it again wet, and got better colour and golden shimmer, but compared to other similar colours in other lines (Jordana's Beige, Caboodle's Current Affair), I don't think I'll repurchase.

This is a shimmery off-white color. It looks very plain in the pot, but I've found that it's great to fix shadows that are too matte or dark.

This is a creamy pale color w/ gold shimmer. This is a bit plain but looks way better when used wet. I've worn this wet on the brow area w/ Goldie looks on the lid and Magical Mushroom to line and on crease.

Um, dunno what I was thinking buying this! It's really plain, and not in a good, basic way. In a boring way. Hardly even shows up on my lids, just makes them kind of paler than they already are (nearly impossible!) and a little sickly and ashen. Nice shimmer, but I don't see it working for me.
